Brief introduction of hardware

(1) Power button: press and hold for 3 seconds to turn the GPS unit

on or off.

(2) Touch screen

(3) Built-in GPS antenna

(4) Card slot: slot for SD or MMC memory cards (sold separately)

(5) Charge indicator light

(6) Reset button

(7) USB port

(8) Headphone jack/TMC antenna jack

*Tip1: Do not touch the touch screen before the unit starts up completely;

otherwise, the touch screen may fail to work.

Before getting started with your GPS, check to see that your INVION GPS-

3V4 package includes the following items (if you are missing any parts,

please contact your INVION dealer immediately):

Connection

Connect to Car Power

Connect the USB plug of the car power adapter to the USB port on the

side of the GPS Unit.

Connect the car cigarette lighter plug of the car power adapter into the

car cigarette lighter socket.

Press the POWER button to turn on the GPS unit.

The “Top Menu” screen will be displayed.

NOTE: During navigation or other operations, quickly pressing the

POWER button will display the “Top Menu” screen.

Volume

Tap (+) or (-) on the “Top Menu” screen to adjust the volume.

Tap on the screen to mute the sound. The following will be displayed

on the screen:

Bright

Tap on the “Top Menu” screen to display the “Bright” menu.

1. Tap (+) or (–) on the screen to adjust the brightness of the screen.

2. Tap on the screen to return to the “Top Menu” screen.

Entertainment

You can play the audio, video or picture les stored in SD or MMC memory

cards.

Insert the SD or MMC memory card into the card slot.

Tap on the Top Menu to change to Media player mode. The

SDMMC DISK folder will be displayed.

Tap SDMMC DISK folder to open it. The folder list will be displayed.

Tap a folder (Picture, Music, or Film) to open it; or tap a le to play it.

To Play an Audio or Video File

Tap the Music or Film folder to open it.

Select and tap the le to play it.

NOTE:

While a video is playing, tap the video screen area to toggle between the

two screen sizes.

To View a Picture File

Tap the Picture folder to open it.

Select and tap the le to view it.

While displaying a picture, tap the picture screen area to toggle between the

two screen sizes.

The following buttons appear on the Folder screens.

Tap to return to the Top Menu.

Tap to display the entertainment interface.

Tap to scroll up the folder list or le list.

Tap to scroll down the folder list or le list.

Tap to show the le list in thumbnail mode.

Tap to show the le list in list mode.

Tap to return to the folder list.

The following buttons appear on the Audio and Video Media screens.

Tap to play a le or all les repeatedly.

Tap to play the les in random order.

Tap to play the previous le.

Tap to pause the playback.

Tap to resume the playback.

Tap to play the next le.

Tap to stop the playback.

Tap to return to the le list.

The following buttons appear on the Picture Media screens.

Tap to view the previous picture.

Tap to play the picture slideshow continuously.

Tap to view the next picture.

Tap to rotate the current picture 90º clockwise.

Branchement

Brancher à l’alimentation de votre voiture

Branchez la prise USB de l’adaptateur voiture au port USB situé sur le

côté du GPS.

Branchez la prise de l’allume-cigare de l’adaptateur voiture dans la prise

de l’allume-cigare de la voiture.

Appuyez sur le bouton POWER pour allumer le GPS.

L’écran du “Menu principal” s’afchera.

REMARQUE : Lors de la navigation ou d’autres opérations, vous

pourrez afcher l’écran du “Menu principal” en appuyant rapidement sur

le bouton POWER

Volume

Appuyez sur (+) ou (-) sur l’écran du “Menu principal” pour régler le

volume.

Appuyez sur sur l’écran pour couper le son. L’écran suivant

s’afchera alors :

Luminosité

Appuyez sur dans l’écran du “Menu principal” pour afcher le menu

de “Luminosité”.

1. Appuyez sur (+) ou (–) dans l’écran pour régler la luminosité de l’écran.

2. Appuyez sur dans l’écran pour revenir à l’écran du “Menu

principal”.

Divertissements

Vous pouvez lire les chiers audio, vidéo ou d’image conservés dans les

cartes mémoire SD ou MMC.

Insérez la carte mémoire SD ou MMC dans la fente pour carte.

Appuyez sur dans le menu principal pour passer en mode

Lecteur Multimédia. Le dossier de DISQUE SDMMC s’afchera.

Appuyez sur le dossier de DISQUE SDMMC pour l’ouvrir. La liste de

dossiers s’afchera.

Appuyez sur un dossier (Image, Musique, ou Film) pour l’ouvrir; ou

appuyez sur un chier pour le lire.

Pour lire un chier Audio ou Vidéo

Appuyez sur le dossier de Musique ou de Film pour l’ouvrir.
