De leiding HAAKS en zonder bramen afkorten met behulp van snijmal en afkortmes.
De leidingen moeten STRAK en TEGEN de rand in het koppelstuk worden gemonteerd.
De leiding moet om de meter en bij elke bocht gebeugeld worden!
De leiding kan met een koppelstuk op de WTW unit aangesloten worden of direct door
de leiding op te trompen.
Wordt de leiding op een stomp gemonteerd, gebruik dan een trekband om deze te
fixeren (bijvoorbeeld overgang naar spiralit, op de WTW-unit, op de dak- of
geveldoorvoer).

Couper le conduit DROIT et sans bavures a lʼaide dʼun gabarit de coupe et dʼun couteau.
Introduire les conduits en les ajustant bien lʼun contre lʼautre dans de raccord à
emboîter.
Fixer le conduit avec un collier tous les mètres et à chaque coude.
Le conduit peut être raccordé a lʼunité VDF avec un raccord à emboîter ou directement
en élargissant manuellement le conduit.
Pour le raccordement sur le terminal ou sur lʼunité VDF, utiliser un collier de serrage
pour fixer lʼensemble.

UK HRU Insulated piping system
Position template at desired length and cut pendicular with the knife ensuring clean
edge.
The pipes must be installed TIGHT and AGAINST each other in the insert connector.
All joints and bends must be clamped every other meter.
The pipe can be connected to the HRU-unit with an insert connector, or directly by
flaring the pipe manually.
When connecting pipe to HRV spigots or terminals a speed clamp will be necessary.
Attention!
– The piping system
is made of vapour-
sealed and flame extinguish-
ing EPE (Class B1-DIN 4102)
is suitable for the intake and
outlet of ventilation air of
HRU-systems for installation
inside the shell of the house.
- It is a so called dry system.

D WRG Isoliertes Leitungsystem
Die Rohrleitung IM RECHTEM WINKEL und ohne Grate mit z.B. einer Schneideform und
einem Trennmesser einkürzen.
Die Rohrleitungen müssen GERADE und DIREKT aneinander in der Kopplung
angebracht werden.
Die Rohrleitung muss jeden Meter und an jedem Knie mit einem Bügel versehen werden.
Die Rohrleitung kann am Gerät zur Wärmerückgewinnung mit einer Kopplung
angeschlossen werden; ansonsten kann die Rohrleitung auch van Hand geweitet
werden.
Wenn die Rohrleitung an einem Stumpf befestigt wird, mussen Sie sie mit Zugband
befestigen (z.B. Übergang zu Spiralit, am WRG-Gerät, an der Dach- oder Außenwand-
durchführung.
Achtung
- Das Leitungssystem,
bestehend aus
dampfdichtem und
feuerhemmendem Polyethyl-
enschaum (B1–DIN 4102), ist
für die Zufuhr und Ableitung
der Luft bei Geräten für die
Wärmerückgewinnung (WRG)
bei der Montage innerhalb
der Hauswand geeignet.
- Es handelt sich dabei um
ein so genanntes trockenes
System.
