1 产品描述

联想移动硬盘 F410 是一种具有 USB3.0 和 SATA 双接口的移动存储设备，

支持 USM 标准，可用于带 USB 端口的台式计算机或笔记本计算机和符合 USM 标

准的接口设备。它符合 USB 3.0 标准，并且与 USB 2.0/1.1/1.0 连接相兼容。

联想移动硬盘可以在所支持的操作系统下实现即插即用无需安装驱动程序。

1、移动硬盘。从包装拿出后，可直接插接到符合 USM 标准的设备上，如

联想锋行 K4 系列电脑等。

2、USB 转接器和 USB 连接线。插接 USB 转接器和 USB 连接线后，可将热

插拔硬盘插接到其他电脑的 USB 接口进行数据传递。

3 安装联想移动硬盘

联想移动硬盘在所支持的操作系统下无需安装驱动程序，系统会自动

识别。

1. 连接到联想锋行 K4 系列电脑使用

如图 1 所示，把移动硬盘直接插接到接口上，插到底时，会有咔哒声，表

明已经安装好。

如图 2 所示方向，可以拉出硬盘。

注：连接到 K4 时请不要在连接转接器的情况下使用，这样会损坏 K4 内

部的接口。

2. 连接到计算机使用

将联想移动硬盘用附带的 USB 传输线与计算机 USB 端口相连，系统会提

示“发现新硬件”并自动进行驱动程序的安装和更新。第一次安装时，这个过

程视计算机的配置不同大约需要一分钟左右的时间，以后每次的识别时间会小

于第一次。系统自动安装驱动程序后，在“我的电脑”中将出现新磁盘的盘符，

同时系统托盘中会出现一个即插即用设备图标。(请参以下考示意图)

将 USB 连接线连接到转接器上

将转接器插口连接到移动硬盘的接口上

可以使用 USB 连接线将移动硬盘连接到电脑的 USB 接口

4 移除联想移动硬盘

单击电脑系统托盘中“安全删除硬件”图标，选择“安全删除 USB Mass

Storage Device”选项，在设备停止后，断开 USB 传输线与计算机的连接。

5 常见问题解答

1. 按步骤正常安装联想移动硬盘后，系统还不能识别联想移动硬盘，为什么？

答：

1）检查联想移动硬盘连接 USB 接口处是否太松；

2）请检查 BIOS 里面的 USB controller 选项，确认该选项为 Enable，具体

设置请参见主板 BIOS 说明书；

3）检查 USB 系统安装是否正确，请参考相关的操作系统手

册将 USB 系统安装设置正确。

2. 联想移动硬盘指示灯表示什么含义？

答：电源指示灯常亮：电源接通；数据传输指示灯闪烁或常亮：硬盘正处

于“读写”状态。

3. 当指示灯闪烁时，是否可以拔出移动硬盘？

答：不可以，这样表示电脑正在对移动硬盘进行操作，拔出会使移动硬盘

内数据丢失或电脑蓝屏甚至损坏。

4. 为什么移动硬盘接到电脑会出现 [高速 USB 装置接到了非高速 USB 集线器]

提示？

答：这是因为您所用的移动硬盘是 USB 2.0/3.0 规格，但您的 USB 接口却

是 1.1，接到电脑就会出现这样的信息，基本上只会把 USB2.0 的速度降为

USB1.1 来使用，其它并不会有什么问题。请尝试其他 USB 接口，只有在

USB2.0/3.0 的接口上才能得到高速传输速度。

5. Windows2000 系统下，直接将联想移动硬盘拔出，会显示“不安全的设备

删除”信息，为什么？

答：这属于操作方法不当。

正确的操作步骤为：点击任务栏右边绿色箭头“拔出或弹出设备”图

标→点击“停止 USB MASS STORAGE DEVICE”→按提示信息的确定按钮→我

的电脑中的联想移动硬盘相应的盘符消失后再拔出联想移动硬盘。

6. 联想移动硬盘拷入文件时，电脑显示拷贝完毕，拔下联想移动硬盘会显示

文件尚未拷入信息。为什么？

答：操作系统对于磁盘读写均开辟很大内存来缓存数据，因此操作系统进

度条显示数据传输完毕，并不一定表示真正完成了数据写入联想移动硬盘，

用户需注意联想移动硬盘的指示灯，若闪烁，不能拔下联想移动硬盘；若

在一段时间内（一般为 2 秒）不闪烁，方可拔下联想移动硬盘。

7. 为什么计算机显示的容量同硬盘规格有差异？

答：硬盘厂商在标注硬盘存储容量时，是以十进制为基础计算的，这时硬盘

的容量单位：

1MB=1000×1000字节=100万字节（十进制）；

1GB=1000×1000×1000字节=10亿字节（十进制）；

1TB=1000×1000×1000×1000字节=10000亿字节（十进制）。

计算机内部是以二进制为基础计算的，为了换算方便，分别采用类似的

KB、MB、GB、TB为计量单位，此时:

1KB=1024字节；

1MB=1024×1024字节=1048576字节，约等于1.05MB(十进制）；

1GB=1024×1024×1024字节=1073741824字节，约等于1.07GB(十进制）；

1TB=1024×1024×1024×1024字节=1099511627776字节，约等于1.1TB

(十进制)。

由于上述计算方法上的差异，导致产品标称的硬盘容量与计算机内部显示

的硬盘容量有差别。例如标称40GB（十进制）容量的硬盘，换算成计算机内部

表示时，大约是37.25 GB（二进制）。

由于计算方法上的差异、存储介质特性及文件格式管理需要，也会占用一

定的存储空间，这样会导致产品的实际使用容量比硬盘规格容量少。

1 Product description

Lenovo Portable Hard Drive F410 is a mobile storage device equipped with USB 3.0

and SATA interfaces. It supports USM standard and can be used on the desktop or

notebook equipped with USB port, or on the interface device which complies with

USM standard. It complies with USB 3.0 standard, and can be compatible with

USB 2.0/1.1/1.0. Lenovo Portable Hard Drive is a “plug and play” device under the

supported operating systems without the need of installing the driver.

1. Portable hard drive. After it is taken out of the package, it can be connected with the

device which complies with USM standard, such as Lenovo Fengxing K4 Series PC.

2. USB adapter and USB connection line. After connecting USB adapter and USB

connection line, the hard disk supporting hot swap can be inserted into USB interface

of another computer to transfer the data.

3 Install Lenovo Portable Hard Drive

Lenovo portable hard drive requires no driver under the supported operating system,

and the system will recognize it automatically.

1. Connect it with Lenovo Fengxing K4 Series PC

As shown in Figure 1, please insert the portable hard drive into the interface. You can

hear the click when the hard drive is inserted completely, indicating the hard drive is

mounted.

The hard drive can be pulled out in the direction as shown in Figure 2.

Note: While connecting the hard drive with K4, please do not use it when the adapter

is connected, because this may damage the interface in K4.

2. Connect it with PC

When connecting Lenovo portable hard drive with PC USB interface using the USB

transmission line contained, the system will prompt “New hardware found”, and will

install and update the driver automatically. When it is installed for the first time, it

will take about one minute to complete this process depending on the computer

configuration. The recognition time after the first use will be shorter. After the system

installs the driver automatically, the disk symbol of new disk will appear in “My

Computer”, and a plug-and-play device icon will appear in the system tray. (See the

following diagram)
