2x Senkkopfschraube (Torx M5 x 25 DIN 965 A2)
2x Senkkopfschraube (Torx M5 x 12 DIN 965 A2)
2x Kunststoffspacer 6x5x15
10x Mutter M5 selbstsichernd mit Bund
2x Zylinderkopfschraube (M6x40mm DIN 912 A2)
Ständerverbreiterung montieren
1. Packster vorsichtig auf die Seite legen oder in Montageständer einspannen.
2. Gegebenenfalls Ständerfüße und Gewindeeinsatz entfernen.
3. Ständerverbreiterungen auf Ständer schieben und mit Schrauben M6x40 befestigen (Abb. 1).
Anzugsmoment 4-6Nm.

Hinweise für den Gebrauch
Holz ist ein arbeitender Werkstoff. Prüfen Sie deshalb regelmäßig den festen Sitz aller
Verschraubungen. Prüfen Sie regelmäßig den festen Sitz der Dual Bat-Verschraubung (siehe Abb. 3).
Wenn der Packster oft im Freien Feuchtigkeit und Regen ausgesetzt ist, empfehlen wir die Kanten der
Holzplatten regelmäßig nachzuölen.

The wooden Basis Box is the perfect solution for many transport purposes.
Scope of delivery
1x front plate 170201
1x bottom plate 170202
1x back plate 170203
2x side wall 170204
2x kickstand extension
1x tensioning belt 3m/25mm, red incl. rubber pad
4x countersunk screw (Torx M5 x 16 DIN 965 A2)
8x countersunk screw (Torx M5 x 20 DIN 965 A2)
2x countersunk screw (Torx M5 x 25 DIN 965 A2)
2x countersunk screw (Torx M5 x 12 DIN 965 A2)
2x plastic spacer
10x self lock nut M5 with flange
2x bolt (M6x40mm DIN 912 A2)
Mounting the kickstand extension
1. Fix Packster at bike stand or lay it carefully to the side.
2. Possibly remove kickstand rubber and thread insert.
3. Push kickstand extensions onto kickstand legs and mount bolts M6x40 (fig. 1).
Tightening torque 4 up to 6Nm.

Wood is a working material. So check the tight bolt connections on a regular base.
If the Packster is exposed to humid conditions, we recommend to apply wood protective oil at all
blank edges.
