Before requesting service, make the following checks. If you are in doubt about some of the
check points, or if the solutions indicated do not solve the problem, consult your dealer for
instructions.
There is no sound.
• The USB port or plug may be dirty. Wipe the USB port and plug clean with a soft dry cloth.
• The sound may have been muted or turned down low on the connected device. Adjust the
volume on the connected device.
• Make sure that “Panasonic SC-GNW10 (Game)” is selected as the audio output device on the
connected device.
The sound is low.
• Also increase the volume on the other devices as well as this unit.
There are interruptions to the sound. / Too much noise. / Poor sound quality.
• Make sure the USB port is normal. If there are other USB ports on your computer, try using one
of the other USB ports.
• There may be a USB hub between the unit and the computer. If there are other USB ports on
your computer, try using one of the other USB ports.
There is no wireless connection between this unit and the transmitter.
• Try pairing the unit and the transmitter again. Refer to the “Owner’s Manual (PDF format)” for

Il n’y a aucun son.
• Le port USB ou la fiche peuvent être sales. Essuyez le port USB et nettoyez la fiche avec un
chiffon doux et sec.
• Le son peut avoir été mis en sourdine ou complètement baissé sur le dispositif branché.
Réglez le volume sur le dispositif branché.
• Assurez-vous que “Panasonic SC-GNW10 (Game)” est sélectionné en tant que dispositif de
sortie audio sur le dispositif connecté.
Le son est faible.
• Augmentez le volume des autres dispositifs ainsi que celui de cet appareil.
Il y a des interruptions du son. / Trop de bruit. / Mauvaise qualité du son.

Note:

Connect to a device with a USB port (PC, PS4/PS5, Nintendo Switch etc.).
• Power is supplied from the USB port that the transmitter is connected to.
• First turn on the device to be connected, then connect the transmitter.
• The operation indicator of the transmitter lights (cyan) when there is a wireless connection with
this unit and blinks (cyan) when there is no wireless connection with this unit.
Note:
• Do not use any other USB cables except the supplied one. Doing so may cause malfunction.
Fit the unit by putting it around your shoulders, taking care of how it is positioned.
Before turning on the unit, connect the transmitter and a device with the USB cable. (The
operation indicator of the transmitter blinks (cyan) to indicate this state)
Press and hold the [Í] button for about 2 seconds until the operation indicator (R)
blinks (cyan).
The wireless connection between this unit and the transmitter starts.
When the wireless connection is completed, the unit and the transmitter are in the
following states:
*1 If the “Lighting Settings” in the app for use in Windows are set to “OFF”, the indicators turn
off after about 3 seconds.
*2 Blinks (red) when the battery level drops to 20 %.
To turn the unit off
Press and hold the [Í] button for about 2 seconds until the operation indicator (L) blinks 3
times.
• The operation indicator (L) turns off and the power of the unit turns off.
Note:
• When connected wirelessly, if there is no sound for 5 minutes or more, this unit automatically
turns off. (Auto off function)
• The auto off function may not work in some cases when there is noise from other devices.
• The settings for the auto off function can be changed in the app for use in Windows. (Factory
default: on)
Turn the [VOL] dial.
• An operation tone sounds when you reach either the minimum volume or the maximum
volume.
Note:
• The volume setting is maintained even when the power is turned off.
You can enjoy sound field effects that suit the images on connected equipment by switching the
sound mode. (Factory default: RPG)
Press the [ ] button.
The mode switches each time you press the button.
Note:
• The setting is maintained until it is changed again.

The operation indicator (L) and operation indicator (R) of the unit and the operation indicator of

• Mettez d’abord en marche le dispositif à connecter, puis branchez l’émetteur.
• Le voyant de fonctionnement de l’émetteur s’allume (cyan) lorsqu’il y a une connexion sans fil
avec cet appareil, et clignote (cyan) lorsqu’il n’y a pas de connexion sans fil avec cet appareil
Remarque :
• N'utilisez aucun autre câble USB à l'exception de celui fourni. Cela pourrait provoquer un
dysfonctionnement.
Portez l'appareil en le plaçant sur vos épaules, en faisant attention à la manière dont il est
positionné.
Avant de mettre en marche l’appareil, branchez l’émetteur et un dispositif à l’aide du
câble USB. (Le voyant de fonctionnement de l’émetteur clignote (cyan) pour signaler cet
état)
Appuyez sur la touche [Í] pendant environ 2 secondes jusqu'à ce que le voyant de
fonctionnement (D) clignote (cyan).
La connexion sans fil entre cet appareil et l’émetteur démarre.
Lorsque la connexion sans fil est établie, l'appareil et l'émetteur sont dans les états qui
suivent :
*1 Si les “Lighting Settings” de l'application à utiliser dans Windows sont sur “OFF”, les voyants
s'éteignent au bout de 3 secondes environ.
*2 Clignote (rouge) lorsque le niveau de la batterie tombe à 20 %.
Pour mettre hors tension l'appareil
Appuyez sur la touche [Í] pendant environ 2 secondes jusqu'à ce que le voyant de
fonctionnement (G) clignote 3 fois.
• Le voyant de fonctionnement (G) s’éteint et l’appareil se met hors tension.
Remarque :
• Lors d’une connexion à distance, s’il n’y a aucun son pendant au moins 5 minutes, cet appareil
se met automatiquement hors tension. (Fonction d'arrêt automatique)
• La fonction d'arrêt automatique pourrait ne pas fonctionner si dans certains cas il y a des
parasites provenant d'autres dispositifs.
• Les paramètres de l'arrêt automatique peuvent être modifiés dans l'application à utiliser dans
Windows. (Réglage d’usine par défaut : activé)
Tournez la molette [VOL].
• Un signal sonore se produit lorsque vous atteignez le volume minimum ou maximum.
Remarque :
• Le réglage du volume est conservé même si l'alimentation est coupée.
Vous pouvez bénéficier des effets de champ sonore qui s'adaptent aux images de l'équipement
branché en commutant le mode sonore. (Réglage d’usine par défaut : RPG)
Appuyez sur la touche [ ].
Le mode commute chaque fois que vous appuyez sur la touche.
Remarque :
• Le réglage est conservé jusqu'à ce qu'il soit une nouvelle fois changé.
Appuyez sur la touche [ ].
Le voyant de fonctionnement (G) et le voyant de fonctionnement (D) de l'appareil ainsi que le
voyant de fonctionnement de l'émetteur s'allument (rouge) et les microphones sont coupés.
• Appuyez une nouvelle fois pour annuler.
Remarque :
• La coupure du microphone est conservée même si l'alimentation est mise hors tension.
• La coupure du microphone peut être modifiée pendant que l'appareil principal et l'émetteur
sont connectés à distance.
Les paramètres suivants peuvent être modifiés sur l’appareil.
Consultez le “Mode d’emploi (format PDF)” pour avoir des instructions sur la manière de
modifier les paramètres.
• Réglage de la sortie du son provenant de l’interlocuteur dans un jeu ou un chat
• Réglage des basses
• Rétablir les réglages d'usine
• Nouvel appairage de l’appareil et de l’émetteur
Si l’émetteur est branché à un ordinateur, vous pouvez utiliser l’application à utiliser dans
Windows pour modifier les paramètres de cet appareil.
• Paramètres de l’égaliseur
• Réglage de la balance des haut-parleurs
• Éteindre les voyants de fonctionnement (réglage de l’éclairage)
• Mise à jour du logiciel
