General Safety

When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precauons should

always be followed, including the following;

• This appliance is intended for indoor, household use. Unintended

use or operaon may result in personal injury, damage to property

or damage to the appliance that will void the warranty.

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and

above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental

capabilies or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been

given supervision and/or instrucon concerning safe use of the

appliance and the understanding of hazards. Children shall not

play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not

be made by children unless they are older than 8 years old and

supervised.

• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8

years old.

• Never handle or operate any appliance with wet or moist hands.

• Do not immerse appliance, cord or plug in water or other liquids.

Take care whilst cleaning.

• If the appliance has fallen in water do not reach for it, immediately

switch the appliance o at the mains and unplug it.

• Ensure that the cord is not in a posion where it can be pulled or

tripped over accidentally. Never use the cord to carry or pull the

appliance. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or

examinaon and/or repair by an authorised service agent.

appliance, use the appliance for unintended applicaons or use

accessory aachments not recommended by the manufacturer.

Failure to follow these instrucons may result in re, electrical

shock, or risk of injury to persons.

• Do not place the appliance near a naked ame, hot gas or electric

burners, or any appliances generang heat.

• Always remove the plug safely from the socket aer use. Do not

pull from the cord.

Appliance Specic Safety Informaon

• Do not add oil or any other ingredients such as salt, sugar, buer

etc. in to the machine as this could damage the appliance. Please

add ingredients to the popcorn once the kernels have popped and

placed in a suitable container.

• This appliance heats using hot air only. Allow sucient space

around the appliance for suitable venlaon.

• The outer surfaces of the appliance will become hot during use. Do

not touch the covers or housing of the appliance during operaon

or aer using. Allow to fully cool before moving the appliance or

cleaning.

• Ensure that vents are not covered when running the appliance.

• Use only dry maize or popcorn kernels. This appliance is not

suitable for microwaveable popcorn.

• Do not overload the popping chamber of the appliance. Maximum

capacity is 1 cup (65g) of corn kernels per cycle.

• Do not operate the appliance when it is empty.

• It is advised to allow 15 minutes for the appliance to cool aer

each cycle.

Before First Use

• Wipe the surfaces with a damp cloth and allow to dry.

• Please note: The appliance may emit a lile smoke and smell during the rst

me use, this is normal and does not indicate a fault.

Using the Appliance

1. Place the appliance on a level, heat resistant surface.

2. Ensure that the switch on the appliance is OFF

3. Remove the transparent lid from the main unit of the appliance

4. Place 65g (1 level, measuring cup full) of corn kernels in to the popping chamber

of the appliance.

5. Place the transparent lid on the appliance, ensuring that is securely ed.

6. Posion the popcorn box or a suitable container underneath the popcorn

dispensing chute.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Always unplug at the mains and allow the appliance to fully cool before

cleaning.

• Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

• Do not use abrasive cleaning materials on the appliance.

• The appliance and the detachable parts of the appliance are not dishwasher

safe.

• Wash the measuring cup and lid in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.

7. Switch the ON/OFF switch to ON to begin the hot air circulaon process.

8. The popcorn will now begin to pop and spill into the bowl. To avoid scorching

the last few pieces of corn, switch the appliance o and allow to fully cool

before removing the remaining popcorn.

Note: Remove all popcorn before beginning a new cycle

As an added feature, the measuring cup can also be used to melt buer for your

popcorn. To do this follow these steps;

1. Ensure that the popping chamber is empty and clear of any remaining popcorn

kernels

2. Place the measuring cup upside down the top cover, ensuring that it is sloed

and secure. (1)

3. Place the buer into the measuring cup

4. Switch the ON/OFF switch to ON to begin the hot air circulaon process.

5. Once buer has melted, switch the appliance o to stop hot air circulaon

process and pour over the popcorn in a suitable container. (2)

Class I Electrical Safety Informaon

Always ensure the voltage on the rang label corresponds to the supply voltage.

WARNING! This appliance must be connected to an earthed electrical power

supply. The green/yellow conductor in the supply cord must be connected to the

Earth terminal in the plug. The power supply must have an Earth connecon.

Check the power cord and plug regularly for any damage. If the cord or the plug is

damaged, it must be replaced by a qualied electrician or a service repair centre to

avoid a hazard.

Precauons should be followed for safe cable management and connecon to the

power supply

If a new mains plug needs to be ed follow the ng instrucons supplied with

good quality BS1363A plugs. If in doubt consult a qualied electrician or appliance

repair agent.

b) Connect the brown lead to the live terminal “L” in the new plug

c) Connect the Blue lead to the Neutral “N” terminal

d) Connect the green/yellow lead to the earth “E” terminal

Use of an extension cable is not recommended. If an extension cable is required, it

should be rated no less than 13A and be fully unwound before use to avoid

overheang. Do not connect mulple appliances to the extension cable

alternave connecon to the electrical supply.

UK and EU Warranty

Your new Andrew James product comes with a 24 month guarantee and a 2 year

xed warranty, eecve from receipt conrmaon. Your receipt or order number is

required as proof of purchase date so it is imperave that you keep it safe. This

guarantee only applies if the item has been used solely for the use intended, and all

instrucons have been followed accordingly. Please note this product is only for

domesc use only and is not for commercial use.

Abuse of your product will invalidate the guarantee. Returned goods can only be

accepted if repackaged properly within the original colour product box, and

presented with the original receipt of sale/order number. This does not aect your

statutory rights.

Returned products must be cleaned and returned to us in as close to delivery

condion as possible.

If your product develops a problem within the rst 12 months of the xed warranty,

we will pay all shipping costs to have it returned to us. Aer 12 months the

customer will be liable for the cost of returning the product to us. We will then pay

to have the repaired/replaced item shipped back to the customer.

up of lime scale or repair aempts made by third-pares. Also, the guarantee does

not cover normal wear and tear of individual parts.

Consignes de sécurité spéciques à l'appareil

• Ne pas ajouter d’huile ou d’autres ingrédients tels que du sel, du

l’appareil. Veuillez ajouter les ingrédients au maïs soué une fois

que les grains ont sauté et placés dans un contenant approprié.

• Cet appareil chaue uniquement avec de l’air chaud. Laissez

• Les surfaces extérieures de l’appareil deviennent chaudes pendant

convient pas au maïs soué pouvant aller au micro-ondes.

• Ne surchargez pas la chambre d'éclatement de l'appareil. La capacité

maximale est de 1 tasse (65 g) de grains de maïs par cycle.

• N'ulisez pas l'appareil lorsqu'il est vide.

• Il est conseillé de laisser refroidir l’appareil après chaque cycle

pendant 15 minutes.

Avant la première ulisaon

• Essuyez les surfaces avec un chion humide et laissez sécher.

• Remarque: L'appareil peut émere un peu de fumée et dégager une odeur lors

de la première ulisaon, ce qui est normal et n'indique aucun défaut.

Uliser l'appliance

1. Placez l'appareil sur une surface plane et résistante à la chaleur.

2. Assurez-vous que l'interrupteur de l'appareil est éteint

3. Rerez le couvercle transparent de l'unité principale de l'appareil

4. Placer 65 g (1 niveau, tasse à mesurer pleine) de grains de maïs dans la

chambre d'éclatement de l'appareil.

5. Placez le couvercle transparent sur l’appareil en vous assurant qu’il est bien

xé.

6. Placez le couvercle transparent sur l’appareil en vous assurant qu’il est bien

7. Meez l'interrupteur ON / OFF sur ON pour commencer le processus de

circulaon d'air chaud.

Le pop-corn commencera à éclater et à se répandre dans le bol. Pour éviter de

brûler les derniers morceaux de maïs, éteignez l'appareil et laissez-le refroidir

complètement avant de rerer le maïs soué restant.

Remarque: Rerez tous les pop-corn avant de commencer un nouveau cycle

La tasse à mesurer peut également être ulisée pour faire fondre du beurre pour

votre pop-corn. Pour le faire, suivez ces étapes;

1. Assurez-vous que la chambre d'éclatement est vide et débarrassée de tout

grain de maïs soué restant

2. Placez la tasse à mesurer à l’envers du couvercle, en vous assurant qu’elle est

bien fendue et bien xée. (1)

3. Placez le beurre dans la tasse à mesurer

4. Meez l'interrupteur ON / OFF sur ON pour commencer le processus de

circulaon d'air chaud.

5. Une fois le beurre fondu, éteignez l'appareil pour arrêter le processus de

circulaon de l'air chaud et versez le maïs soué dans un récipient approprié.

Neoyage et entreen

• Débranchez toujours le cordon d'alimentaon et laissez l'appareil refroidir

complètement avant de le neoyer.

• Essuyez l'extérieur avec un chion humide et séchez soigneusement.

• N'ulisez pas de produits de neoyage abrasifs sur l'appareil.

• L'appareil et les pares amovibles de l'appareil ne vont pas au lave-vaisselle.

• Laver la tasse à mesurer et le couvercle dans de l'eau chaude savonneuse, rincer

et sécher complètement.

Reinigung und Pege

Vor der ersten Nutzung

Bedienung des Gerätes

1. Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene, hitzebeständige Oberfläche.

2. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Schalter am Gerät ausgeschaltet ist.

3. Entfernen Sie den Deckel von der Haupteinheit des Geräts.

4. Legen Sie 65g (1 Messbecher) Maiskörner in die Schüssel des Geräts.

5. Stellen Sie den Deckel auf das Gerät und stellen Sie sicher, dass es fest sitzt.

6. Stellen Sie das Popcorn-Box oder einen anderen geeigneten Behälter unter der

Schurre.

7. Schalten Sie den ON / OFF-Schalter ein, um den Popcorn-Herstellungsprozess zu

beginnen.

8. Das Popcorn fängt jetzt an zu knallen und in die Schüssel zu kippen. Um ein

Anbrennen der letzten Maisstücke zu vermeiden, schalten Sie das Gerät aus und

lassen Sie es vollständig abkühlen, bevor Sie das restliche Popcorn entfernen

Ihr neues Andrew James Produkt besitzt eine Garane von 24 Monaten, beginnend

ab Kaufdatum. Ihre Quiung oder Ordernummer gilt als Kaufnachweis, bewahren

Sie sie daher sicher auf. Diese Garane ist nur gülg, solange das Produkt

besmmungsgemäß gebraucht und die Bedienungsanleitung befolgt wurde. Bie

beachten Sie, dass dieses Produkt nur zum Privatgebrauch besmmt ist und nicht

für kommerzielle Zwecke genutzt werden darf.

Unsachgemäßer Gebrauch führt zum Verfall der Garane. Zurückgeschickte Ware

kann nur sorgfälg verpackt im Originalkarton und mit original Quiung oder

Ordernummer akzepert werden. Dies hat keine Auswirkung auf Ihre gesetzlichen

Rechte.

Produkte müssen gereinigt und soweit wie möglich im original Lieferzustand

zurückgeschickt werden.

Sollte das Produkt innerhalb der ersten 12 Monate nach Kauf Defekte entwickeln,

so werden Rücksendungskosten von Andrew James abgedeckt. Nach 12 Monaten

sind Rücksendungskosten vom Kunden zu tragen, die Reparaturkosten und

Rücksendung zum Kunden werden von Andrew James abgedeckt.

Die Ware kann innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Kaufdatum für eine Erstaung des

Der Kunde ist verantwortlich für etwaige Steuern oder Gebühren, die bei Versand

außerhalb der EU anfallen.

Andrew James strebt an, zurückgeschickte Ware innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach

Erhalt zu ersetzen oder zu reparieren.

Die Garane deckt folgendes nicht ab: Schäden, die durch unsachgemäßen

Garane abgedeckt.
