1 Produktbeschreibung
Wenn ein vorhandener Sicherheits-Lichtvorhang C4000 oder eine vorhandene Mehr‐
s
trahl-Sicherheits-Lichtschranke M4000 mit einer Swivel-Mount-Halterung oder mit
einer Seithalterung montiert sind, können diese mit der Austauschhalterung durch
einen Sicherheits-Lichtvorhang deTec oder eine Mehrstrahl-Sicherheits-Lichtschranke
deTem ersetzt werden. Es müssen keine neuen Bohrungen angebracht werden, da die
vorhandenen Bohrungen für die Austauschhalterung verwendet werden können.
2 Austauschhalterung montieren
Vorgehensweise
1.
Vorhandenes Gerät und die verwendeten Halterungen abmontieren.
2. Abhängig von der vorhandenen Montagesituation eine der folgenden Montagevari‐
anten verwenden:

Für den Ersatz einer Swivel-Mount-Halterung (Artikelnummer 2019649,
2019659): Montagevariante
A1 oder A2
°
F
ür den Ersatz einer Swivel-Mount-Halterung (Artikelnummer 2030510):
Montagevariante
B1 oder B2
°
F
ür den Ersatz einer Seithalterung (Artikelnummer 2019506): Montagevari‐
ante
C
3.
Beim Einsetzen des neuen Geräts in die Austauschhalterung Folgendes beachten:
°
Das systemsteckernahe Ende des Geräts in die Montageschiene mit der Zahl
1 einsetzen.
°
Das systemsteckerferne Ende des Geräts in die Montageschiene mit der Zahl
2 einsetzen.
4. Abschließend die Ausrichtung von Sender und Empfänger überprüfen.

1 Product description
If an existing C4000 safety light curtain or an existing M4000 multiple light beam
s
afety device is mounted with a swivel mount bracket or a side bracket, they can be
replaced by a deTec safety light curtain or a deTem multiple light beam safety device
using an replacement bracket. There is no need to drill new holes, since the existing
ones can be used for the replacement bracket.
2 Mounting the replacement bracket
Approach
1.
Dismantle the existing device and the brackets used.
2. Use one of the following installation versions depending on the existing mounting
situation:

For swivel mount bracket replacement (part number 2019649, 2019659):

A1 or A2

or swivel mount bracket replacement (part number 2030510): installation
version
B1 or B2
°

or side bracket replacement (part number 2019506): installation version
C
3.
Observe the following when inserting the new device into the replacement bracket:
°
Insert the end of the device nearest to the system plug into the mounting rail
with the number 1.
°
Insert the end of the device furthest from the system plug into the mounting
rail with the number 2.
4. Finally, check the alignment of the sender and receiver.
