These are repeated measurement cycles. Each of them
will run 10 minutes. For each cycle, the following measure-
ments will be made: a start measurement, a first compari-
son measurement after 5 minutes and another comparison
measurement after 10 minutes. If one of the two compari-
son measurements is more than 8°C lower than the start
measurement, the device will detect it as an open window
and automatically switch off.
1. Turn on the device (see ‘Starting’)

Level Setting’).

is more than 8°C below the start measurement, the
device turns off and the window check is comple-
ted. If this is not the case, the device will continue to
heat and the test will go on.
6. The second comparison measurement is made10
minutes after the start measurement. If the measured
temperature is more than 8°C below the start mea-
surement, the device turns off and the window check
is completed. If this is not the case, the second com-
parison measurement will be taken as a new start
measurement and the new measurement cycle will
start and run as described in steps 4 and 5.
7. As far as you do not finish the window test by
pressing the window button
3
, repeat steps 4
and 5 until you see a temperature drop of 8°C
within a cycle.

to heat. An audible alarm will sound for 5 seconds and
the fan will run 30 seconds till the standby mode. The
temperature indicator
D
and the LED "OF" are shown
blinking on the display.
