Tastatur
Elektrische und elektronische Geräte dürfen nach der europäischen WEEE-
Richtlinie nicht mit dem Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Deren Bestandteile
müssen getrennt der Wiederverwertung oder Entsorgung zugeführt

1.0 Sicherheitshinweise
Stellen Sie das Gerät immer auf eine stabile und gerade Fläche. Bei Stürzen
kann es beschädigt werden.
Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht direktem Sonnenlicht oder hohen Temperatu-
ren aus, da dieses sonst ebenfalls beschädigt werden kann oder sich die
Nutzungsdauer verkürzt.
Stellen Sie das Produkt nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen wie Heiz-
körpern oder anderen Wärme erzeugenden Geräten auf.
Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht Regen, Wasser, Nässe oder hoher Luftfeuchtig-
keit aus. Stellen Sie es nicht im Badezimmer oder in der Küche neben
einem Wasch- oder Spülbecken auf und vermeiden Sie auf alle Fälle
direkten Kontakt mit Wasser.
Versuchen Sie nicht, das Gerät zu öffnen.

4.0 Aufstellen des Tablet PCs in Ihrer
i.onik

4.1. Zur Verwendung der Tastatur stellen Sie den Tablet PC in den
vorgesehenen Schlitz.

4.2. Zum einfachen Verstauen des iPad

6.0 Tablet PC Funktionstasten
Die i.onik
®
Bluetooth
®
Tastatur ist mit speziellen Tasten ausgestattet, mit
denen Sie unterschiedliche Funktionen auf Ihrem Tablet PC steuern können:
Sondertasten:
Drücken Sie die Command und Leertaste gleichzeitig. Um die Sprache zu
wechseln, drücken Sie zusätzlich die Pfeiltasten hoch/runter.
7.0 Batterie
1. Im Standby-Modus bleibt die Batterie der Tastatur für mehrere Tage
aufgeladen.

Tastatur ab, wenn Sie sie nicht
benötigen. Auf diese Weise verlängern Sie die Lebensdauer des Akkus.
Die i.onik

Bluetooth
®
Tastatur wechselt automatisch in den Standby-
Modus, wenn die Tastatur längere Zeit nicht verwendet wurde. Drücken
Sie eine Taste und warten Sie 1 bis 2 Sekunden bis die Tastatur reaktiviert
wurde.
4.3. Um das iPad
®
wieder zu verwenden, ziehen Sie es vorsichtig aus der
Führung und stellen es wie in Punkt 4.1 beschrieben wieder auf.
4. Wählen Sie „KB002“ aus dem verfügbaren Geräten aus. Ihnen wird ein
Passwort auf dem Tablet PC angezeigt.
5. Geben Sie das angezeigte Passwort über die Tatstaur ein und bestätigen
die Eingabe mit der „Return“-Taste. Jetzt wird die Verbindung zwischen
dem Tablet PC und der Tastatur hergestellt.
5.0 Verbinden der i.onik
®
Bluetooth Tastatur mit Ihrem
Tablet PC
Hinweis: Diesen Schritt müssen Sie nur ausführen, wenn Sie die Tastatur
zum ersten Mal mit Ihrem Tablet PC verbinden.
1. Schalten Sie den Tablet PC ein und wählen Sie „Einstellungen“ >
„Allgemein“ > „Bluetooth
®
“
2. Schieben Sie den Power-Schalter der Tastatur auf „On“ und drücken Sie
den Bluetooth
®
-Verbindungsknopf.
3. Sobald die Statusleuchte blinkt, ist das Gerät bereit, sich mit Ihrem
Tablet PC zu verbinden. Der Tablet PC zeigt nun „KB002“ als verfügbares
Gerät an.

According to the European WEEE directive, electrical and electronic equip-
ment must not be disposed with consumer waste. Its components must be
recycled or disposed apart from each other. Otherwise contaminative and
hazardous substances can pollute our environment.
You as a consumer are committed by law to dispose electrical and elect-
ronic devices to the producer, the dealer or public collecting points at the end of the
devices lifetime for free. Particulars are
regulated in national right. The symbol on the product, in the user‘s manual or at
the packaging alludes to these terms. With this kind of waste seperation, application
and waste disposal of used devices you achieve an important share to environmental
protection.
1.0 Safety Instruction
Put the device always on a stable and straight surface. In case of falling it
can be damaged.
Don‘t place the device into direct sunlight or in places with high tempera-
ture. This can damage the device or shorten his average useful life.
Don‘t place it in the near of heat sources like radiators or other heat
producing devices.
Don‘t expose the devices to rain, water, wetness or high humidity.
Don‘t place it in the bathroom or the kitchen in the near of a sink.

6.0 Tablet PC Function Keys
The i.onik
®
Bluetooth
®
keyboard has been designed with special function
keys to give you more control of your tablet PC.
Combination keys:
Press Command and space key simulatniously. Press the arrow keys up/
down additionally to change the language.
7.0 Battery
1. In standby mode the battery can last sveral days.
2. When not in use turn the device off to lengthen the battery life.

keyboard will change into sleep mode if not being in
use; press any key and wait a second or two to waken it.
4.3. Take out: using two hands. Hold both sides of the keyboard. The one
hand pulls the tablet PC and makes it sliding out along the edge of the
bottom of the keyboard.
4. Select “KB002” on the tablet PC. The tablet PC will display a code.
5. Type the code on KB002 and press enter; the keyboard is now paired to
the tablet PC.
5.0 Pair your i.onik
®

Note: This step is only needed when you pair your i.onik
®
Bluetooth
®
keyboard for the first time.
1. Turn on your tablet PC and select: Settings > General > Bluetooth
2. Slide the button “On” and press the Bluetooth button on the keyboard.
3. The status light will flash on the keyboard and the tablet PC will display
“KB002” as an available device.
