INSTALLATION
Before installing the appliance, make sure that
noneofthepartsisdamagedinanyway.Incase
ofdamagedparts,contactyourretaileranddonot
proceedwithinstallation.
Readallofthefollowinginstructionswithcarebe-
foreinstallingtheappliance.
- Useanair outlet pipe of theshortest possible
length.
-Limitthenumberofpipebends.
-Use amaterial approvedbystandardsandre-
gulations.
-Avoidanysudden changesinpipesection(re-
commendedconstantdiameter:150mmorequal
surfacearea).
* Before installing theappliance,in order not to
damagetheapplianceitself,themetalgraselter
shouldberemoved.Suchltercanberemovedby
pushingthespeciallterhandletowardtheback
sideofthecookerhoodandturningitdownwards
sotounfastenitfromitsslot(Fig.3).
Essentialprecautionstorespectbeforeinstalling
theappliancearethefollowing:
Tohavemadeacut-outonthebottomoftheca-
binetwhichissuitabletoholdtheapplianceinpo-
sition(g.4).
*preparethepowersupply.
*prepareaholefortheexhaustoftheairbothin
thelteringandintheexhautingversion.
Toinstalltheappliance,adjustthepositionofthe
stop side-springs using the appropriate screws
(g.5), according to the thickness of the board
previouslydrilled,onwhichtheappliancewillbe
xed.
Insertthebuilt-inunitintheholemadeinthecabi-
netuntilthestopclickoftheside-springsisheard
andthebuilt-inunitisblocked.
Insertthescrewsprovidedintheholesinsidethe
appliance(g.6)toblockitcompletely.

themotor,makesurethestopvalve,whichison
theairoutletofthemotor,canswing.
USES
Theapplianceisalreadyarrangedbothforltering
andforsuctionperformances.
*Initsltering version(Fig.1),theairandfumes
conveyedby theappliance aredepured bothby
agreaselterandbyanactivecoallter,andput
again into circulation through the hole made on
thetopofthecabinet.
*Initssucking version(Fig.2),fumesaredirect-
lyconveyedoutside,throughanevacuationduct
connectedwiththesuperiorpartofthewallorthe
ceiling.Bothcoallterandairdeectorarenotne-
cessaryinthiscase.
or with another device ensuring
omnipolar disconnections from
thegrid,withanopeningdistance
betweenthecontactsofatleast3
mm,thensuchdisconnectingde-
vicesmustbesuppliedwithinthe
xedinstallation.
Ifthexedapplianceisendowed
withasupplycordandaplug,the
appliancehastobeputinaplace
where the plug can be reached
easily.
* The use of materials which
can burst into ames should
be avoided in close proximity
of the appliance. When frying,
please pay particular attention
to re risk due to oil grease.
Being highly inammable, fri-
ed oil is especially dangerous.
Do not use uncovered electric
grills. In order to avoid possi-
ble re risk, all instructions for
grase-lter cleaning and for re-
moving eventual grease depo-
sits should be strictly followed.
