–Wear all appropriate safety and protective equipment (especially a helmet) when riding a scooter.
–Never ride without holding the handlebars.
–Wear sturdy, closed shoes when riding a scooter.
–Look where you are going and be aware of road conditions, people, places, property and objects around you.
– Operate your scooter with consideration for pedestrians, cars and cyclists.
–When driving, give your full attention to driving. Do not use the scooter while talking, talking on the phone,
sending text messages, or otherwise handling a phone or other device that may distract you.
– Do not ride a scooter unless it is allowed in the area.
–Always follow local ordinances and regulations.
– Do not drive on Class 1 and 2 motor vehicle roads and motorways.
– Do not drive in areas where there are large numbers of pedestrians.
–Do not remove the scooter‘s indicating features, such as reective stickers or LED lighting.
– Never ride in the rain, water, mud, sand, dust, etc. Above all, avoid water completely.
– Do not hang bags, backpacks or other items on the scooter.
– Do not attempt to disassemble, repair or modify the device in any way. Disassembly, modication or any
attempted repair will void the warranty and may result in damage to the device or even injury or property
damage.
–Do not use the device under the inuence of alcohol, drugs or other addictive substances or substances that
aect coordination and reaction time.
–Do not use the scooter if you are tired or sleepy, or if you are in any way medically indisposed, such as a
broken arm or leg.
–Use your best judgement to avoid dangerous situations with your scooter.
–Do not take your scooter on ramps or to a skate park, empty pool or skateboarding area. Do not ride on
railings, jump on your scooter or try to climb over obstacles.
–Do not turn sharply, especially at high speeds.
–Do not ride in or near puddles of water, mud, sand, rocks, gravel, or in rough or rugged terrain. Doing so may
damage the scooter. If you encounter uneven pavement, lift the scooter up and over the obstacle.
–Do not ride in bad weather: snow, rain, hail, icy roads or extreme heat. Skidding, falling and loss of balance
can occur more easily on wet or damp roads. Irreversible damage to the device can also occur.
–Do not ride near swimming pools or other large water sources.
–Bend your knees when riding on bumpy or uneven surfaces to absorb shock and vibration and help you
maintain stability. If you are unsure whether you can safely ride on a particular terrain, dismount and guide
the scooter.
– Do not attempt to ride over bumps or objects higher than 1.5 cm.
– Any tampering with the software will void the customer‘s warranty.
– Handle the scooter very carefully when indoors.
– Do not ride the scooter on hills steeper than 15° (always help yourself by bouncing on steep climbs).
– The scooter is intended for use by one person, NEVER attempt to ride with two people.
– Women who are pregnant should not operate a scooter.
– Children under the age of 14 must only operate or otherwise handle the scooter under the supervision of a
competent adult. The same applies to people with reduced mobility.
– At higher speeds, always take into account longer stopping distances.

– Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of the scooter.

– The statutory warranty and liability for defects do not apply if the equipment was purchased for business,
commercial, municipal or non-private purposes.
–The device is intended for home use unless otherwise stated in the user manual.
– A claim cannot be made on the grounds that the device does not meet your requirements or is unsuitable for
your use. In this case, the claim cannot be accepted.
