The follower plate must be assembled on the bottom of the SAMES KREMLIN pumps.

OPERATING THE PUMP. PLEASE FOLLOW THAT INSTRUCTION TO PREVENT FROM SERIOUS
INJURIES.

04. CHANGEMENT DES JOINTS TORIQUES - REMOVING THE O-RING SEALS -
AUSTAUSCH DER O-RING DICHTUNGEN - CAMBIO DE LAS JUNTAS TÓRICAS
L'opérateur doit disposer de protections individuelles telles que :
gants, masque, lunettes, protecteurs auditifs, vêtements… selon
l'utilisation du matériel.
L'utilisateur doit s'assurer de la ventilation du lieu d'utilisation du
matériel.
Pour le changement éventuel des joints toriques procéder ainsi :
Le fût ayant été préalablement retiré de l'élévateur, placer le plateau suiveur à 50cm du sol,
Assurer l’immobilisation physique de la partie mobile de l’élévateur afin d’éviter tous risques
d’écrasement en cas de descente de la pompe et de son plateau suiveur avec des moyens
appropriés,
Couper l’alimentation en air de la pompe, et la décomprimer de façon à ce qu’il ne reste plus
aucune pression résiduelle pouvant entraîner un mouvement inopiné de la palette,
Couper les joints à l'aide d'un couteau,
Les joints étant retirés, gratter et nettoyer parfaitement leur emplacement sur le plateau suiveur,
Remonter les joints neufs en les passant par le dessous du plateau,
Remonter le plateau suiveur en position haute.
Nota : A chaque changement de fût, nettoyer et lubrifier les joints avec une graisse compatible avec
le produit à pomper.
Protective clothing (gloves, protective masks, glasses, hearing
protective earplug, protective clothing…) should be worn to
comply with the recommendations.
The working area must be correctly ventilated.
When removing eventually the O-Rings, please follow these instructions :
Previously remove the drum from the pneumatic ram, place the follower plate 50 cm / 19.7" from the
floor,
Ensure ram physical restraint with appropriate means to avoid any risks of fall or of crushing of
people when the pump or the follower plate are going down,
Shut off the pump and depressurize it so that no more residual air may let the shovel beat,
Cut the O-ring seals with a knife,
Once the O-ring seals removed, clean carefully their location,
Install new O-ring seals,
Lift the follower plate in high position.
Nota: Each time the drum is changed, lubricate the seal (s) of the follower plate with the appropriate
grease.

Der Bediener muss individuellen Schutz (Schutzbrillen,
Handschuhe, Schuhe, Schutzanzüge und Masken) tragen.
Der Bediener muss sich überzeugen, dass die Arbeitsstelle gut be-
und entlüftet wird.
Um die O-Ring Dichtungen auszutauschen:
Das Fass aus dem Pumpenlift nehmen und die Folgeplatte auf ca. 50 cm über den Boden fahren,
De beweglichen Teile des Pumpenliftes, so mechanisch absichern, dass ein unbeabsichtigtes
herunterfahren oder –fallen verhindert wird, damit keine Personen verletzt werden können.
Die Luftschläuche abnehmen und die Pumpe druckentlasten, damit keine Restluft in der Anlage
den Schöpfkolben bewegen kann.
Die O-Ring Dichtungen mit einem Messer durchschneiden,
Die Nuten für die O-Ring Dichtungen sorgfältig reinigen,
Neue O-Ring Dichtungen montieren,
Die Folgeplatte wieder in die höchste Stellung fahren.
Anmerkung: Nach jedem Fasswechsel, die Dichtungen mit einem entsprechend
materialverträglichen Fett einschmieren.
El operario debe tener a disposiciones protecciones individuales
como guantes, máscaras, gafas, orejeras, vestidos … según la
utilización del material.
El utilizador debe asegurarse que la zona de trabajo esté
correctamente ventilada.
Para cambiar eventualmente juntas tóricas, por favor siga las instrucciones siguientes :
Después de quitado el bidón del elevador, poner a 50 cm del suelo el plato seguidor,
Garantizar la inmobilización física de la parte móvil del elevador con medios apropriados para
impedir riegos de aplastamiento durante la bajada de la bomba o del plato seguidor,
Cortar la alimentación en aire de la bomba y descomprimir hasta que no haya más presión residual
que puede provocar un movimiento inopinado de la paleta,
Cortar con un cuchillo las juntas,
Una vez quitadas las juntas, rascar y limpiar correctamente su sitio en el plato seguidor,
Volver a montar juntas nuevas y pasarlas por debajo del plato,
Levantar el plato seguidor en posición alta.
Nota: A cada cambio de bidón, lubricar la(s) junta (s) del plato seguidor con una grasa compatible
con el producto de aspirar.
