DANGER
CONTIENT: hydroxyde de sodium, hexyle d-glucoside, l’hydroxyde
de potassium. Provoque des brûlures de la peau et des lésions
oculaires graves. Ne pas respirer les fumées/brouillards/vapeurs/aérosols.
Se laver les mains soigneusement après manipulation. Porter des gants
de protection/des vêtements de protection/un équipement de protection
des yeux/du visage. EN CAS D’INGESTION : rincer la bouche. NE PAS
faire vomir. EN CAS D’INHALATION : transporter la personne à l’extérieur
et la maintenir dans une position où elle peut confortablement respirer.
EN CAS DE CONTACT AVEC LES YEUX : rincer avec précaution à l’eau
pendant plusieurs minutes. Enlever les lentilles de contact si la victime
en porte et si elles peuvent être facilement enlevées. Continuer à rincer.
Tout incident grave survenu en rapport avec ce dispositif médical doit
être signalé au fabricant et aux autorités compétentes du pays dans
lequel l’incident s’est produit. Pour usage hospitalier et professionnel

le eventuali lenti a contatto se è agevole farlo. Continuare a sciacquare.

Gesichtsschutz tragen. BEI VERSCHLUCKEN: Mund ausspülen. KEIN
Erbrechen herbeiführen. BEI EINATMEN: Die Person an die frische
Luft bringen und für ungehinderte Atmung sorgen. BEI KONTAKT
MIT DEN AUGEN: Einige Minuten lang behutsam mit Wasser spülen.
Vorhandene Kontaktlinsen nach Möglichkeit entfernen. Weiter spülen.
Schwerwiegende Vorfälle, die im Zusammenhang mit diesem
Medizinprodukt aufgetreten sind, sollten dem Hersteller und der
zuständigen Behörde des Landes, in dem der Vorfall aufgetreten

Prolystica Ultra Concentrate Alkaline Detergent is for use in ultrasonics, hospital washers/disinfectors, and
automated mechanical washers for processing appropriate medical devices including surgical instruments.
It may be automatically dispensed at 1/40 – 1/10 ounce per gallon (0.2 mL – 0.8 mL per Liter), depending on
water quality and soil load.
The product is compatible with stainless steel, plastics, and select soft metals when
used according to label instructions. Safe for use on aluminum tray systems. Consult
the manufacturer’s recommended reprocessing instructions to determine any additional
procedures necessary to clean their particular medical device. Medical devices should be
sterilized or disinfected by appropriate means in a separate subsequent step.
STORAGE: When Dispensing Store In A Cool Place Below 32°C (90°F).
DANGER
CONTAINS: Sodium hydroxide, hexly D-glucoside, potassium hydroxide. Causes severe skin burns and eye
damage. Do not breathe fume, mist, vapours, spray. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Wear protective
gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, face protection. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce
vomiting. IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. IF IN EYES: Rinse
cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
