1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the sodaTRIO, the first BRITA soda maker being compatible with three
dierent kinds of bottles: a glass bottle for the dining table, a plastic bottle for universal use and
an insulated stainless steel bottle in two dierent sizes for on-the-go. With this product, you can
turn fresh drinking water into sparkling water in an instant. Making your own sparkling water is
simple, cost-eective and environment-friendly. What’s more, you can adjust how fizzy you want
your water to be. With one BRITA CO2 cylinder you can make up to 60 litres of sparkling water.
The exact quantity may vary, depending on how much fizz you prefer. The sodaTRIO is made of
high-quality materials and undergoes regular product safety and quality testing. Soda makers
operate with high gas pressure levels so it is important that the included safety instructions are
respected.
Correct use
The soda maker is intended for personal use and by adults only. It is intended for use only to
infuse drinking water with carbon dioxide, without any further additives. It should not be used
for carbonating pre-flavoured soft drinks, juices, alcoholic drinks, or any drinks which have
additives such as syrups or eervescent tablets added. Any use beyond the intended purpose
are considered as misuse. BRITA shall not be liable for any damage or injury caused by misuse.
2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
What liquids can I carbonate?
The sodaTRIO must only be used with drinking water provided by waterworks and which
complies accordingly with the legal requirements for drinking water quality. For an even better
taste experience, we advise to use BRITA filtered water for carbonation. Water is a perishable
food and as such, you should always consume it within two days. In the event that public
authorities require the mains water to be boiled, you must also boil the water before carbonation.
After boiling, the water must be cooled before pouring it into the bottle. You must only
carbonate still drinking water. Other drinks, such as juices, soft drinks or tap water containing
syrups may cause damage to the appliance or lead to adverse health eects.
Bottles
Please only use original BRITA sodaTRIO bottles (glass, plastic or stainless steel) with the
sodaTRIO. Bottles of other manufacturers as well as the BRITA sodaONE PET bottle are not
compatible and therefore pose a safety risk. BRITA shall not be liable for any damage or injury
caused by misuse.

The following instructions apply to all BRITA sodaTRIO bottles (glass, plastic and stainless steel):
• All sodaTRIO bottles incl. lids are dishwasher safe.
• Bottles have to be put into the dishwasher or must be cleaned by hand using only mild
detergent, before using them for the first time. Further, it is recommended clean the bottles on
a regular basis.
• When using a brush (e.g. made of silicon), make sure it is suitable for cleaning glass, plastic
and stainless steel bottles and must not have any exposed metal components, that could leave
scratches on the surface or the inside of the bottle.
• Water in the sodaTRIO bottles must not be carbonated by children.
• Before every use, check the sodaTRIO bottles for cracks or distortions. Damaged bottles must
not be used!
• The bottles must only be filled up to the specified filling level.
• In regular use, all bottles are only suitable for temperatures between 5°C and 40°C. In the
dishwasher, rinsing programs must not exceed 55°C.
• Do not put the bottles in the freezer or microwave.
• Do not expose the soda TRIO bottles to large temperature fluctuations (e.g. do not pour hot
water into a cold bottle or vice versa).
• Always store the empty sodaTRIO bottles with the lid removed.
• Do not leave the soda TRIO bottles in the car.
• Dropping a glass bottle filled with carbonated water can lead to cracks in the glass and
possibly cause the bottle to burst. Therefore, check with special care and dispose the bottle if
necessary.
• High pressure is created inside the bottle during carbonation, and for safety reasons, sodaTRIO
plastic bottles must be replaced no later than 24 months after purchase. This does not apply to
sodaTRIO glass bottles and stainless steel bottles.
• Important: If a sodaTRIO glass bottle is unexpectedly damaged during the sparkling process
(e.g. burst or break), please do not use the sodaTRIO anymore due to potential risk of splinters.
Carefully unscrew and empty the container and contact the BRITA customer service to prepare
a return delivery of the soda maker to BRITA.
Using CO2 safely
WARNING!
• The BRITA sodaTRIO can be operated with standard 425 g CO2 cylinders with universal screw-
in valve, but it is recommended using original BRITA CO2 cylinders.
• Do not use larger or smaller CO2 cylinders under any circumstances.
• Always use the soda maker with bottles filled up to the filling line! Never fill an empty bottle
with CO2.
• CO2 cylinders may be very cold after use. Please wait for 10 minutes after your last use before
changing the cylinder.
• When storing, CO2 cylinders can be placed vertically or horizontally, but be sure that they are
prevented from rolling or falling. For safety reasons, the cylinder must never hit the floor with
the valve upfront in order to avoid its damage which could cause a potential gas leak. When
operating, always place CO2 cylinders in an upright position.
• Full CO2 cylinders must never be exposed to direct sunlight or temperatures above 50°C.
• Store CO2 cylinders, whether full or empty, out of reach of children.
• CO2 is a colourless, odourless gas. There is a danger of suocation in situations with high
concentrations and poor ventilation.
• If you suspect increased CO2 concentration in a room, ventilate and leave the area.
• Damaged CO2 cylinders should not be used and must be exchanged without delay!
• In cases of improper use, the pressure inside a CO2 cylinder can cause serious and even fatal
injuries.
• Never attempt to fill the CO2 cylinder yourself.
• Do not make any alterations to the CO2 cylinder, such as piercing it, etc.
• Do not insert or replace a CO2 cylinder in the sodaTRIO if a sodaTRIO bottle is still inserted.

3. Use
Select a suitable location for the BRITA sodaTRIO on a flat, stable surface away from heat
sources or open flames, such as stoves or ovens. The soda maker must not be operated above
40°C.
Always use the soda maker in an upright position.
Before use, make sure that the bottle and soda maker are in a clean condition.
Installing the CO2 cylinder and the soda maker
If the container is attached to the system, please remove it from the soda maker.
Remove the drip tray grid and place the soda maker on its side.
Remove the seal on the CO2 cylinder head and unscrew the valve cover.
Slide the cylinder carefully into the body from the bottom. As soon as the cylinder gets in
contact with the end, turn it in a clockwise direction. Screw in cylinder tightly, but not too
tightly, as this may cause damage to the system or the cylinder itself.
To remove an empty cylinder, reverse the procedure used to install the cylinder, ensuring that
you unscrew it in an anti-clockwise direction.
Screw the nozzle into the thread provided on the sodaTRIO.
Place the sodaTRIO in an upright position and insert the drip tray grid.
Caution: the sodaTRIO is only compatible with CO2 cylinders with universal screw-in valve. Other
cylinders (e.g. with quick connect valve) are not compatible.
It’s sparkling water time!
Before using the bottles for the first time, put
them into the dishwasher or clean them by hand
using a mild detergent and lukewarm water.
Now fill the bottle with water up to the
marked filling line. Do not fill above the
marking! If the sodaTRIO bottles filled
above this level, the water will overflow
when it is carbonated.
Please find the filling line of the stainless
steel bottles on the inside of the bottle.

Individually-adjusted fizziness
With the sodaTRIO, you can individually adjust the fizziness of your water:
• A short press of the sparkling button (approx. 1 second) will give you slightly fizzy water.
• For medium fizziness, press the button down for approx. 2 seconds.
• For extra-fizzy water, keep the sparkling button pressed down until you can hear a clear
buzzing sound (approx. 3 seconds).
By repeating this procedure you can add even more fizziness to your water.
To enjoy an even better sparkling water experience, fill the bottles with fridge-chilled,
filtered water from a BRITA water filter jug.
TIP
In case of using the sodaTRIO glass bottle,
the plastic or big stainless steel bottle: put
the filled bottle into the container. In case
of using the sodaTRIO small stainless steel
bottle: first put the bottle base into the
container, after that put the filled bottle into
the container.

Carefully thread the container with the
filled bottle into the soda maker. Make
sure, that the nozzle is centrally positioned
in the bottle opening. After that, carefully
screw in the container into the system in
counterclockwise direction according to the
marked symbols. You will hear an acoustic
feedback, when it is completely screwed in.
Press the sparkling button all the way
down. After 2-3 seconds you will hear a
clear buzzing sound.

Release the sparkling button to allow the
excess pressure to escape.
Carefully unscrew the container from the
soda maker in clockwise direction, take
out the bottle and enjoy your freshly
carbonated water.

4. Cleaning the sodaTRIO and the bottles
To ensure your sodaTRIO gives you years of satisfaction, regular cleaning of the soda
maker and the bottles is recommended.
Cleaning the soda maker:
Remove container, bottle base, nozzle and drip tray grid. Clean all parts using only
mild detergent and lukewarm water. Please do not put the container, the bottle base,
the nozzle and the drip tray grid into the dishwasher. As a result of the sparkling process, excess
water may accumulate in the drip tray. Please ensure the drip tray is regularly emptied and
cleaned.
Please always store the soda maker with the container being unscrewed.
Cleaning the sodaTRIO bottles (glass, plastic and stainless steel bottles):
All sodaTRIO bottles are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, clean them using
only mild detergent and lukewarm water. When using a brush, make sure it is
suitable for cleaning glass, plastic and stainless steel bottles and must not have
any exposed metal components, that could leave scratches on the surface or
the inside of the bottle. Especially, if you have stronger soilings, such as syrup
residues or other additionals in the bottle, it is very important to clean the bottles
before using them for the next time.
Please also clean the bottle lid and the sealing on a regular basis putting it into
the dishwasher or using mild detergent and lukewarm water. For these purposes,
the sealing in the lid of the glass and the plastic bottle can be removed. Color
changes may occur, if the lid comes into contact with food residues in the
dishwasher. We recommend always using clean water to clean bottles and lids.

5. Troubleshooting
Problem Potential solution
Only a small amount of CO2, or none at all,
reaches the water bottle.
Make sure, that a full CO2 cylinder has been
installed before.
Make sure, that the bottle is filled with
drinking water up to the marked filling line.
Make sure that you fully press down the
sparkling button.
Keep the sparkling button pressed down
until you hear a clear buzzing sound (2-3
seconds). Do not release the button until
you hear the buzzing sound.
Check if the CO2 cylinder is properly
screwed in.
The cylinder has run out of CO2 and needs
replacing.
If you are using the small stainless steel
bottle, make sure that you have inserted
the bottle base before.
Droplets of water are visible on the cylinder slot. Try to screw in the CO2 cylinder bit more
tightly.
CO2 is escaping, but I am not pressing the
sparkling button button. Remove the cylinder and screw it in again.
The cylinder gets extremely cold / freezes up.
Remove the cylinder. Check if there is a
black rubber gasket inside the cylinder
bracket and if it is properly centred. If the
rubber gasket is missing, please contact
BRITA customer service.
The container can not be screwed in properly into
the soda maker.
Make sure, that the bottle is inserted
properly into the container.
Make sure, that you have screwed in the
container into the system with the nozzle
centered in the upper part of the bottle.
After sparkling, there are small pieces of ice in the
water.
No worries, this can occur with strong
sparkling of very cold water and is not a
defect.

6. Important information
Disposal
The packaging is made from recyclable material and can be disposed of with household waste-
paper recycling.
Kindly dispose all sodaTRIO bottles (glass, plastic and stainless steel) in the general waste
collection.
The soda maker can be disposed of as bulky waste, or at communal recycling centres.
Please comply with the respective local requirements.
Dispose original BRITA CO2 cylinders at communal recycling centres, or return them to us at no
cost so they can be recycled for use again. To do this, contact BRITA customer service directly.

At BRITA, we are convinced that you will be satisfied by the performance and quality of this
product. But if you are not satisfied with this product, BRITA will take it back within 30 days of
the date of purchase and refund the purchase price.
To do this, send the product with the sales receipt, the reason for the return, your full name,
telephone number and bank account details to the customer service address in your home
country, which is stated on the back.
Please always send items back to us complete and in the original packaging.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für den sodaTRIO entschieden haben, dem ersten Wassersprudler von
BRITA, der mit drei verschiedenen Arten von Flaschen kompatibel ist: einer Glasflasche für den
Esstisch, einer Kunststoflasche für jeden Anlass und einer isolierten Edelstahlflasche in zwei
verschiedenen Größen für unterwegs. Mit diesem Produkt können Sie im Handumdrehen frisches
Trinkwasser in Sprudelwasser verwandeln. Sein eigenes Wasser aufzusprudeln ist gut für die
Umwelt, einfach und günstig. Außerdem können Sie nun individuell bestimmen, wie viel Sprudel
Ihr Wasser haben soll. Mit einem BRITA CO2-Zylinder können Sie bis zu 60 Liter Wasser sprudeln.
Die genaue Menge variiert und hängt von Ihrem bevorzugten Sprudelgrad ab. Der sodaTRIO
wird aus hochwertigen Materialien gefertigt und regelmäßig auf Produktsicherheit und Qualität
getestet. Da Wassersprudler unter hohem Druck betrieben werden, ist es wichtig, dass die
vorgegebenen Sicherheitshinweise eingehalten werden.
Nutzung
Der Wassersprudler ist ausschließlich für den privaten Gebrauch vorgesehen und darf nur von
erwachsenen Personen verwendet werden. Er ist ausschließlich dafür vorgesehen, Trinkwasser
ohne weitere Zusätze aufzusprudeln. Andere Getränke wie Softdrinks, Säfte, alkoholische
Getränke oder Wässer mit Zusätzen wie Sirups oder Brausetabletten dürfen nicht aufgesprudelt
werden. Jede über die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung hinausgehende Benutzung gilt als
Fehlgebrauch. BRITA ist nicht für Sach- oder Personenschäden aufgrund von Fehlgebrauch
haftbar.
2. Sicherheitshinweise
Was kann ich sprudeln?
Der sodaTRIO darf nur mit Trinkwasser verwendet werden, dass von einem Wasserversorger
bereitgestellt wird und somit die gesetzlichen Anforderungen an die Trinkwasserqualität erfüllt.
Für ein noch besseres Geschmackserlebnis empfehlen wir, BRITA-gefiltertes Wasser zum
Aufsprudeln zu verwenden. Wasser ist ein verderbliches Lebensmittel und als solches sollten
Sie es innerhalb von zwei Tagen verbrauchen. Im Falle einer behördlichen Auorderung zum
Abkochen des Leitungswassers, müssen Sie das Wasser vor dem Sprudeln abkochen! Nach
dem Abkochen muss das Wasser abkühlen, bevor Sie es in die Flasche füllen. Sprudeln Sie
ausschließlich stilles Trinkwasser. Andere Getränke, wie z. B. Säfte, Softdrinks oder mit Sirup
versetztes Leitungswasser können zu Schäden am Gerät oder Personen führen.
Flaschen
Bitte verwenden Sie nur originale BRITA sodaTRIO Flaschen (Glas, Kunststo oder Edelstahl)
mit dem sodaTRIO. Flaschen von anderen Herstellern sowie die BRITA sodaONE PET Flasche
sind nicht kompatibel und stellen somit ein Sicherheitsrisiko dar. BRITA ist nicht für Sach- oder
Personenschäden aufgrund von Fehlgebrauch haftbar.

Die folgenden Hinweise gelten für alle BRITA sodaTRIO Flaschen (Glas, Kunststo und Edelstahl):
• Alle sodaTRIO Flaschen und Deckel sind spülmaschinengeeignet.
• Die Flaschen müssen vor dem ersten Gebrauch in der Spülmaschine oder per Hand mit einem
milden Spülmittel gereinigt werden. Außerdem wird empfohlen, die Flaschen regelmäßig zu
spülen.
• Achten Sie bei der Verwendung einer Bürste (z. B. aus Silikon) darauf, dass diese für Glas,
Kunststo- und Edelstahlflaschen geeignet ist. Außerdem darf sie keine oenliegenden
Metallteile haben, die die Oberflächen oder das Innere der Flaschen zerkratzen könnten.
• Wasser in sodaTRIO Flaschen darf nicht von Kindern aufgesprudelt werden.
• Überprüfen Sie die sodaTRIO Flaschen vor jedem Gebrauch auf Risse und Verformungen.
Beschädigte Flaschen dürfen nicht verwendet werden.
• Die Flaschen dürfen nur bis zum angegebenen Füllstand gefüllt werden.
• Nutzen Sie alle Flaschen nur bei Temperaturen zwischen +5 °C und +40 °C. In der Spülmaschine
dürfen keine Spülprogramme über +55 °C verwendet werden.
• Legen Sie die Flaschen weder in die Mikrowelle noch in den Gefrierschrank.
• Setzen Sie die sodaTRIO Flaschen keinen starken Temperaturschwankungen aus, z. B. darf kein
heißes Wasser in kalte Flaschen gefüllt werden oder umgekehrt.
• Bewahren Sie leere sodaTRIO Flaschen immer ohne Deckel auf.
• Lassen Sie sodaTRIO Flaschen nicht im Auto.
• Das Fallenlassen einer mit kohlensäurehaltigem Wasser gefüllten Glasflasche kann zu Rissen im
Glas führen und die Flasche möglicherweise zum Platzen bringen. Daher ist eine Flasche, die
heruntergefallen ist, besonders sorgfältig zu prüfen und ggf. zu entsorgen.
• Während des Aufsprudelns entsteht im Inneren der Flasche ein hoher Druck. Aus
Sicherheitsgründen müssen die sodaTRIO Kunststoflaschen spätestens 24 Monate nach dem
Kauf ersetzt werden. Das gilt nicht für die sodaTRIO Glas- und Edelstahlflaschen.
• Wichtig: Sollte eine sodaTRIO-Glasflasche während des Sprudelns unerwartet beschädigt
werden (z. B. platzen oder brechen), verwenden Sie den sodaTRIO bitte nicht mehr, da die
Gefahr einer Verletzung durch Splitter besteht. Schrauben Sie den Flaschenbehälter vorsichtig
ab, leeren Sie ihn und wenden Sie sich an den BRITA Kundenservice, um eine Rücksendung des
Wassersprudlers an BRITA vorzubereiten.
Gefahren durch CO2 vermeiden
WARNUNG!
• Der BRITA sodaTRIO kann mit handelsüblichen 425 g CO2-Zylindern mit Universal-
Schraubventil betrieben werden. Es wird jedoch empfohlen, original BRITA CO2-Zylinder zu
verwenden.
• Verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall größere oder kleinere CO2-Zylinder.
• Verwenden Sie den Wassersprudler nur mit Flaschen, die bis zur Fülllinie gefüllt sind! - Füllen
Sie niemals CO2 in eine leere Flasche.
• CO2-Zylinder können nach dem Gebrauch sehr kalt sein. Bitte warten Sie nach der letzten
Verwendung 10 Minuten, bevor Sie den Zylinder auswechseln.
• CO2-Zylinder können liegend oder stehend gelagert werden. Stellen Sie jedoch sicher, dass sie
nicht rollen oder fallen können. Aus Sicherheitsgründen dürfen Zylinder niemals mit dem Ventil
nach oben auf den Boden fallen, da es beschädigt werden und Gas austreten könnte. Stellen Sie
die CO2-Zylinder während des Betriebs immer in aufrechter Position auf.
• Setzen Sie volle CO2-Zylinder niemals direkter Sonneneinstrahlung oder Temperaturen über
+50 °C aus.
• Bewahren Sie sowohl volle als auch leere CO2-Zylinder außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern
auf.
• CO2 ist ein farb- und geruchloses Gas. Bei hohen Konzentrationen und unzureichender
Belüftung besteht Erstickungsgefahr.

• Bei dem Verdacht einer erhöhten CO2-Konzentration im Raum, lüften und verlassen Sie diesen
schnellstmöglich.
• Beschädigte CO2-Zylinder dürfen nicht verwendet werden und sind unverzüglich
auszuwechseln!
• Bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch kann der Druck in CO2-Zylindern zu schweren Personenschäden
und sogar zum Tod führen.
• Versuchen Sie niemals, den CO2-Zylinder selbst zu füllen.
• Führen Sie keine Veränderungen am CO2-Zylinder durch, wie. z. B. anstechen usw.
• Setzen Sie CO2-Zylinder nicht in den sodaTRIO ein oder tauschen Sie diese nicht aus, wenn die
sodaTRIO Flasche eingesetzt ist.
3. Verwendung
Suchen Sie für den BRITA sodaTRIO einen geeigneten Platz auf einer flachen und stabilen
Oberfläche, fern von externen Wärmequellen oder oenen Flammen, wie z. B. Herd oder Ofen.
Der Wassersprudler darf nicht bei Temperaturen über 40 °C verwendet werden.
Verwenden Sie den Wassersprudler immer in aufrechter Position.
Stellen Sie vor dem Gebrauch sicher, dass die Flasche und der Wassersprudler sauber sind.
Installation des CO2-Zylinder und des Wassersprudlers
Wenn der Flaschenbehälter am System befestigt ist, entfernen Sie diesen bitte.
Entfernen Sie das Abtropfgitter und legen Sie den Wassersprudler auf die Seite.
Entfernen Sie die Plastikfolie vom Kopf des CO2-Zylinders und schrauben Sie die
Ventilabdeckung ab.
Schieben Sie den Zylinder vorsichtig von unten in das Gehäuse. Sobald der Zylinder auf das
Ende trit, drehen Sie ihn im Uhrzeigersinn. Schrauben Sie den Zylinder fest ein. Drehen Sie
ihn aber nicht zu fest, da ansonsten Schäden am System oder am Zylinder entstehen können.
Zum Entfernen des leeren Zylinders für den Austausch gehen Sie genauso vor wie beim
ersten Einsetzen, drehen Sie jedoch den Zylinder entgegen des Uhrzeigersinns heraus.
Schrauben Sie die Sprudeldüse im Gewinde am sodaTRIO fest.
Stellen Sie den sodaTRIO aufrecht hin und setzen Sie das Abtropfgitter ein.
Achtung: Der sodaTRIO ist nur mit CO2-Zylindern mit Universal-Schraubventil kompatibel.
Andere Zylinder (z. B. mit Quick-Connect-Ventil) sind nicht kompatibel.

Jetzt wird gesprudelt!
Spülen Sie die Flasche vor dem ersten Gebrauch
in der Spülmaschine oder per Hand mit mildem
Spülmittel und lauwarmem Wasser aus.
Befüllen Sie jetzt die Flasche bis zur
markierten Fülllinie mit Wasser. Nicht
über die Markierung hinaus befüllen!
Falls die sodaTRIO Flaschen bis über die
Markierung gefüllt werden, laufen sie nach
dem Aufsprudeln über.
Die Fülllinie der Edelstahlflasche finden Sie
auf der Innenseite der Flasche.
Verwenden Sie für ein noch besseres Sprudelwassererlebnis gekühltes, gefiltertes Wasser aus
einer BRITA Wasserfilter-Kanne.

Bei Verwendung der sodaTRIO Glasflasche,
der Kunststoflasche oder der großen
Edelstahlflasche: die gefüllte Flasche in
den Behälter einsetzen. Bei Verwendung
der kleinen sodaTRIO Edelstahlflasche:
zuerst den Flaschenadapter und dann die
gefüllte Flasche in den Flaschenbehälter
einsetzen.

Individueller Sprudelgrad
Mit dem sodaTRIO Wassersprudler können Sie Ihr Wasser individuell sprudeln:
• Durch kurzes Drücken (ca. 1 Sekunde) des Sprudelknopfes erhalten Sie leicht perliges Wasser.
• Für einen mittleren Sprudelgrad halten Sie den Knopf ca. 2 Sekunden gedrückt.
• Stark gesprudeltes Wasser erhalten Sie, wenn Sie den Sprudelknopf gedrückt halten, bis ein
deutliches Zischen zu hören ist (ca. 3 Sekunden).
Durch Wiederholen des Vorgangs können Sie den Sprudelgrad des Wassers noch steigern.
4. Reinigung des sodaTRIO und der Flaschen
Damit Sie mit Ihrem sodaTRIO für lange Jahre zufrieden sind, wird empfohlen, den
Wassersprudler und die Flaschen regelmäßig zu reinigen.
Reinigung des Wassersprudlers:
Behälter, Flaschenadapter, Sprudeldüse und Abtropfgitter entfernen. Säubern Sie
alle Teile mit mildem Spülmittel und lauwarmem Wasser. Stellen Sie den Behälter, den
Flaschenadapter, die Sprudeldüse und das Abtropfgitter bitte nicht in die Spülmaschine. Beim
Sprudeln kann sich überschüssiges Wasser in der Tropfschale ansammeln. Bitte entleeren und
reinigen Sie die Tropfschale regelmäßig.
Zur Lagerung des Wassersprudlers muss der Behälter immer abgeschraubt werden.
Reinigung der sodaTRIO Flaschen (Glas-, Kunststo- und Edelstahlflaschen):
Alle sodaTRIO Flaschen sind spülmaschinengeeignet. Sie können diese aber
auch per Hand mit mildem Spülmittel und lauwarmem Wasser spülen. Achten
Sie bei der Verwendung einer Bürste darauf, dass diese für Glas-, Kunststo- und
Edelstahlflaschen geeignet ist. Außerdem darf sie keine oenliegenden Metallteile
haben, die die Oberflächen oder das Innere der Flaschen zerkratzen könnten. Vor
allem, wenn Sie stärkere Verschmutzungen, wie Sirupreste oder andere Zusätze in
der Flasche haben, ist es sehr wichtig, die Flaschen vor dem nächsten Gebrauch
zu reinigen.
Reinigen Sie den Flaschendeckel und den darin befindlichen Dichtungsring
bitte regelmäßig in der Spülmaschine oder per Hand mit mildem Spülmittel und
lauwarmem Wasser. Zu diesem Zweck kann der Dichtungsring im Deckel der
Glas- und Kunststoflaschen entfernt werden. Es kann zu Farbveränderungen im
Inneren des Deckels kommen, wenn dieser in der Spülmaschine mit Lebensmittelrückständen in
Kontakt gerät. Wir empfehlen, zum Reinigen von Flaschen und Deckeln stets sauberes Wasser zu
verwenden.
Lassen Sie den Sprudelknopf los, damit der
überschüssige Druck entweichen kann.
Schrauben Sie den Behälter vorsichtig im
Uhrzeigersinn aus dem Wassersprudler
und entnehmen Sie die Flasche. Genießen
Sie Ihr frisch gesprudeltes Wasser.

5. Fehlerbehebung
Problem Mögliche Lösung
Es kommt nur wenig oder kein CO2 in der
Wasserflasche an.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass ein voller CO2-
Zylinder eingesetzt wurde.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Flasche bis zur
markierten Fülllinie mit Trinkwasser gefüllt
ist.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Sprudelknopf
komplett heruntergedrückt ist.
Halten Sie den Sprudelknopf gedrückt,
bis ein deutliches Zischen zu hören ist
(2-3 Sekunden). Lassen Sie den Knopf nicht
vorher los.
Prüfen Sie ob der CO2-Zylinder
ordnungsgemäß eingeschraubt ist.
Der Zylinder enthält kein CO2 mehr und
muss ausgetauscht werden.
Wenn Sie die kleine Edelstahlflasche
verwenden, stellen Sie sicher, dass vorher
der Flaschenadapter eingesetzt wurde.
Im Zylindereinschub sind Wassertropfen zu sehen. Versuchen Sie, den CO2-Zylinder etwas
fester anzuschrauben.
CO2 entweicht, ohne dass ich den Sprudelknopf
drücke. Entfernen Sie den Zylinder und schrauben
Sie ihn wieder ein.
Der Zylinder wird extrem kalt oder friert ein.
Entfernen Sie den Zylinder. Kontrollieren
Sie, ob sich in der Zylinderhalterung eine
schwarze Gummidichtung befindet und
mittig sitzt. Fehlt die Gummidichtung,
kontaktieren Sie bitte den BRITA
Kundenservice.
Der Behälter kann nicht ordnungsgemäß in den
Wassersprudler eingeschraubt werden.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Flasche
ordnungsgemäß in den Behälter
eingeschraubt wurde.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Sprudeldüse
beim Einschrauben des Flaschenbehälters
in das System im oberen Teil der Flasche
zentriert ist.
Nach dem Aufsprudeln befinden sich kleine
Eisstückchen im Wasser.
Keine Sorge, das kann beim Aufsprudeln
von sehr kaltem Wasser vorkommen. Es
handelt sich um keinen Defekt.

Die Verpackung besteht aus recycelbarem Material und kann im Papiermüll entsorgt werden.
Alle sodaTRIO Flaschen (Glas, Kunststo und Edelstahl) können Sie im normalen Hausmüll
entsorgen.
Den Wassersprudler können Sie über den Sperrmüll oder bei Wertstohöfen entsorgen.
Bitte beachten Sie die jeweiligen örtlichen Vorgaben.
Originale BRITA CO2-Zylinder können Sie entweder bei Wertstohöfen entsorgen, oder
kostenfrei an uns zurücksenden und dem Kreislauf wieder zuführen. Hierfür wenden Sie sich bitte

1. Introduction
Merci d’avoir choisi sodaTRIO, la première machine à eau pétillante BRITA compatible avec trois
types de bouteilles : une bouteille en verre pour la table, une bouteille en plastique pour un usage
universel et une bouteille isotherme en acier inoxydable dans deux tailles diérentes pour vous
accompagner où vous allez. Ce produit vous permet de transformer instantanément l‘eau potable
ou filtrée en eau pétillante. Gazéifier son eau soi-même est facile, écologique et économique.
De plus, vous pouvez déterminer le niveau de gazéification souhaité. Un cylindre de CO2 BRITA
vous permet de gazéifier jusqu’à 60 litres d’eau pétillante. La quantité exacte varie en fonction
du degré de gazéification choisi. La machine à eau pétillante sodaTRIO, fabriquée à partir de
matériaux de qualité supérieure, est régulièrement soumise à des tests de sécurité et de qualité.
Les machines à eau pétillante étant soumises à une pression de gaz élevée, il est important de
bien suivre les consignes de sécurité.
Utilisation correcte
La machine à eau pétillante est exclusivement réservée à un usage personnel et ne doit être
utilisée que par un adulte. Elle est uniquement prévue pour l’ajout de CO2 dans l’eau potable, à
l’exclusion de tout autre additif. Elle ne doit pas être utilisée pour gazéifier des boissons sucrées
déjà aromatisées, des jus de fruits, des boissons alcoolisées ou toute autre boisson avec des
additifs tels que des sirops ou comprimés eervescents. Toute utilisation diérente ou allant
au-delà de l‘utilisation prévue est considérée comme une utilisation non conforme. BRITA décline
toute responsabilité pour tout dommage en résultant.
2. CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
Que puis-je gazéifier ?
La machine à eau pétillante sodaTRIO ne doit être utilisée qu’avec de l’eau du robinet potable
et conforme aux exigences réglementaires de qualité de l’eau. Pour un goût optimal et une
protection de votre appareil, nous recommandons de filtrer l’eau du robinet avec un filtre à
eau BRITA avant de la gazéifier ! L‘eau étant une denrée alimentaire périssable, elle doit être
consommée sous deux jours. Si la législation exige de faire bouillir l’eau du robinet, vous devez
la faire bouillir avant de la gazéifier. Une fois l’eau bouillie, vous devez la laisser refroidir avant de
remplir la bouteille. Gazéifiez uniquement de l‘eau potable plate. Les autres boissons, comme
les jus, les boissons sans alcool ou l’eau du robinet additionnée de sirop, peuvent endommager
l’appareil ou avoir des eets néfastes sur la santé.
Bouteilles
Veuillez seulement utiliser les bouteilles BRITA sodaTRIO (verre, plastique ou acier inoxydable)
avec la machine à eau pétillante sodaTRIO. Les bouteilles d’autres fabricants ainsi que la bouteille
BRITA sodaONE en PET ne sont pas compatibles et peuvent donc présenter un risque pour la
sécurité. BRITA décline toute responsabilité pour tout dommage ou blessure causé(e) par une
utilisation inappropriée.
