Das IT - Leitungssucher Kit EasyTest KE720 / PROBE410 ermöglicht je-
dem Techniker ohne zeitaufwändige Abisolierarbeiten jede Art von Kabel,
Adern und Adernpaare in kürzester Zeit berührungslos zu finden. Fehler
wie Vertauschungen, Überziehungen, Unterbrechungen und andere Stö-
rungen im Kabel werden erkannt.
EasyTest KE720 zeigt auf Adern vorhandene Spannungen an, erkennt
die Polarität, lässt sich als Durchgangsprüfer mit LED bis ca. 20kOhm,
mit zusätzlichem Widerstandsabhängigem Ton bis ca. 40 kOhm einset-
zen. Der Widerstandswert wird dabei durch die Helligkeit der LED und zu-
sätzlich durch die sich ändernde Ton - Frequenz bestimmt. Das erleich-
tert die Prüfung von Leitungen aus der Ferne. Wird EasyTest KE720 mit
dem gelben RJ45 Stecker in eine Datendose gesteckt, so leuchtet bei ge-
patchtem Port die DATA - LED grün auf. Am Hub, Router, Switch oder an
der Netzwerkkarte blinkt zur Identifikation und Zuordnung des Ports die
entsprechende LINK LED. Wenn der Port nicht gepatcht ist kann er am
Patchfeld einfach mit dem Suchton und der PROBE410 gefunden wer-
den.
EasyTest KE720 / PROBE410 ist bei allen Arten von Kabeln wie Stark-
stromkabel, Telefonkabel, Klingelleitungen, Datenkabel, Koax - Kabel ein-
setzbar.
EasyTest KE720 erzeugt als Suchsignal vier verschiedene Datensiche-
re Suchfrequenzen. Durch den eingebauten Filter werden Störungen von
digitalen Leitungen vermieden. Das Suchsignal kann auf spannungsfüh-
rende Telekommunikationsleitungen eingespeist werden. Das Gerät ist
geschützt bis zu 400 Volt Wechselspannung. Alle Anschlusskabel sind
mit wirksamen Zugentlastungen versehen. Das Batteriefach ist getrennt
von der Elektronik und zusätzlich mit unverlierbarer Schraube ausge-
führt. Mit dem Signal Empfänger wird das Suchsignal be-
rührungslos bis zu einer Distanz von 1 Meter zum Kabel empfangen. Da-
mit wird die punktgenaue Zuordnung des Kabelverlaufes in dicken Kabel-
bündeln, in Wänden oder unter Putz, sowie des Adernpaares im Verteiler
oder im Bündel ermöglicht. Die verfügt zusätzlich über eine
grüne Signal-LED mit Filterfunktion. Es wird nur das vom
eingespeiste 1Khz - Signal angezeigt. Dies erleichtert das Finden
in lauter Umgebung oder in Verteilern mit störenden Signalen wie z.B. 50
Hz. Die in der eingebaute weisse LED ermöglicht das Er-
kennen von Adern und den Farben in dunklen Verteilern.
Die Stabile, hochohmige Spitze ist einfach von aussen wechselbar.
Die einfach zu handhabenden Geräte werden mit einer stabilen Gürtelta-
sche zur Aufbewahrung von / geliefert.

EasyTest KE720 / PROBE410 locates wire faults and identifies
specific wire pairs, split pairs and locates broken pairs/cables in walls
or unmarked bundles. It helps speed up installation or maintenance of
any type of wire and cable, including power cable, telephone and data
wire, building automation and burglar or fire alarm wiring. EasyTest
KE720 can transmit two tones (Solid) or two alternating tones (Alt). If
EasyTest KE720 is plugged in position DATA with its separate yellow
RJ45 Plug into an patched Data Port the green LED DATA will light
up. On the network Hub or switch the corresponding LINK - LED will
start to blink to identify the port. The EasyTest KE720 is able to send
the tone into live telephone lines without disturbing services. Over
Voltage Protection is in TONE mode up to 400V AC, in CONT mode up
to 120V AC. EasyTest KE720 provides Banana plugs with solid
Alligator Clips and a special RJ11 plug with strain relief and PIN 1 + 8
protection slots. So this RJ11 plug can be plugged into an RJ45 jack
without damaging PIN1 and Pin8.
In any position EasyTest KE720 can also be used to sense line
polarity. In CONT-position EasyTest KE720 is testing shorts or opens
by LED and audible by a resistance depending tone up to 40 kOhm.
The capacitive PROBE410 is high sensitive and is working with
or any other tone generator to identify and trace
wires or cables. The double, HIGH and LOW volume switch made of
high dust and moisture resistant mylar membrane allows fast and
easy operation.
The detects a cable using the HIGH-button from a
distance of up to 100 cm (33") . Finally you can precise the location by
using the LOW-button. Fast and easy tracing - without the need of
watching tiny volume knobs. The nearly unbreakable tip made of
carbon fiber prevents shorts or disturbance of telephone or data lines
and is field replaceable. The slender design allows high precision
tracing of pairs, even in bundles or 110 / KRONE blocks. The Probe
has additionaly a filtered green signal strength LED. This LED lights
only up if there is the signal from the detected. All
unwanted noise and power hum is not shown. The bright white LED
replaces the need for a torch light in dark distribution boxes. Even
there are the colors of the wires perfect to identify.
To increase the sensitivity or reduce noise the can be
used with the optional, light weight earpiece. The Kit comes with a
