 Introduction

We congratulate you on the purchase of your new

product. You have chosen a high quality product.

The instructions for use are part of the product. They

contain important information concerning safety,

use and disposal. Before using the product, please

familiarise yourself with all of the safety information

and instructions for use. Only use the product as

described and for the speciﬁed applications. If you

pass the product on to anyone else, please ensure

that you also pass on all the documentation with it.

 Intended use

This product is designed only to clean indoor surfaces

that withstand prolonged exposure to hot steam.

 Suitable for: Tiles, work surfaces, glazed tiles,

mirrors and windows, blinds, WC’s, bathroom

ﬁttings, curtains, cushions, clothing, car seats.

 Not suitable for: Leather, polished furniture,

waxed ﬂoors, synthetic fabrics, velvet or other

delicate, steam sensitive materials. Use on waxed

or some unwaxed ﬂoors may result in diminished

glossiness.

 Before use: We recommended to perform a

material test on an isolated area of the working

surface.

 For best cleaning results: Check the care

instructions from the corresponding manufacturer

(if any).

 Do not use the product for any other purpose.

This product is only intended for private household

use, not for commercial purposes.

The manufacturer accepts no liability for damages

caused by improper use.

Before use: Carry out a test on an isolated

area. Thus you may ascertain that the

material is suitable for steam cleaning.

Examples:

 Painted/varnished wood or leather can be

bleached by steam.

 Unprotected wood can swell up because of

steam.

 Protective wax coatings can be dissolved by

steam.

 Plastics can become tarnished from the eﬀects of

steam.

 Soft plastics can deform when exposed to steam.

 Cold glass or mirror surfaces can crack when

sprayed with hot steam.

 Acrylics, velvet and silk react sensitively to hot

steam.

 If you wish to clean windows, preheat them ﬁrst:

Apply the steam over large areas from a greater

distance. Then, move in progressively closer.

is complete and if all parts are in good condition.

 Steam is very hot. Never put your

hands in front of the steam jet.

Operation

 Only use the product in dry

indoor rooms.

 The power plug must be removed

from the power supply before the

water tank is ﬁlled with water.

 The use of extension cords is not

recommended. If the use of an

extension cord is necessary, it

must be designed for a current

ﬂow of at least 10 A. Lay cords

in such a way that they may not

be tripped over or otherwise

damaged.

If your tap water is hard: Use distilled water.

If your tap water is moderately hard: Mix distilled

water and tap water (ratio of 1:1).

NOTES:

 As long as there are steam and pressure in

the water tank

you cannot open the safety

valve

. To open the water tank:

– Release steam or

– wait until the product has cooled down.

 Do not exceed the water tank’s

maximum ﬁll

capacity of 250 ml.

 Slowly open the safety valve

. Before fully

opening, wait a few seconds until the steam stops

hissing.

 Use the measuring cup

and the funnel

 Close the safety valve

product interior.

 Do not use any abrasive, aggressive cleaners or

hard brushes to clean the product.

 After cleaning: Let all parts dry completely.

 Cleaning the accessories

 Clean the accessories in warm, soapy water.

 After cleaning: Let all accessories dry completely.

Cleaning the cotton cover

 The cotton cover

can be hand-washed in

water with temperature up to 60 °C.

 After cleaning: Let the cotton cover

dry

completely. You may also use a tumble dryer at a

low level (55 °C).

 Removing limescale

If the steam power reduces drastically, it may be

needed to remove the limescale from the water tank

/accessories:

Water tank

 Disconnect the power plug

from the mains

socket.

 Fill the water tank

with a mixture of tap water

and vinegar (ratio of 2:1).

 Wait 24 hours.

 Drain the mixture into a sink.

 Flush the water tank

with fresh water (see

“Filling the water tank”).

Accessories:

 Disconnect the power plug

from the mains

socket.

 Fill the water tank

with a mixture of tap water

and vinegar (ratio of 2:1).

 Install the accessory you wish to remove the

limescale from.

 Secure the position of the product to ensure that

the steam is aimed away from the surrounding

objects and surfaces.

 Turn on the product. Operate the product until all

the mixture is used up.

 Storage

 Store the product in the original packaging when

it is not in use.

 Store the product at a dry location out of the

reach of children.

 Store the product with an emptied water tank

only.

 Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable

materials, which you may dispose of at local

recycling facilities.

Observe the marking of the packaging

materials for waste separation, which are

marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers

(b) with following meaning: 1–7: plastics /

20–22: paper and ﬁbreboard / 80–98:

composite materials.

The product and packaging materials are

recyclable, dispose of it separately for

better waste treatment.

The Triman logo is valid in France only.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority

for more details of how to dispose of your

worn-out product.

To help protect the environment, please

dispose of the product properly when it

has reached the end of its useful life and

not in the household waste. Information on

collection points and their opening hours

can be obtained from your local authority.

 Warranty

The product has been manufactured to strict quality

guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery.

In the event of product defects you have legal rights

against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights

are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed

The warranty for this product is 3 years from the

date of purchase. Should this product show any fault

in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the

date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our

choice – free of charge to you.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

location. This document is required as your proof

of purchase. This warranty becomes void if the

product has been damaged, or used or maintained

improperly.

The warranty applies to defects in material or

 Zaštitite priključni kabel od

oštećenja. Ne ostavljajte ga

obješenog o oštre rubove i

nemojte ga prelamati. Priključni

kabel držite ga podalje od vrućih

površina i otvorenog plamena.

Pazite da ga ne nehotično ne

povučete ili zapnete o njega.

 Uređaj nemojte ostavljati bez

nadzora sve dok je priključen na

električnu mrežu.

 Tekućina ili para ne smiju se

usmjeravati na uređaje koji

sadrže električne dijelove, kao što

je unutrašnjost pećnica.

 Otvor za punjenje ne smije se

Korištenje
