STUDIATI APPOSITAMENTE PER LE ALTE TEMPERATURE.
- Rimuovere la pellicola protettiva prima dell’accensione, per facilitarne il distacco, utilizzare aria calda (es.
Asciugacapelli).
- TOTO, pur comprendendo del materiale isolante tra i due strati d’acciaio, potrebbe surriscaldarsi all’esterno.
- Per motivi di sicurezza tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini e degli animali domestici.
- La sicurezza deve essere la prima priorità: mentre il forno o il barbecue è in funzione assicurarsi che nessun
altro combustibile sia vicino ad esso.
- Assicurarsi che l’apparecchio sia posizionato distante da oggetti e materiali che possono essere danneggiati
dal calore e dalle scintille. Non posizionare materiali inammabili nella zona del pavimento antistante il prodotto,
proteggere con materiale adeguato il pavimento se è costituito da materiale inammabile.
- Non muovere l’apparecchio durante l’uso.
- Posizionare TOTO su una supercie piana e lontana da forti rafche di vento.
- Le scintille potrebbero fuoriuscire dal barbecue; assicurarsi di non posizionare liquidi inammabili nelle
vicinanze.
- Non utilizzare il barbecue in caso di funzionamento anomalo o sospetto di rottura.
- Non appoggiarsi né appoggiare oggetti all’apparecchio, potrebbe esserne compromessa la stabilità.
- Non fare fuoco eccessivo che fuoriesce dal barbecue.
- Non spegnere il barbecue gettando acqua all’interno.
- Non gettare i ciocchi di legna nel grill ma appoggiarli.
- Non usare liquidi inammabili vicino al prodotto.
- Non effettuare alcuna modica non autorizzata all’apparecchio.
- L’installazione dell’apparecchio deve garantire facile accesso per la pulizia dell’apparecchio stesso
- Installare il prodotto su pavimenti con adeguata capacità di carico. Se la costruzione esistente non soddisfa
questo requisito, misure appropriate (es. Piastra di distribuzione di carico) dovranno essere prese.
- Tutti i regolamenti locali, inclusi quelli riferiti alle Norme nazionali ed europee devono essere rispettate nell’in-
stallazione dell’apparecchio.
- Non utilizzare l’apparecchio come inceneritore o in qualsiasi altro modo diverso da quello per cui è stato conce-
pito.
- L’apparecchio, specialmente le superci esterne, quando è in funzione raggiunge temperature elevate al tatto;
manovrare con cautela per evitare scottature.

AVVERTENZE GENERALI
LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE LE SEGUENTI INFORMAZIONI PER UNA CORRETTA INSTALLAZIONE
ED UN FUNZIONAMENTO OTTIMALE DEL PRODOTTO
- La targhetta di identicazione, con i dati tecnici, il numero di lotto di produzione è visibilmente applicata all’ap-
parecchio. La targhetta non deve mai essere rimossa.
- Prima di mettere in funzione l’apparecchio, è obbligatorio rimuovere tutti i lm protettivi presenti.
- Evitare nel modo più assoluto l’uso di spugne in acciaio e raschietti taglienti per non danneggiare le superci.
Usare i normali prodotti, non abrasivi, servendosi eventualmente di utensili in legno o materiale plastico. Ri-
sciacquare accuratamente e asciugare con uno straccio morbido o con un panno in microbra.
- Non utilizzare stoviglie o contenitori costruiti con materiale plastico. Le temperature elevate raggiunte all’interno
del grill potrebbero fondere questo materiale recando danni all’apparecchio.
- Non utilizzare scatolame o contenitori chiusi nell’apparecchio. Durante la cottura si possono generare sovrap-
pressioni all’interno dei contenitori creando pericoli di scoppio.
- Non lasciare incustodito l’apparecchio durante le cotture che possono liberare grassi od oli. I grassi e gli oli
possono incendiarsi.
- Usare posate ed attrezzi resistenti ad alte temperature.
- Per effetto della temperatura il colore delle superci può variare.
- Non colorare o applicare nessun oggetto sul forno.
- Non usare nessun combustibile oltre la legna e/o la carbonella.

CONSIGLI PER L’USO DEL GRILL
Seguire questi semplici passi per un uso corretto e per il miglior funzionamento del tuo TOTO.
ACCENSIONE A LEGNA
COTTURA ALLA GRIGLIA
Man mano che i tronchetti si consumano, riposizionandoli nei rispettivi alloggi al ne
di mantenere alimentato il fuoco.
I carboni generati dalla combustione della legna possono essere distribuiti su tutta
la supercie della griglia Wood Charcoal a seconda delle zone in cui si desidera
cucinare. Generalmente il Grill Burner viene posizionato sotto il foro per la wok in
modo da riscaldare pentole, wok e padelle direttamente con la amma della legna.
ATTENZIONE:
Il barbecue va alimentato con poca legna di piccolo taglio, di diametro massimo di 5
cm, al massimo un quantitativo contenuto nel Grill Burner. L’utilizzo di un quantitativo
superiore è da evitare assolutamente e non consentirebbe buoni risultati di cottura.
GRID LIFTER: Questo componente ha la funzione di proteggere il forno e le zone
adiacenti al Grill da eventuali ammate incontrollate. È pertanto obbligatorio
mantenere il Grid Lifter quando si utilizza il Grill.
ACCENSIONE A CARBONELLA
È possibile cucinare con il barbecue utilizzando anche la sola carbonella come
combustibile.
COOK DECK
Posizionare il Cook Deck sul Grid Lifter utilizzando una
delle due impugnature in dotazione. Cucinare con Wok,
padelle, pietra ollare, etc.
GRIGLIA
Posizionare la griglia sul Grid Lifter utilizzando le due
impugnature in dotazione.
Posizionare 4 tronchetti
di piccolo taglio, negli
appositi alloggi. Accendere
le pagliette con un
ammifero.
Adagiare piccoli
legnetti sulle pagliette

la brace e la legna presenti nella vaschetta del BBQ.

MANUTENZIONE
- A braci spente è consigliabile togliere la cenere.
- L’apparecchio si può utilizzare tutto l’anno; nei mesi invernali accendere il grill con un fuoco moderato per evita-
re shock termici dovuti all’umidità.
- È consigliata una manutenzione regolare da parte di un tecnico qualicato.
PULIZIA TOTO
GRILL
- Per pulire il barbecue sollevare
le griglie Wood Charcoal e far
cadere tutta la cenere all’interno
del cassetto, quindi svuotare il
cassetto.
- Per pulire l’esterno in acciaio usare
un panno inumidito con l’acqua.
Utilizzare solo detergenti consigliati
da Alfa 1977
- Stendere un sottile velo protettivo di olio di vaselina se si vuole dare un aspetto lucente al metallo.
- Nel caso in cui compaiano tracce di ruggine passare con una spazzola del polish e ricoprire con un leggero
strato di vaselina.
- Non usare prodotti chimici per pulire l’apparecchio.
- Non pulire il prodotto quando è in uso.
- Nel caso di installazione in luoghi di mare, al ne di evitare corrosione e incrostazioni, si consiglia di pulire
spesso l’apparecchio con acqua dolce.

I prodotti Alfa 1977 sono pienamente rispondenti al progetto di norme italiane ed europee.
Il Grill TOTO è garantito per 2 (due) anni, una buona manutenzione ed un uso corretto possono far in modo che il
forno duri molto di più.

Si consiglia di riporre l’apparecchio al coperto nei mesi invernali per proteggerlo dagli agenti atmosferici. Altrimenti
è consigliato un telo impermeabile traspirante.

La garanzia non viene applicata nelle seguenti opzioni:
1. Nel caso in cui l’apparecchio sia NON propriamente utilizzato e installato come descritto nel presente manua-
le.
2. Nel caso in cui l’apparecchio sia stato manomesso in qualsiasi modo, volontariamente o involontariamente.
3. Nel caso in cui l’apparecchio, per qualsiasi causa, sia stato alterato e non sia più nella condizione riscontrata
alla consegna del prodotto.
4. Nel caso in cui NON si sia usato il solo legno o carbonella come combustibile. Non usare prodotti chimici o
altro combustibile.
5. Nel caso in cui il danno sia il risultato dell’uso di prodotti chimici all’interno o all’esterno dell’apparecchio.
6. Nel caso in cui il grill venga utilizzato con nalità professionali.
7. Nel caso in cui si utilizzino componenti non prodotte o consigliate Alfa 1977.
8. Danni a parti non funzionali e decorative che non inuiscono sul normale uso del prodotto, inclusi graf e diffe-
renze di colore.
Si raccomanda l’utilizzo esclusivo di parti di ricambio consigliate da Alfa 1977.

- Remove the protective lm from all surfaces, to facilitate removal use hot air (e.g. Hair dryer).
- TOTO, despite including insulating material between the two layers of steel, can become hot on the outside.
- For safety reasons, keep the oven out of the reach of children and pets.
- Safety must be the rst priority: when the oven or the grill is in operation ensure that no other fuel is close to it.
- Make sure that the appliance is positioned away from objects and materials that may be damaged by heat and
sparks. Do not place ammable materials in the area of the oor in front of the oven, protect the oor with a
suitable material if it is made of ammable material.
- Do not move the appliance during use.
- Position TOTO on a at surface and away from strong winds.
- Sparks may be ejected from the grill; do not place ammable liquids near this outlet.
- Do not use the appliance if it is not working properly or you suspect a fault.
- Do not lean on or rest objects on the appliance, this may compromise its stability.
- Avoid excessive res that reach out of the grill.
- Do not turn of the grill off by throwing water inside.
- Do not throw logs into the grill but place them carefully.
- Do not use ammable liquids near the appliance.
- Do not lean over the grill when lighting. Keep your face and body at least 50 cm / 19,6 inches far from the appli-
ance.
- Do not make any unauthorized modications to the unit.
- The appliance installation must guarantee easy access for cleaning the appliance itself.
- Install the appliance on oors with adequate load capacity. If the existing construction does not meet this re-
quirement, appropriate measures (eg. Plate load distribution) have to be taken.
- All local regulations, including those referring to national and European standards must be respected in the
installation of the device.
- Do not use the appliance as an incinerator or for any purpose other than that for which it was conceived.
- The appliance, especially the external surfaces, when in operation reaches high temperatures to the touch;
handle with care to avoid burns.

GENERAL WARNINGS
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FOR PROPER INSTALLATION
AND OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT.
- The identication plate, with technical data, lot number and brand name is visibly applied to the device. The
label must not be removed.
- Before putting the unit into operation, it is mandatory to remove all protective laser lms present.
- Never use steel sponges or sharp scrapers, its will damage the surfaces. Use ordinary non-abrasive products,
use, if necessary, wood or plastic tools. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth or microber cloth.
- Do not use dishes or containers made of plastic material. The high temperatures could melt the plastic, damag-
ing the appliance.
- Do not use sealed tins or containers in the appliance. During cooking Overpressure may occur inside the con-
tainers creating danger of bursting.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended during cooking that can free fats or oils. Fats and oils may cause re.
- Use tools and utensils that are resistant to high temperatures.
- Due to the temperature, the colour of the surfaces may vary.
- Do not paint or apply objects to the unit.
- Do not use any fuel other than wood.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE OF THE GRILL
Follow these simple steps to get the most out of your Alfa 1977 oven.
WOOD LIGHTING
- As the logs are consumed, repositioning them in their lodgings in order to keep the
re fed.
- The coals generated by the combustion of the wood can be distributed over the
entire surface of the Wood Charcoal grid depending on the areas where you want
to cook. Generally the Grill Burner is placed below the hole for the wok to heat
pans, woks and pans directly with the ame of burning.
WARNING:
The oven should be fed with little of small cut rewood, maximum diameter of 5
cm. The use of a higher quantity has to be avoided and does not allow good baking
results.
GRID LIFTER: This component is designed to protect the oven and adjacent areas
at the Grill by uncontrolled are-ups. It is therefore mandatory to keep the Grid Lifter
when you are using the Grill.
CHARCOAL LIGHTING
It is possible to use charcoal as combustible of the grill.
Place 4 logs of small cut,
on the sleeves. Light on
straw re lighters.
Lay small pieces of wood
on the straw re lighters.

MAINTENANCE
- Remove the embers when the ash has extinguished.
- The appliance can be used all year round; in the winter, heat the oven with a smaller re to avoid thermal shock
due to the humidity.
- It is recommended regular maintenance by a qualied technician.
CLEANING
GRILL
- To clean grill, raise up the Wood
Charcoal grids, drop down all the
ash inside the drawer, then empty
the drawer.
- Use a damp cloth to clean the ex-
ternal sheet. Use only recommend-
ed cleaners from Alfa 1977.
- Apply a light coat of vaseline to
make the metal shine.
- If traces of rust begin to appear, clean with a polishing brush and apply a thin coat of vaseline.
- Do not use chemical products to clean the appliance.
- Do not clean the product when it is in use.
- If the appliance is exposed in a sea side, in order to prevent corrosion and fouling, it is recommended to fre-
quently clean the oven with fresh water.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Alfa 1977 appliances fully comply with the Italian and European proposed regulations.
The TOTO grill is guaranteed for 2 (two) years; good maintenance and proper use can make sure that the oven
lasts much longer.

WINTER STORAGE
It is advisable to place the oven indoors during the winter months to protect it from the elements. Otherwise a
waterproof breathable cover is recommended.
NOT GUARANTEED
The warranty does not apply in the following options:
1. If the appliance is not properly used and installed as described in this manual.
2. If the appliance has been tampered with either voluntarily or involuntarily in any way.
3. If the appliance, for any cause, has been altered and is no longer in the condition detected at delivery of the
product.
4. If other combustibles have been used other than wood. Do not use liquid coal for barbecues, chemicals prod-
ucts, or other fuel.
5. If the damage is the result of the use of chemicals inside or outside the oven.
6. If the appliance is used for professional purposes.
7. If components not produced or recommended by Alfa 1977 are used.
8. Damage to parts not functional and decorative that do not affect the normal use of the appliance, including
scratches and color differences.
We recommend the exclusive use of spare parts recommended by Alfa 1977.
