– Alten Zylinder ausbauen.
– Neuen Zylinder einbauen.
Vorsicht Verletzungsgefahr!
Hauptschalter ausschalten!
Zylinder nur bei ausgeschalteter Maschine wechseln.

3 Druckluftleitungen anschließen
– Druckluftschläuche am Oberteil mit den Steckanschlüssen 1, 2 und
3 (8 mm auf 6 mm) an die vorhandenen 6 mm Schläuche
anschließen.
Die 6 mm Schläuche sollen dabei so kurz wie möglich sein, um
schnell einen höheren Luftdurchlass zu ermöglichen.
– Druckluftschläuche an der Wartungseinheit ebenfalls mit den
Steckanschlüssen 4 und 5 (8 mm auf 6 mm) an die vorhandenen
6 mm Schläuche anschließen.

The pressure hoses 1, 2 and 3 are already pre-assembled.
– Remove the old cylinder.
– Mount the new cylinder.
Caution: Risk of injury!
Turn off the main switch!
The cylinder may only be changed with the sewing machine switched off.

2 Connecting the pressure hoses
– Connect the pressure hoses on the machine head with the plug
connectors 1, 2 and 3 (8 mm onto 6 mm) onto the existing 6 mm
hoses.
In order to quickly attain a higher air flow rate, the 6 mm hoses
should be as short as possible.
– Also connect the hoses to the maintenance unit with the plug
connectors 4 and 5 (8 mm onto 6 mm) onto the existing 6 mm
hoses.
