Safety instructions for batteries /

rechargeable batteries

DANGER TO LIFE! Keep batteries / rechargeable batteries out of

reach of children. If accidentally swallowed seek immediate medical

attention.

DANGER OF EXPLOSION! Never recharge non-re-

chargeable batteries. Do not short-circuit batteries / re-

chargeable batteries and / or open them. Overheating,

ﬁre or bursting can be the result.

Never throw batteries / rechargeable batteries into ﬁre or water.

Do not exert mechanical loads to batteries / rechargeable batteries.

Risk of leakage of batteries / rechargeable batteries

Avoid extreme environmental conditions and temperatures, which

could aﬀect batteries / rechargeable batteries, e.g. radiators / direct

sunlight.

Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. In the

event of contact with battery acid, thoroughly ﬂush the aﬀected

area with plenty of clean water and seek immediate medical

attention.

WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES! Leaked or damaged

batteries / rechargeable batteries can cause burns on

contact with the skin. Wear suitable protective gloves at

all times if such an event occurs.

In the event of a leakage of batteries / rechargeable batteries,

immediately remove them from the product to prevent damage.

Only use the same type of batteries / rechargeable batteries. Do not

mix used and new batteries / rechargeable batteries.

Remove batteries / rechargeable batteries if the product will not be

used for a longer period.

Risk of damage of the product

Only use the speciﬁed type of battery / rechargeable battery!

Insert batteries / rechargeable batteries according to polarity marks

(+) and (-) on the battery / rechargeable battery and the product.

Clean the contacts on the battery / rechargeable battery and in the

battery compartment before inserting!

Remove exhausted batteries / rechargeable batteries from the

product immediately.

Use

Note: Remove all packaging materials from the product.

Installation

Secure the mounting plate 7 to a level wooden surface using the

screws 6 or adhesive pads 8 included. Refer to ﬁgures C or D,

respectively.

Place the eyes on the bottom part of the LED light 1 onto the mount-

ing plate and latch in the LED light, sliding it sideways as illustrated

in Figure E.

Before use

The batteries 5 are factory installed.

Pull the two insulating strips out of the two battery compartments to

activate.

Start-up

For both model HG00092A and HG00092B, the swivel spotlights 2

can be tilted approx. 45° in any direction (see Fig. A or B).

Switching swivel spots on / oﬀ

The LED light 1 is controlled using the On / Oﬀ switch 3. This button

has three settings:

Press on / off switch once: high light output.

Press on / off switch again: low light output.

Press the on / off switch again: turns the light oﬀ.

Replacing batteries

Slide the mounting plate 7 and remove from the bracket. There are

two battery compartments at the rear centre of the LED light 1 (see

Fig. F).

Press the handle on the battery compartment slightly toward the

compartment and lift the battery compartment cover 4 to open the

battery compartment.

Remove old used batteries from battery compartment (if applicable).

Insert batteries in the compartment as indicated.

Replace the battery cover to close the battery compartment.

Apply light pressure until the handle locks in again.

Cleaning and Care

Use a dry, soft and lint-free cloth for cleaning and care. Use a

slightly dampened cloth and a mild detergent to remove stubborn

dirt.

Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials,

which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities. The

Green Dot is not valid for Germany.

Observe the marking of the packaging materials for waste

separation, which are marked with abbreviations (a) and

numbers (b) with following meaning: 1–7: plastics / 20–22:

paper and ﬁbreboard / 80–98: composite materials.

The product and packaging materials are recyclable, dispose

of it separately for better waste treatment. The Triman logo is

valid in France only.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details

of how to dispose of your worn-out product.

To help protect the environment, please dispose of the prod-

uct properly when it has reached the end of its useful life and

not in the household waste. Information on collection points

and their opening hours can be obtained from your local

authority.

Faulty or used batteries / rechargeable batteries must be recycled in

accordance with Directive 2006/66/EC and its amendments. Please

return the batteries / rechargeable batteries and / or the product to the

available collection points.

Environmental damage through incorrect dis-

posal of the batteries / rechargeable batteries!

Batteries / rechargeable batteries may not be disposed of with the usual

domestic waste. They may contain toxic heavy metals and are subject to

hazardous waste treatment rules and regulations. The chemical symbols

for heavy metals are as follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb =

lead. That is why you should dispose of used batteries / rechargeable

batteries at a local collection point.

Warranty

The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meti-

culously examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you

have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are

not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.

The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase.

Should this product show any fault in materials or manufacture within

3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our

choice – free of charge to you.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the

original sales receipt in a safe location. This document is required as

your proof of purchase. This warranty becomes void if the product has

been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.

The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This war-

ranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly

considered consumables (e.g. batteries) or for damage to fragile parts,

e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries or glass parts.

RÄJÄHDYSVAARA! Älä koskaan lataa paristoja,

jotka eivät ole uudelleenladattavia. Älä oikosulje paris-

toja / akkuja äläkä avaa niitä. Siitä voi seurata ylikuume-

neminen, tulipalo tai räjähdys.

Älä koskaan heitä paristoja / akkuja tuleen tai veteen.

Älä altista paristoja / akkuja mekaaniselle kuormitukselle.

Paristojen / akkujen vuotamisesta johtuva vaara

Vältä äärimmäisiä olosuhteita ja lämpötiloja, jotka voivat vaikuttaa

paristoihin / akkuihin esim. lämpöpatterit tai suora auringonvalo.

Vältä kosketusta ihoon, silmiin ja limakalvoihin! Huuhtele paristoha-

polle altistuneet kohdat välittömästi pelkällä vedellä ja ota yhteyttä

lääkäriin!

KÄYTÄ SUOJAKÄSINEITÄ! Vuotaneet tai vaurioitu-

neet paristot / akut voivat syövyttää ihoa. Käytä siksi eh-

dottomasti aina sopivia suojakäsineitä.

Jos paristot / akut vuotavat, poista ne välittömästi tuotteesta, jotta

tuote ei vaurioidu.

Käytä vain samantyyppisiä paristoja / akkuja. Älä käytä vanhoja ja

uusia paristoja / akkuja yhdessä!

Poista paristot / akut tuotteesta, jos sitä ei käytetä pitkään aikaan.

Tuotteen vaurioitumisvaara

Käytä ainoastaan ohjeessa mainittua paristo- / akkutyyppiä!

Aseta paristot / akut tuotteen sisään paristoon/akkuun ja tuottee-

seen merkittyjen napojen (+) ja (-) mukaan.

Puhdista pariston / akun ja paristolokeron kontaktipinnat ennen si-

säänasettamista!

Poista loppuunkäytetyt paristot / akut välittömästi tuotteesta.

Käyttö

Huomautus: poista tuotteesta kaikki pakkausmateriaalit.

Asennus

Kiinnitä asennuslevy 7 mukana toimitetuilla ruuveilla 6 tai

mukana toimitetuilla tarratyynyillä 8 tasaiseen puulevyyn. Toimi

kuvien C tai D osoittamalla tavalla.

Aseta LED-valaisimen alaosassa olevat silmukat 1 asennuslevyyn

ja työnnä LED-valaisinta sivullepäin, jotta se lukittuu kuvan E osoitta-

malla tavalla.

Toimenpiteet ennen käyttöönottoa

Paristot 5 on asetettu sisään jo toimitettaessa.

Vedä molemmista paristolokeroista pilkottavat eristysliuskat ulos.

Käyttöönotto

Mallissa HG00092A sekä mallissa HG00092B kääntyviä spottilamp-

puja 2 voidaan liikuttaa n. 45° kulmassa (katso kuva A tai B).

Kääntyvien spottilamppujen päälle ja pois

päältä kytkeminen

LED-valaisin 1 voidaan kytkeä päälle ja pois päältä virtapainikkeesta

3. Painike on varustettu kolmella toiminnolla:

Paina virtapainiketta yhden kerran: lamppu palaa kirkkaasti.

Paina virtapainiketta toisen kerran: lamppu palaa himmeäm-

min.

Paina painiketta kolmannen kerran: lamppu sammuu.

Paristojen vaihtaminen

Työnnä asennuslevyä 7 ja irrota se sitten pidikkeestä. LED-valaisi-

men 1 takaosassa keskellä on kaksi paristolokeroa (kts. kuva F).

Paina paristolokeron kahvaa kevyesti paristolokeron suuntaan ja

nosta paristolokeron kantta 4 niin, että voit avata lokeron.

Poista paristokotelot vanhat paristot (tarvittaessa).

Aseta paristot merkinnän mukaisesti paritolokeroon.

Sulje paristolokero asettamalla paristolokeron kansi jälleen lokeron

päälle.

Paina kevyesti kunnes kahva jälleen lukittuu.

Puhdistus ja hoito

Käytä puhdistukseen ja hoitoon kuivaa, pehmeää ja nukatonta lii-

naa. Käytä hieman kostutettua liinaa ja tarvittaessa mietoa puhdis-

tusainetta, jos tuote on erittäin likainen.

Hävittäminen

Pakkaus on valmistettu ympäristöystävällisistä materiaaleista,

jotka voidaan viedä paikalliseen kierrätyspisteeseen. Vihreä

piste -merkki ei koske Saksaa.

Noudata pakkausmateriaalien jätteiden lajittelua koskevia

merkintöjä. Ne koostuvat lyhenteistä (a) sekä numeroista (b)

ja tarkoittavat seuraavaa: 1–7 = muovit / 20–22 = paperi ja

pahvi / 80–98 = komposiitit.

Tuote ja pakkausmateriaalit ovat kierrätettäviä, hävitä ne erik-

seen paremman jätteiden käsittelyn takaamiseksi. Triman-logo

koskee vain Ranskaa.

Lisätietoja käytöstä poistetun tuotteen hävittämismahdollisuuk-

sista saat kuntasi tai kaupunkisi viranomaisilta.

Älä heitä käytettyä tuotetta kotitalousjätteisiin. Hävitä tuote

ympäristöystävällisesti toimittamalla se asianmukaiseen jäte-

huoltoon. Lisätietoja keräyspaikoista ja niiden aukioloajoista

saat kuntasi viranomaisilta.
