We congratulate you on the purchase

of your new device. You have chosen

a high quality product. The operating

instructions are part of the product. They contain

important information concerning safety, use and

disposal. Before using the product, familiarise your-

self with all the operating and safety instructions.

Only use the product as instructed and only for the

stated areas of use. If you pass the product on to

anyone else, please ensure that you also pass on

all the documentation with it.

Intended use

The compressed air orbital sander is suitable for

sanding, polishing and preparation of various sur-

faces. Any other use or modiﬁcation to the appli-

ance shall be considered as improper use and

could give rise to considerable dangers. We will

not accept liability for loss or damage arising from

improper use. The device is intended for private,

domestic use only.

The noise levels given in these instructions have

been measured in accordance with a standardised

measurement procedure speciﬁed in EN ISO 15744

and can be used to compare appliances. Diﬀerent

uses of the pressurised air tool give rise to diﬀerent

noise levels and in some cases they may exceed

the values given in these instructions. It is easy to

underestimate the noise load if the compressed air

tool is used regularly under those circumstances.

Note: For an accurate assessment of the noise

loads experienced during a particular work period,

you should also take into account the intervening

periods of time when the appliance is switched oﬀ

or is running but is not actually in use. This can re-

sult in a much lower noise load over the whole of

the work period.

Safety instructions

Please read all safety in-

formation and instructions. Failure to comply

with the safety advice and instructions can result in

severe injuries and / or damage to property.

For future reference keep all the safety

advice and instructions in a safe place.

Check the appliance for damage be-

fore bringing it into use. Do not use the

appliance if you discover any defects.

Keep children and other per-

sons away from the appliance

during use. Distractions can cause

you to lose control of the appliance.

Do not soak materials or areas that

are to be worked on with liquids con-

taining solvents.

Avoid sanding of paints containing

lead or other material detrimental to

your health.

Do not work on materials containing

asbestos. Asbestos is considered carcinogenic.

Avoid contact with the running sanding

disc.

Only use the appliance with the

attached sanding disc.

Always keep the device clean, dry

and free of oil or grease.

Keep your workplace clean. Material

mixtures are particularly dangerous. Aluminium

dust can burn or explode.

Secure the work-piece firmly. Use clamps

or a vice to firmly hold the work-piece. This

results in a safer grip than with your hand.

Under no circumstances should you

place your hands next to or in front of

the appliance or on the area to be

worked, you could be seriously injured if the

appliance slips.

Ensure that nobody is endangered by

flying sparks. Remove combustible materi-

als from the immediate vicinity. Flying sparks

are produced when metals are ground.

Introduce the appliance to the work-

piece when it is switched on. When the

task is complete, lift the appliance from the

work-piece and then switch it off.

Let the switched off appliance come

to a complete standstill before putting

it down.

After every use check the speed and

the noise level.

Check speed regularly.

ATTENTION! Clean the appliance before

maintenance from all dangerous substances

which (due to work processes) may have accu-

mulated on the appliance. Avoid all skin con-

tact with these substances.

Note: If your skin comes into contact with

dangerous dusts, severe dermatitis may result.

If dust is produced or dispersed during the

maintenance work, it can be inhaled.

General safety rules

The operator always has to assess the particu-

lar risks involved in the respective applications

and has to carry out the connected safety

measures.

Multiple hazards. The safety instructions

must be read and understood before rigging,

operating, repairing, maintaining and exchang-

ing accessories on the sander and before

working near the machine. Failure to observe

this may result in severe physical injuries.

The sander or polisher should only be set up,

adjusted or used by qualified and trained

operators.

This sander or polisher must not be

modified. Modifications may reduce the

effectiveness of safety measures and increase

operator risks.

Do not allow these safety instructions

to get lost - hand them to the operator.

Never used damaged discs for the

sander or polisher.

The machines have to be regularly

inspected to check that the machines

are marked with the rated values and

markings clearly given in this docu-

ment. If necessary the employer/operator

has to contact the manufacturer to receive

replacement labels.

Risks due to projected parts

If the work-piece, one of the accessories or the

tool itself breaks, parts may be projected at

great speed.

When operating the sander or the

polisher, always wear impact resistant

eye protection. The level of required pro-

tection required should be assessed individually

for each application.

When working overhead, a safety

helmet must be worn.

In this case, the risk to other people must also

be assessed.

It must be ensured that the work-piece

is properly secured.

Hazards from entanglement

There is the danger of suffocation,

scalping or suffering cuts, when loosely

fitting clothing, jewellery, hair or

gloves are not kept away from the

machine and its accessories.

Operating hazards

When using the machine, the operator‘s

hands may be at risk, for example

from cutting, abrasion and heat. Wear

suitable gloves to protect hands.

The operator and maintenance personnel must

be physically capable of managing the size,

weight and power of the machine.

Hold the machine correctly: be prepared

to counteract typical or sudden movements –

keep both hands ready.

Be sure your body is well balanced

and that you maintain a solid grip.

In the event of power failure release the start

or stop control.

Only use lubricants recommended by the

manufacturer (pneumatic oil).

To oil the appliance manually, remove the air

hose and fill 1 to 2 drops of a suitable pneu-

matic engine oil into the hose pipe end of the

machine.

Wear suitable protective

gloves. Otherwise there is the

danger of injuries due to cuts!

Wear protective glasses!

Wear suitable clothing!

Hazards due to repetitive

motions

When using the sander or polisher for

work related tasks, the operator may

experience uncomfortable sensations

in hands, arms and the area of the

neck and shoulder or in other parts of

the body.

The operator should maintain a com-

fortable position whilst using this

sander or polisher, thereby ensuring

a secure grip and avoiding awkward

positions or positions making it diffi-

cult to maintain balance. The operator

should change his posture when working for

longer, to help avoid discomfort and fatigue.

If the operator experiences symptoms

such as persistently or repeatedly

feeling unwell, discomfort, palpita-

tions, pain, tingling, numbness, a

burning sensation or stiffness, these

warning signs should not be ignored.

The operator should report these to the em-

ployer and consult a qualified healthcare pro-

fessional.

Risks associated with

accessories

Unplug the sander or polisher before you

change tools or accessories.

Only use the size and types of accessories

and consumables recommended by the manu-

facturer of the sander or polisher.

Please avoid direct contact with the machine

tool during and after use, as it could have

heated up or have sharp edges.

Only use tools and accessories for the sander

and polisher that are designated for use by

the manufacturer of the sander and polisher.

Do not use cutting discs and machines for cutting.

It must be checked that the maximum operating

speed of the machine tool (flap discs, sanding

belts, fleece discs) is higher than the nominal

speed of the machine.

Please make sure that you affix the self-adhe-

sive abrasive sheets can be concentrically to

the mounting plate.

Hazards in the work

environment

Slipping, tripping and falling are the

main causes of injuries at the work-

place. Keep in mind that surfaces may have

become slippery during machine use, and

remember tripping hazards caused by the air-

or hydraulic hose.

Proceed with caution in unfamiliar

surroundings. There may be hidden dan-

gers due to electrical cables or other supply

lines.

These machines for sanding and

polishing are not suitable for use in

explosive environments and are not

insulated against contact with electri-

cal power sources.

Verify that there are no electrical lines,

gas lines, etc. that may result in a hazard in

the event of them becoming damaged during

machine use.

Hazards due to dust

and vapours

Dusts and vapours generated by the

use of machines for sanding and pol-

ishing may result in damage to health

(e.g. cancer, birth defects, asthma and /

or dermatitis); it is imperative to perform a

risk assessment for these hazards and implement

the respective regulatory mechanisms.

The risk assessment should include dust

generated by machine use and the

dust already present in the area, which

is possibly being blown around.

The machine for sanding or the polisher must

be operated and maintained as recommended

in these instructions to minimise the creation of

dust and vapour.

Exhaust air must be discharged in such a way

that the amount of dust being blown about in

a dusty environment is minimised.

If dust or vapours are generated, the principal

task must be to control them in the area where

they are released.

All machine mounting parts or accessories in-

tended to collect, extract or eliminate airborne

dust or vapours should be used and maintained

according to manufacturer instructions.

Select, maintain and replace consumables /

machine tools as recommended in these in-

structions to prevent an unnecessary increase

in the production of dust or vapours.

Use respiratory protection equipment accord-

ing to employer instructions or as required by

environmental health regulations.

Noise hazards

With inadequate ear protection the

impact of high noise levels may result

in permanent hearing damage, hear-

ing loss and other problems, e.g. tin-

nitus (ringing, whistling or buzzing in

the ear).

It is imperative to perform a risk assessment

for these hazards and implement the suitable

regulatory mechanisms.

Suitable regulatory mechanisms to minimise

the risk include measures such as using insula-

tion to prevent pinging sounds on work-pieces.

Use ear protection according to your employ-

er‘s instructions or as required by labour- and

health regulations.

The sander or polishing machine must

be operated and maintained as rec-

ommended in these instructions to

prevent an unnecessary increase in

the noise level.

Select, maintain and replace consumables /

machine tools as recommended in these in-

structions to prevent an unnecessary increase

in the noise level.

Ensure that if the sander or the polish-

er is equipped with a silencer, this is

always in place and functional when

the machine is operated.

Hazard due to vibration

Exposure to vibration may cause

damage to the nerves and disturb

blood circulation in hands and arms.

When working in cold environments wear

warm clothes and keep hands warm and dry.

If you notice your hands or your fin-

gers become numb, tingle, or hurt or

your skin on fingers or hands becomes

white, stop working with the sander

or polisher, notify your employer and

consult a physician.

The sander or polishing machine must be

operated and maintained as recommended in

these instructions to prevent an unnecessary

increase in the vibration level.

Hold the machine firmly, but not too tightly,

maintaining the necessary hand reaction forces,

as the vibration hazard typically increases

when firming the grip.

Additional safety instructions

for pneumatic machinery

Compressed air can result in serious

injuries.

Always close the air supply, release pressure

from the hose, and disconnect the machine from

the compressed air supply, when the machine

is not in use, before switching accessories or

when performing repairs.

Never aim the air flow at yourself or

others.

Hoses flapping about can result in

serious injuries. Therefore, always inspect

hoses and their fasteners for damage and a

secure fit.

If using universal swivel couplings (coupling

discs) always use locking pins. Whip-check

hose safety cables must be used for protection

in the event the connection between the hose

and the machine or in between hoses fails.

Ensure not to exceed the maximum

pressure specified on the machine.

Never carry pneumatic tools by the

hose.

Original accessories / tools

Use only the accessories detailed in the

operating instructions. The use of inserted

tools or accessories other than those recom-

mended in the operating instructions could lead

to you suﬀering an injury.

Before use

Selecting the grinding disc

Metal Removal and Surface:

The rate of metal removal and the surface quality

are determined by the grain size of the grinding disc.

lease note that corresponding grinding discs

with diﬀerent grain sizes should be used for

processing diﬀerent materials.

Changing sanding sheets

The air sander is ﬁtted with a hook and loop fastening,

which allows for quick and easy replacement of

sanding discs.

Lift the grinding disc at the side and pull it oﬀ

from the backing pad

in order to remove it.

Note: Before securing a new sanding sheet, re-

move all dust and dirt from the sander plate

Ensure that the openings in the sanding sheet

concur with the boreholes of the sanding plate

Dust / swarf removal by suction

Please note the “Safety instructions” section.

Using the internal vacuum extraction

with dust collection device (see Fig. B):

Push the exhaust air hose

fully on to the

connection for dust extraction

over the free end of the

and fasten the dust bag

ﬁrmly in position.

Note: Empty the dust bag

in good time and

regularly to ensure optimum dust extraction. To

do this open the zip fastener on the underside

of the dust bag

Topping up the oil

In order for the air sander to have a long service life,

there must always be enough pneumatic oil in the

device.

You may ensure this in any of the

following ways:

Connect a service unit with an oiler to the

compressor.

Install a line oiler in the compressed air line or

at the compressed air device.

Put approx. 3–5 drops of pneumatic oil by

hand into the plug nipple

every 15 minutes

of operation.

Preparing for use

Connecting the compressed

air source

Note: The air sander must be operated using

cleaned and condensate-free compressed air only

and its maximum allowable working

pressure of

6.3 bar at the device must not be exceed

ed.

Note: The compressed air source must be ﬁtted

with

a (ﬁlter) pressure reducer so that the air pressure can

be regulated.

Connect the plug nipple

by a quick-release

coupler to the compressed air supply.

Switching on and oﬀ

Note: Always switch on the air sander before

bringing it into contact with the workpiece material.

Switching on the air sander:

Press the operator’s lever

fully down

(see Fig. C).

Set the speed using the speed control

Switching off the air sander:

Release the operator’s lever

After you ﬁnish work, disconnect the device

from the compressed air source.

Note: First disconnect the hose from the com-

pressed air source (compressor) and only then

disconnect the compressed air supply hose

from the device. This will ensure that the com-

pressed air supply hose does not wave around

in an uncontrolled manner.

Advice on use

Wait until the device has come to a standstill

before you put it down.

Sanding surfaces

Switch the air sander on and bring the whole

of its sanding area into contact with the surface

to be abraded. Move it using even pressure to

and fro over the workpiece (see Fig. D).

Note: The sanding output and appearance are

largely dependent on the choice of sanding

sheet and the pressure applied. A sanding sheet

must be free of defects to produce a good

sanding output.

Ensure that you use an even pressure. Excessive

pressure does not produce a higher sanding out-

put, it just increases the wear on the sanding

sheet.

A sanding sheet previously used on metal must

not be used on other materials.

Replacing the backing plate

disconnect the device from the compressed air

source before you replace the backing plate

Push the open-ended spanner

between the

backing plate

and collar

Release the backing plate

by turning the

plate anticlockwise and holding the open-ended

spanner

still against this movement.

Screw on a new backing plate

clockwise

until tight while holding the open-ended span-

ner

still against this movement.

Cleaning

RISK OF INJURY! Always

disconnect the device from the compressed air

source before you clean it.

Clean the air sander after you have ﬁnished

using it.

Store the air sander in dry enclosed rooms only.

Use a dry cloth to clean the device. Under no

circumstances should you use petrol, solvent or

cleaners which attack plastic.

Keep the ventilation openings clear at all times.

Remove dust clinging to the sander

with a brush.

remains safe to use.

Warranty

The warranty for this appliance is for 3

years from the date of purchase. The ap-

pliance has been manufactured with care

and meticulously examined before deliv-

ery. Please retain your receipt as proof

of purchase. In the event of a warranty

claim, please make contact by telephone

with our Service Department. Only in this

way can a post-free despatch for your

goods be assured.

The warranty covers only claims for material and

maufacturing defects, but not for transport damage,

for wearing parts or for damage to fragile compo-

nents, e.g. buttons or batteries. This product is for pri-

te use only and is not intended for commercial use.

The warranty is void in the case of abusive and im-

proper handling, use of force and internal tamper-

ing not carried out by our authorized service branch.

Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way

by this warranty.

The warranty period will not be extended by repairs

made unter warranty. This applies also to replaced

and repaired parts. Any damage and defects extant

on purchase must be reported immediately after

unpacking the appliance, at the latest, two days after

the purchase date. Repairs made after the expiration

of the warranty period are subject to payment.

Namjena

Pneumatska ekscentrična brusilica namijenjena je

za brušenje, poliranje i pripremanje različitih povr-

šina. Svako drugo korištenje ili izmjena na uređaju

tretira se kao nepropisno i krije znatne opasnosti

od nesreća. Ne preuzimamo nikakvu odgovornost

su izmjerene sukladno normiranom postupku mjerenja,

za uspoređivanje uređaja. Vrijednosti emisije buke

se mijenjaju, ovisno o korištenju pneumatskog alata,

Ni u kojem slučaju se ne oslanjajte

rukom pokraj ili ispred uređaja i

površine koja se obrađiva, jer u slučaju

otklizavanja postoji opasnost od ozljede.

Odstranite zapaljive materijale, koji se nalaze

u blizini. Tijekom brušenja metala stvaraju se

iskre.

Uređaj prislonite na površinu predmeta

obrade samo u uključenom stanju.

Uređaj nakon obrade odignite sa predmeta

obrade, te ga zatim isključite.

Isključeni uređaj pustite da se potpuno

umiri, prije nego što ga odlažete.

Ispitajte nakon svake upotrebe broj

okretaja i razinu titranja.

Redovito provjeravajte broj okretaja.

POZOR! Prije održavanja očistite uređaj od

opasnih tvari, koje su se (zbog radnih procesa)

odložile na njemu. Izbjegavajte kontakt s tim

tvarima.

Uputa: Ako dođe koža u dodir s opasnom

prašinom, to može dovesti do teške bolesti der-

matitisa. Ako se za vrijeme održavanja nastaje

prašina ili se vrtloži, mogla bi se udahnuti.

Operateri moraju uvijek s obzirom na vrstu

korištenja procijeniti specijalne rizike i poduzeti

odgovarajuće mjere opreza.

Višestruke opasnosti. Sigurnosne upute

se moraju pročitati i razumijeti prije priprema

za rad, pogona, popravka, održavanja i prije

zamjene opreme na brusilici za brusne listove

ili na stroju za poliranje, kao i prije radova u

blizini stroja. Ako se ne učini tako, onda može

doći do teških tjelesnih ozljeda.

Brusilicu za brusne listove ili stroj za poliranje

trebaju pripremiti za rad, podesiti i koristiti is-

ključivo stručnjaci kvalificirani na odgovarajući

način.

Na brusilici za brusne listove ili ovom

stroju za poliranje se ne smiju vršiti ni-

kakve promjene. Promjene mogu smanjiti

učinkovitost sigurnosnih mjera i povećati rizik

za operatere.

Sigurnosne upute se ne smiju izgubiti

– predajte ih osobama opreterima.

Ne koristite nikada oštećene brusilice

za brusne listove ili strojeve za polira-

nje.

Strojevi se moraju redovito pregleda-

vati, kako bi provjerili, da je stroj

označen jasno čitljivim mjernim vrijed-

nostima, koje su označene u ovom

dokumentu. Poslodavac / korisnik mora

kontaktirati proizvođača, da dobije odgovara-

juće zamjenske naljepnice.

Opasnosti zbog letećih dijelova

Kod loma predmeta koji se obrađiva ili jednog

od dodatne opreme ili pak dijela strojnog alata

mogu krhotine letjeti velikom brzinom.

Za vrijeme rada brusilice za brusne

listove ili stroja za poliranje treba se

uvijek nositi zaštita za oči otporna na

udarce. Stupanj potrebne zaštite se treba za

svaku pojedinu primjenu posebno procijeniti.

Kod radova iznad glave, treba se

nositi zaštitna kaciga.

U tom slučaju se treba procijeniti i rizik za

ostale osobe.

Uvjerite se da je predmet kojeg obra-

đujete sigurno učvrđćen.

Opasnosti zgog spletavanja

Može doći do opasnosti od gušenja,

skalpiranja, i / ili ozljeda zbog rezanja,

ako komotnu odjeću, nakit, oglice,

kosu ili rukavice ne držite podalje od

stroja i njegovih dodatnih dijelova.

Opasnosti kod pogona

Kod pogona stroja mogu ruke korisnika

biti izložene opasnosti npr. od rezanja,

abrazije i topline. Nosite odgovarajuće

rukavice za zaštitu Vaših ruku.

Korisnik i osoblje za održavanje moraju biti

fizički u stanju da vladaju s veličinom, težinom

i snagom stroja.

Držite stroj ispravno: budite spremni, da

savladate uobičajni i nagli pokret – držite

obje ruke spremnim.

Pazite na to, da Vam je tijelo u ravni-

teži i da sigurno i čvrsto stojite.

Unesite naredbu pokretanje ili zaustavljanje u

slučaju prekida opskrbe energijom.

Koristite isključivo sredstva za podmazivanje

koje preporučuje proizvođač (pneumatično

ulje).

Kako bi uređaj ručno podmazali, odvojite

crijevo za zrak i dodajte 1 do 2 kapi odgova-

rajućeg pneumatskog motornog ulja, na kraju

crijeva (ulaz) alata.

Opasnosti zbog pokreta koji

se ponavljaju

Kod korištenja brusilice za brusne

listove ili jednog stroja za poliranje,

kod obavljanja poslova vezanih uz

radne aktivnosti, može doći kod kori-

snika do neugodnih osjećaja u šakama

i rukama, kao i u predjelu vrata i

ramena ili drugih dijelova tijela.

Kod korištenja brusilice za brusne

listove ili jednog stroja za poliranje

treba korisnik zauzeti udoban položaj

i pri tome paziti na sigurno stajanje i

izbjegavati nepravilne položaje tijela

ili takve položaje, kod kojih je teško

držati ravotežu. Korisnik treba u toku du-

gog trajanja rada mijenjati položaj tijela, što

može pomagati, da se izbjegne nelagoda i

umor.

Ako korisnik primjeti simptome kao

npr. trajnu ili povremenu mučninu,

poteškoče, lupanje, bolove, trnce,

utrnulost, pečenje ili ukočenost, takvi

znakovi se ne smiju ignorirati. Korisnik

treba obavjestiti svog poslodavca i konzultirati

odgovarajućeg kvalificiranog liječnika.

Opasnosti zbog pribora

Odvojite brusilicu za brusne listove ili stroja za

poliranje od napajanja struje, prije izmjene

alata stroja ili dodatne opreme.

Koristite isključivo veličinu i tip dijelova pribora

i potrošnog materijala kojeg preporučuje proi-

zvođač brusilice za brusne listove ili stroja za

poliranje.

Izbjegavajte za vrijeme i nakon korištenja

direktan kontakt s alatom stroja, jer se je ovaj

mogao zagrijati ili imati oštre uglove.

Koristite isključivo strojne alate za brusilicu za

brusne listove i stroja za poliranje, koji su

predviđeni od proizvođača brusilice ili stroja

za poliranje.

Ne koristite rezne ploče i strojeve za rezanje.

Provjerite, da li je maksimalni radni broj okre-

taja strojnog alata (lepršajućih ploča, brusnih

traka, ploča od vlakna itd.) veći od nazivne

brzine stroja.

Pazite na to, da samoljepljive brusne ploče

pričvrstite koncentrično na pričvrsnu ploču.

Opasnosti na radnom mjestu

Sklizanje, spoticanje i padovi su glavni

oštetiti zbog korištenja stroja i tako prouzročiti

opasnosti.

Opasnosti zbog prašine i pare

Prašine i pare koje nastaju kod kori-

štenja brusilice za brusne listove ili

jednog stroja za poliranje, mogu uzro-

kovati oštećenje zdravlja (kao npr. rak,

urođene defekte, asmu i / ili dermatitis);

neophodno je da se provede procjena rizika u

odnosu na opasnosti i da se sprovedu odgo-

varajuće mjere zaštite.

U procjenu rizika kod korištenja stroja

treba se uključiti nastala prašina i

eventualno moguće vrtloženje prašine.

Brusilice za brusne listove ili stroj za poliranje

trebaju se koristiti i održavati po ovdje nave-

denim uputama, kako bi se stvaranje prašine i

pare svelo na minimum.

Ispušni zrak se treba tako odvoditi, da se

vrtloženje prašine u jednoj okolini ispunjenom

prašinom svede na minimum.

Ako nastaje prašina ili para, mora biti glavana

zadaća, da se ove na mjestu ispuštanja kon-

troliraju.

Sva predviđena instalacija ili pribor stroja za

sakupljanje, usisavanje ili za suzbijanje leteće

prašine ili pare treba biti u skladu s uputama

proizvođača i biti pravilno instalirana i održa-

vana.

Potrošni materijali / alati za stroj se trebaju

odabrati u skladu s ovim uputama, održavati i

zamijeniti, kako bi se izbjeglo nepotrebno

razvijanje prašine i pare.

Koristite zaštitnu opremu za disanje po uputama

Vašeg poslodavca ili kao što zhtjevaju propisi

za zaštitu rada i zdravlja.

Opasnosti zbog buke

Djelovanje visoke razine buke može u

slučaju neadkvatne zaštite sluha

dovesti do trajnog oštećenja sluha,

gubitka sluha i drugih problema, kao

npr. tinitusa (zvonjava, šum, zviždanje

ili zujanje u uhu).

Neophodno je, da se provede procjena rizika

u odnosu na ove opasnosti i da se provedu

odgovarajuće regulirajuće mjere.

U pogodne regulirajuće mjere za smanjenje

rizika spada npr. korištenje brtvenih materijala,

kako bi se na predmetima koji se obrađuju

sprječili nastali zvukovi zvonjenja.

Koristite opremu za zaštitu sluha po uputama

Vašeg poslodavca ili kao što zhtjevaju propisi

za zaštitu rada i zdravlja.

Brusilice za brusne listove ili stroj za

poliranje trebaju se koristiti i održavati

po ovdje navedenim uputama, kako bi

se spriječilo nepotrebno povišavanje

buke.

Potrošni materijali / alati za stroj se trebaju

odabrati u skladu s ovim uputama, održavati i

zamijeniti, kako bi se izbjeglo nepotrebno

povećanje razine buke.

Uvijek se uvjerite, ako su brusilice za

brusne listove ili stroj za poliranje

opremljeni s jednim prigušivaćem, da

je ovaj na svom mjestu i spreman za

rad, dok je stroj u pogonu.

Opasnosti zbog vibracije

Djelovanje vibracije može prouzročiti

oštećenje živaca i poremećaje cirkula-

cije krvi u šakama i rukama.

Dok radite u hladnoj okolini nosite toplu odjeću

i držite Vaše ruke toplim i suhim.

Ako utvrdite, da su Vam prsti i ruke

bez osjećaja, da osjećate trnce, bolo-

ve ili da je koža pobijelila, prekinite s

radom brusilice za brusne listove ili

strojem za poliranje, obavjestite svog

poslodavca i konzultirajte jednog

liječnika.

Brusilice za brusne listove ili stroj za poliranje,

trebaju se koristiti i održavati po ovdje navede-
