CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
FR
Cet appareil a été conçu pour la conservation
des vins. Tout autre usage, notamment la
conservation de denrées alimentaires, pourrait
se révéler dangereux car la température n’est
pas assez basse.
L'installation doit être effectuée selon les ins-
tructions de ce manuel ; une mauvaise installa-
tion pourrait détériorer l'appareil.
Pour les problèmes éventuels de fonctionne-
ment de l'appareil, adressez-vous toujours et
exclusivement aux centres autorisés de
Service Après-Vente ou bien à du personnel
qualifié.
Pour toute opération d'entretien, débranchez
préalablement l'appareil en évitant de tirer sur
le câble d'alimentation.
Si cet appareil en remplace un autre, qui ait un
dispositif de fermeture à loquet, à ressort, à
serrure ou autre, n'oubliez pas de détruire le
dispositif de fermeture ou, mieux encore, de
démonter la porte de votre ancien appareil afin
d'éviter que quelqu'un puisse être bloqué à l'in-
térieur (des enfants qui jouent, des animaux,
etc).
Après avoir déballé l'appareil, assurez-vous
qu'il n'a pas été endommagé. Dans cette éven-
tualité, les détériorations devront être signa-
lées au revendeur dans les 24h qui suivent la
livraison. Les matériaux employés pour l'em-
ballage sont entièrement recyclables (carton,
plastique à bulles de PE, EPS…). Tenir ces
matériaux hors de portée des enfants.
Danger :
Le circuit de réfrigération de l'appareil ren-
ferme de l'isobutane réfrigérant, un gaz natu-
rel peu polluant mais néanmoins inflamma-
ble. Pendant le transport et l'installation de
l'appareil, assurez vous qu'aucun des compo-
sants du circuit de réfrigération n'est endom-
magé. En cas de dommage, le laisser à l'écart
des flammes et des sources d'inflammation
et bien aérer la pièce où il se trouve.
Pour un fonctionnement optimal de l'appareil,
installez-le loin des sources de chaleur et
assurez-vous que l'air puisse bien circuler
autour (voir Installation de l'appareil).
Cet appareil n’est pas prévu pour être utilisé
par des personnes (y compris les enfants)
dont les capacités physiques, sensorielles ou
mentales sont réduites, ou par des personnes
dénuées d’expérience ou de connaissance,
sauf si elles ont pu bénéficier, par l’intermé-
diaire d’une personne responsable de leur
sécurité, d’une surveillance ou d’instructions
préalables concernant l’utilisation de l’appa-
reil.
Il convient de surveiller les enfants pour s’as-
surer qu’ils ne jouent pas avec l’appareil.

Important :
Avant de procéder à l'installation, lisez
attentivement les consignes de sécurité, afin
d'éviter certains inconvénients.
Installez l'appareil dans une pièce sans humi-
dité et bien aérée, loin de toute source de cha-
leur. Laissez une distance minimum de 10 cm
entre le haut de l'appareil et un meuble au-des-
sus. Si votre installation ne le permet pas, lais-
sez 5 cm entre le haut de la carrosserie et tout
autre meuble de cuisine fixé au mur, et un
écart de 2,5 cm de chaque côté de l'appareil.
Si votre appareil doit être installé à côté d'un
réfrigérateur ou congélateur, veillez à ne pas
coller les deux appareils pour éviter la forma-
tion de condensation à l’extérieur.
La classe climatique de votre cave à vin est
indiquée sur la plaque signalétique. Elle déter-
mine le rang des températures ambiantes pour
lequel l'unité frigorifique est conçue, en garan-
tissant le bon fonctionnement de l'appareil.

BRANCHEMENT ÉLECTRIQUE
Caractéristiques de la prise : 220-240V avec
prise de terre. Évitez d'utiliser des adaptateurs
ou des rallonges. Évitez que le câble soit en
contact avec le compresseur. Évitez que le
câble soit pris sous l'appareil.
L'installation électrique de l'appareil est dotée
d'une mise à la terre. Pour votre sécurité,
connectez l'appareil à une prise de courant
do
tée d'une mise à la terre efficace (conformé-
ment aux nor
mes en vigueur sur la sécur
ité de
l'installation électrique).
Le constructeur décline toute responsabilité
pour les dommages qui auraient été causés
par le manque de mise à la terre.
AVANT DE BRANCHER VOTRE
APPAREIL
• Nettoyez l'intérieur de votre appareil à l'eau
tiède additionnée de bicarbonate. Rincez et
séchez soigneusement.
• Attendez 2 heures avant la mise en fonction-
nement pour assurer la stabilisation des lubri-
fiants du moto-compresseur.
PROTECTION DE
L'ENVIRONNEMENT
Cet appareil ne contient pas, dans son circuit
réfrigérant et ses matières isolantes, de gaz
réfrigérants nocifs à la couche d'ozone. Il ne
doit pas être mis au rebut avec les ordures
urbaines et la ferraille afin d'éviter d'endomma-
ger le circuit réfrigérant, plus particulièrement
à l'arrière de l'appareil. Contactez votre mairie
afin de vous renseigner sur la collecte de ce
type d'appareils.
RECYCLAGE
Les matériaux d’emballage de cet appareil
sont recyclables. Participez à leur recyclage et
contribuez ainsi à la protection de l’environne-
ment en les déposant dans les conteneurs
municipaux prévus à cet effet.
Votre appareil contient également
de nombreux matériaux recycla-
bles. Il est donc marqué de ce
logo afin de vous indiquer que les
appareils usagés ne doivent pas
être mélangés avec d’autres
déchets. Le recyclage des appareils qu’orga-
nise votre fabricant sera ainsi réalisé dans les
meilleures conditions, conformément à la
directive européenne 2002/96/CE sur les
déchets d’équipements électriques et électro-
niq

ÉQUIPEMENTS
Votre appareil est livré avec des clayettes
réglables et amovibles, vous permettant de
stocker des bouteilles de différentes capacités
ou tailles.
Il est également équipé d’une serrure à clé qui
empêche l’ouverture des 2 cavités.
La cavité inférieure est dotée d’une lampe
d’éclairage.
INVERSION DU SENS
D'OUVERTURE DE LA PORTE
Il est possible de changer le sens d'ouverture
de la porte :
Important :
L'appareil doit toujours être débranché lors-
que vous procédez au changement du sens
d'ouverture.
• Penchez l’appareil en arrière et calez-le dans
cette position.
• Démontez la charnière du bas en retirant les
2 vis.
• Dégagez la porte inférieure.
• Dévissez la charnière centrale et retirez la
porte supérieure.
• Retirez la charnière supérieure et remontez-
la du côté opposé.
NB : En remontant les charnières et les por-
tes, veillez à bien remettre en place les ron-
delles en plastique préalablement retirées.
• Inversez également les caches trous qui se
trouvent au-dessus des 2 portes.
• Emboîtez et maintenez la petite porte dans
la charnière du haut puis insérez la charnière
du milieu sous la porte et vissez-la.
• Insérer la grande porte dans la charnière du
milieu puis r

• Remonter la charnière inférieure en la vis-
sant solidement.

Votre cave à vin possède 2 cavités dont la tem-
pérature peut être ajustée indépendamment.
Ainsi vous adapterez la température de cha-
que cavité en fonction du type de vin que vous
souhaitez y stocker (rouge, blanc, rosé, mous-
seux).
• Les dimensions des bouteilles pouvant
varier, elles ont une influence sur la capacité
de stockage de votre appareil. La cavité supé-
rieure de votre cave à vin est prévue pour rece-
voir 10 bouteilles standard et la cavité infé-
rieure 18.
La température ambiante jouant un grand rôle
sur l'efficacité de l'appareil, nous vous conseil-
lons de placer votre cave à vin dans une pièce
dont la température est comprise entre 22 et
25°C.
La température intérieure change selon l'em-
placement des clayettes. De même, la lumière
peut faire varier la température ; veillez donc à
ne pas allumer trop souvent la lampe inté-
rieure.
Conseils :
• La température intérieure recommandée
pour chaque cavité de votre cave à vin est
comprise entre 7 et 18°C.
• Les températures recommandées pour les
vins selon leur type sont :
•Vin rouge : 15-18°C
•Vin blanc, sec : 10-15°C
•Vin mousseux : 7-9°C
•Vin rosé : 9-10°C

UTILISATION DU BANDEAU DE
COMMANDE
La température de la cavité supérieure est indi-
quée dans l’afficheur qui porte la mention
“UPPER” et celle de la cavité inférieure dans
l’afficheur marqué “LOWER”.
Lorsque vous réglez la température pour la
première fois, ou après une longue période
pendant laquelle l'appareil a été débranché, la
température qui apparaît automatiquement sur
les afficheurs est 10°C.
• Appuyez sur [SET], l’afficheur “UPPER” cli-
gnote.
• Pour ajuster la température, utilisez les
2 touches
[UP/DOWN]
qui vous permettent
d’ajuster la température au degré près.
• En appuyant une seconde fois sur la touche
[SET], l’afficheur “LOWER” clignote. Régler la
température à l’aide des touches [UP/DOWN].
Si vous choisissez la température pour du vin
rouge, un voyant s'allumera à côté de l'inscrip-
tion Red (rouge). Il en sera de même pour les
2 autres types de vins présents sur le ban-
deau : White (blanc) et Sparkling (mousseux). Il
n'y a pas de voyant spécifique pour le vin rosé.
• Si vous souhaitez stocker dans la cavité infé-
rieure deux types de vins, rouge et blanc,
réglez la température en fonction du plus
grand nombre de bouteilles. Cependant il
existe une différence de température entre le
haut et le bas de la cavité : vous en profiterez
pour placer le vin blanc sur les cla
yettes du
haut et le vin rouge sur celles du bas. Tout en
conservant un réglage “vin rouge”.
• Vous pouvez choisir l’unité de mesure de la
température : Fahrenheit ou Celsius en
appuyant sur les touches [TEMP F° ou C°].
Un voyant intégré aux touches indiquera
l’unité choisie.
• Enfin, vous pouvez allumer ou éteindre la
lumière située dans la cavité inférieure, en
appuyant sur la touche [LIGHT ON/OFF].
Cependant l’éclairage se coupera automati-
quement après 10 min. de fonctionnement.
Important :
Pour votre sécurité, l'appareil est muni d'une
serrure à clé. La porte se ferme dès que la clé
est retirée, et ce afin d'éviter tout risque d'en-
fermement.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Danger :
Débranchez votre appareil avant de procéder
au nettoyage.
• Nettoyez l'intérieur à l'eau et au bicarbonate
à l'aide d'une éponge ou d'une lavette, vous évi-
terez ainsi la formation de mauvaises odeurs.
• Nettoyez les clayettes avec une solution de
détergent doux. Vous pouvez également utili-
ser cette solution pour nettoyer l'extérieur de
l'appareil.
• Veillez à sécher consciencieusement la par-
tie basse de l'appareil afin d'éviter la formation
de condensation.
• N'utilisez en aucun cas du dissolvant ou du
détergent abrasif, car ils pourraient endomma-
ger l'intérieur de votre appareil. Ne mettez pas
non plus les accessoires intérieurs au lave-
vaisselle.
• Il est recommandé de passer un chiffon une
fois par an sur le dos de l'appareil, car s'il est
sale, le rendement diminue et la consomma-
tion augmente.
REMPLACEMENT DE L'AMPOULE
Danger :
Débranchez votre appareil avant de procéder
au changement de l'ampoule.

• Dévissez la protection de l’ampoule.
• Une fois la protection retirée, démontez
l’ampoule.
• Remplacez-la par une autre de mêmes
caractéristiques et puissance.
• Replacez la protection et vissez-la.
COUPURE DE COURANT ET ARRÊT
PROVISOIRE
En cas de coupure de courant de longue
durée ou d'arrêt de l'appareil (vacances…),
vous devez :
• sortir toutes les bouteilles,
• débranchez l'appareil et nettoyez-en l'inté-
rieur,
• laissez la porte ouverte pour éviter la
condensation et les mauvaises odeurs.
DÉPLACEMENT DE L'APPAREIL
Si vous devez déplacer votre cave à vin, veillez
à suivre les instructions suivantes afin de réali-
ser cette opération dans les meilleures
conditions :
• videz l'appareil de toutes les bouteilles,
• fixez les accessoires intérieurs afin d'éviter
toute casse,
• vissez les pieds réglables en position basse
et bloquez la porte en position fermée.
• Durant le transport, veillez à ce que l'appareil
reste toujours en position verticale.

PROBLÈMES DE FONCTIONNEMENT
Il existe des bruits qui sont tout à fait normaux dans une cave à vin :
• Le gaz réfrigérant peut produire un bouillonnement en circulant dans les circuits
• Le compresseur peut produire des ronronnements qui peuvent s'accentuer au démar-
rage
• Le "crac" produit par les dilatations et les contractions des matériaux utilisés
Avant de faire intervenir le Service Après-Vente, vérifiez avec le tableau suivant que vous ne pou-
vez régler le problème vous-même :
PROBLÈME SOLUTION
L'appareil ne fonctionne pas.
Vérifiez que la fiche est bien connectée, que le fusible n'a
pas fondu ou que le disjoncteur n'a pas sauté.
La température est trop
haute.
Contrôlez la température et réajustez-la le cas échéant.
Assurez-vous que la température ambiante corresponde
bien à celle recommandée pour un fonctionnement optimal.
Enfin, veillez à ne pas ouvrir la porte plus souvent qu'il ne le
faut.
Le compresseur est souvent
en fonctionnement.
La charge de bouteilles est peut-être trop importante : veil-
lez à ne pas dépasser la capacité maximum de votre cave.
Assurez-vous que l'air peut circuler librement autour de l'ap-
pareil et que les joints d'étanchéité sont en place.
Vérifiez également les points cités en cas de température
trop haute.
Si vous avez déjà réalisé les vérifications indiquées et que votre problème persiste, NE RÉALI-
SEZ AUCUNE RÉPARATION VOUS-MÊME. Mettez-vous en contact avec le Service d'Assistance
Technique le plus proche.

This appliance has been designed to store
wine. Any other usage, fundamentally
conserving food, could be dangerous as the
temperature is not sufficiently low.
The installation must be carried out according
to the instructions in this manual; incorrect
installation could damage the appliance.
For any problems relating to the operation of
this appliance, always contact only the
authorised After-Sales Service centres or
qualified personnel.
For all maintenance operations, the appliance
must first be unplugged, taking care not to pull
on the power supply cable.
If this appliance if going to substitute another
one which has a closing device with a bolt,
spring, lock or other, do not forget to eliminate
the closing device or even better, dismantle
the door of the former appliance to prevent
anyone getting locked inside (children playing,
animals, etc).
After unpacking your appliance, make sure
that it is not damaged. Any damage noted on
the appliance must be communicated to the
dealer within 24 hours of delivery. All
packaging materials are 100% recyclable
(cardboard box, PE, EPS bubble wrap, ...).
Keep all packaging material out of the reach of
children.
Caution:
The appliance’s cooling circuit contains
cooling isobutene, which is a low
contamination natural gas, although it is
flammable. During transport and installation,
make sure that none of the cooling circuit
components have been damaged. In case of
any damage, keep the appliance away from
open flames and flammable sources and
ensure proper ventilation of the room.
To ensure optimal operation of the appliance it
must be installed far from heat sources and
must have adequate air circulation around the
entire appliance (See Installing the appliance).
This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with impaired
physical, sensory or mental capacities, or by
inexperienced or untrained persons, except if
they have been instructed in its operation by a
person responsible for their safety.
Children should be watched to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.

Important:
Before proceeding with the installation,
carefully read the safety instructions in order
to avoid any possible inconveniences.
Install the appliance in a dry, well-ventilated
room, away from all heat sources. Leave of
minimum distance of 10 cm between the top of
the appliance and any furniture on top of it. If
your installation does not permit this, leave
5cm between the top of the casing and any
kitchen unit fixed to the wall and a gap of

BEFORE CONNECTING YOUR
APPLIANCE
• Clean inside the appliance with warm water
and bicarbonate of soda. Rinse and dry
thoroughly.
• Wait 2 hours before switching on to ensure
that the oil in the compressor has stabilized.
PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT
This appliance contains no refrigerant gases
harmful to the ozone layer in its refrigeration
circuit and its insulation materials. It must not
be thrown away with urban waste or scrap
metal, to prevent damage to the cooling
circuit, particularly the rear part of the
appliance. Ask in your town hall for information
on collecting this type of appliance.
RECYCLING
The packaging materials for your appliance are
made from recyclable materials. Participate in
recycling them and thereby contributing to
protecting the environment by disposing of
them in the municipal containers provided for
this purpose.

FITTINGS
Your appliance is delivered with adjustable and
detachable shelves, allowing you to store
bottles of different capacities or sizes.
It is also fitted with a key lock which prevents
both cavities from being opened.
The lower cavity is fitted with a lamp.
REVERSING THE DOOR OPENING
DIRECTION
The direction for door opening can be
changed:
Attention:
The appliance must always be disconnected
when you change the opening direction.
• Tilt the appliance backwards and wedge it in
this position.
• Dismantle the lower hinge by removing both
screws.
• Remove the lower door.
• Unscrew the central hinge and remove the
upper door.
• Remove the upper hinge and fit it on the
opposite side.
Note: When reassembling hinges and doors,
be sure to reposition the plastic washers that
you removed.
• Also reverse the hole cover-plates which are
above both doors.
• Slide the small door into the upper hinge
and hold it in place, then insert the middle
hinge under the door and screw it on.
• Insert the large door into the middle hinge,
then close it.
• Replace the bottom hinge and firmly screw it
in place.

Your wine cellar has 2 cavities, the
temperatures of which can be adjusted
independently of each other. In this way you
may adapt the temperature of each cavity
according to the type of wine you would like to
store there (red, white, rosé, sparkling).
• The dimensions of the bottles may vary, and
this will effect the storage capacity of your
appliance. The upper cavity of your wine cellar
is intended to store 10 standard bottles, and
the lower cavity, 18.
Ambient temperature plays an important role
in the appliance’s efficacy, so we recommend
that you install your wine cellar in a place
where the temperature is between 22 and
25°C.
The temperature inside can change depending
on how you fit the shelves. The light can also
vary the temperature so it is best not to turn
the internal light on too often.
Tips:
• The internal temperature recommended for
each wine cellar is between 7 and 18°C.
• The temperatures recommended for wines,
depending on the type, are:
•Red wine: 15-18°C
•Dry white wine: 10-15°C
•Sparkling wine: 7-9°C
•Rosé wine: 9-10°C

USING THE CONTROL PANEL
The temperature of the upper cavity is
indicated in the display labelled “UPPER”, and
that of the lower cavity in the display labelled
“LOWER”.
When you adjust the temperature for the first
time, or after a long period when the appliance
has been disconnected, a temperature of
10°C will automatically appear on the display
screens.
• Press [SET], the “UPPER” display flashes.
• To adjust the temperature, use the 2 keys
[UP/DOWN] which will enable you to adjust
the temperature to the degree.
• By pressing again on the [SET] key, the
“LOWER” display flashes. Adjust the
temperature using the keys [UP/DOWN].
If you choose the temperature for red wine, a
light will come on next to the word Red. The
same will occur with the other 2 types of wine
which appear on the panel: White and
Sparkling. There is no specific light for Rosé.
• If you wish to store two types of wine in the
lower cavity, adjust the temperature according
to the type of wine of which there is the
greatest number of bottles. There is, however,
a difference in temperature between the top
and bottom of the cavity: you can make the
most of this by storing the white wine on the
upper shel
ves and the red wine on the lower
ones. Y
ou may do this while maintaining the
“red wine” setting.
• You may choose the unit of measurement
for temperature: Fahrenheit or Celsius by
pressing the keys [TEMP F° or C°].
A light built into the keys will indicate which
unit of measurement has been chosen.
• Finally, you may switch the light in the lower
cavity on or off, by pressing on the key [LIGHT
ON/OFF].
However, the light will switch off automatically
after 10 min of operation.
Important:
For your safety, the appliance has a lock. The
door closes when the key is removed to avoid
any risk of being closed inside.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Danger:
Switch off your refrigerator before
proceeding to clean it.
• Clean the interior with water and
bicarbonate of soda using a sponge or a
dishcloth to prevent any bad smells occurring.
• Clean the shelves with a neutral detergent
solution. This solution can also be used to
clean the outside of the appliance.
• Dry the lower part of the appliance carefully
to stop condensation forming.
• Never, under any circumstances, use
solvents or abrasive detergents because these
could damage the interior of your appliance.
Also do not put any of the interior’s
accessories in the dishwasher.
• It is recommended to wipe the back of the
appliance with a cloth once a year, as when it
is dirty its performance is reduced and energy
consumption increases.
BULB REPLACEMENT
Danger:
Disconnect your appliance before changing
the light bulb.

• Unscrew the bulb protection.
• Once the protective device has been
removed, dismantle the bulb.
• Replace it with another one of the same
power and properties.
• Replace the protective device and screw it
on.
POWER CUTS AND PROVISIONAL
STOPPAGE
In the event of a long power cut or the
appliance being switched off (holidays...), you
should:
• remove all the bottles,
• disconnect the appliance and clean inside it,
• leave the door open to prevent
condensation and unpleasant odours.
MOVING THE APPLIANCE
If you have to move your wine cellar, follow
these instructions to perform the operation in
the best possible conditions:
• remove all the bottles from the appliance,
• fix the internal accessories to stop them
breaking,
• screw the adjustable feet in the low position
and lock the door closed.
• During transport, make sure that the
appliance is always vertical.

OPERATING PROBLEMS
There are some noises which are totally normal in a wine cellar:
• The refrigerant gas can produce a gurgling sound as it travels through the circuits.
• The compressor may produce a buzzing noise, which can be more noticeable during
start-up.
• The “cracking” noise produced by expansion and contraction of the materials used.
Before calling the Service Department, use the table below to check that you cannot solve the
problem yourself:
PROBLEM SOLUTION
The appliance does not work.
Check that the plug is correctly connected, that the fuse
hasn’t blown or that the circuit-breaker has not tripped.
The temperature is too high.
Check the temperature and adjust it again if necessary.
Make sure that the ambient temperature corresponds to
what is recommended for optimum operation.
Finally, do not open the door more than is strictly necessary.
The compressor only works
occasionally.
Maybe there are too many bottles loaded in it: do not exceed
the cellar’s maximum capacity.
Make sure that air can circulate freely around the appliance
and that the seals are properly fitted.
Also check the points given in the event that the
temperature is too high.
If you have already performed the indicated checks and your problem still persists, DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO MAKE ANY REPAIRS YOURSELF. Contact your nearest Technical Assistance
Department.
