prevent scalding or overheat during shower.
Ensure drainage pipe is connected properly.
Otherwise, leakage may occur.
After a long period of use, make sure the
installation rack does not deteriorate to prevent
the unit from falling down.
The sterilization function eld settings must be
con gured by the authorized dealer according
to local laws and regulation.
REMOTE CONTROL
Do not let the remote control get wet.
Otherwise, it may cause malfunction.
Do not press the buttons on the remote control
with hard, pointed objects. Otherwise, it may
damage the unit.
Do not wash the remote control with water,
benzene, thinner or scouring powder.
Do
not inspect or service the remote control by
yourself. Please consult authorized dealer.
Otherwise, it can damage or malfunction.

Do not use a modi ed cord,
joint cord, extension cord or
unspeci ed cord to prevent
overheating and re.
To prevent overheating, re or electric shock:
Do not share the same power outlet with other
equipment.
Do not operate with wet hands.
Do not over bend the power supply cord.
If the supply cord is damage, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
quali ed persons in order to avoid a hazard.
This unit is equipped with Residue Current Circuit
Breaker (RCCB). It is strongly recommended to
check the operation of the RCCB after installation
and periodically after servicing or maintenance
by authorized dealer to ensure it is in good
working order. Otherwise, it may cause electrical
shock or re in case of malfunction.
It is strongly recommended to install Residual
Current Device (RCD) on-site to prevent electric
shock or re.
Stop using the product if any abnormality/failure
occurs and disconnect the power plug or turn off
the power switch and breaker.

Examples of abnormality/failure
The RCCB switches off by itself.
Burning smell, abnormal noise or vibration
sound is observed when the unit is in use.
Hot water keeps on coming off the unit.
Contact your local dealer immediately for
maintenance/repair.
It is recommended to wear gloves during
servicing or maintenance in order to avoid
hazard.
This equipment must be earthed to prevent
electrical shock or re.
Prevent electric shock by switching off the power
supply when:
- Before cleaning or servicing.
This appliance is for multiple uses. All power
supply circuits must be turn off before access to
any of the terminals in the unit, to avoid electrical
shock, burn or fatal injury.

Kada voda u sustavu miruje, moguće je da se zamrzne, što može oštetiti sustav.
Nemojte blokirati otvore za dovod i odvod zraka jer može doći do smanjenih performansi ili kvara. Uklonite prepreke da
biste omogućili ispravnu ventilaciju.
Zimi čistite i uklanjajte snijeg oko monojediničnog uređaja kako ne bi prekrio otvore za dovod i odvod zraka.

RJEŠAVANJE PROBLEMA
SIMPTOM UZROK
Tijekom rada čuje se zvuk protjecanja vode. Protok rashladnog sredstva u uređaju.
Rad pinje nekoliko minuta nakon ponovnog pokretanja uređaja. Odgoda predstavlja zaštitu kompresora uređaja.
Iz monojediničnog uređaja izlaze voda/para. Na cijevima se pojavljuje kondenzacija ili isparavanje.
Monojedinični uređaj ispušta paru tijekom načina grijanja. To je zbog odmrzavanja u izmjenjivaču topline.
Monojedinični uređaj ne radi. Kad je vanjska temperatura izvan radnog raspona,
sustav toplinske crpke pokreće sigurnosnu kontrolu.
Isključuje se (monojedinični) sustav toplinske crpke zrak-
voda.
Sustav toplinske crpke pokreće sigurnosnu kontrolu.
Kompresor prestaje s radom kada se temperatura
dovoda vode spusti ispod 18 °C; a pomoćni se grij
uključi kada je temperatura dovoda vode ispod 23 °C.
Sustav se teško zagrijava. Kada se grije dok je istovremeno uključeno i grijanje
poda ili pločasti grijač, moglo bi biti situacija u kojima
je temperatura vode sve niža, a zagrijavanje poda ili
pločasti grijač sve slabiji.
Kad je vanjska temperatura zraka niska, zagrijavanje
može biti otežano.
Blokira li nanos snijega odvod za ispust ili dovod
monojediničnog uređaja?
Kad je postavljena temperatura odvoda vode niska,
zagrijavanje može biti otežano.
Sustav se ne može trenutačno zagrijati. S obzirom na prirodu sustava toplinske crpke, može
biti potrebno određeno vrijeme da se voda zagrije
ako se uređaj pokreće na hladno paljenje.
Pomoćni grijač automatski se uključuje kada nije omogućen. Uključivanje pomoćnoga grijača štiti izmjenjivač
topline unutarnje jedinice.
Rad započinje automatski čak i kada mjer vremena nije ukljen. Postavljen je mjerač vremena sterilizacije.
Prije poziva serviseru provjerite sljedeće.
SIMPTOM PROVJERA
Grijanje/hlađenje ne radi učinkovito. Ispravno postavite temperaturu.
Je li ventil na pločastom grijaču zatvoren?
Očistite prepreke na otvorima za dovod i odvod zraka
na monojediničnom uređaju.
Bučan rad. Provjerite je li uređaj postavljen na neravnoj površini i
je li poklopac ispravno zatvoren.
Jedinica ne radi. Provjerite je li osigurač oštećen.
LED-svjetlo koje označava je li uređaj uključen nije
uključeno ili je zaslon upravljačke ploče prazan.
Je li napajanje isključeno ili je došlo do nestanka
struje?
LED-svjetlo koje označava je li uređaj uključen treperi i kod pogreške prikazuje se
na zaslonu daljinskog upravljača.
Gumb forsiranog grijanja
Isključite uređaj i dojavite ovlaštenom dobavljaču kod pogreške.
Rad mjerača vremena poništava se kada se pojavi kod pogreške.
U slučaju kvara (monojediničnog) sustava toplinske crpke zrak-voda, moguće je upotrijebiti
dodatni grijač za zagrijavanje vode. Pritisnite za uključivanje pomoćnog grijača.
Pritisnite da biste zaustavili forsirano grijanje.
Tijekom forsiranog grijanja sve druge radnje nisu dozvoljene.

TROUBLESHOOTING
The following symptoms do not indicate malfunction.
SYMPTOM CAUSE
Flowing sound during operation. • Refrigerant ow inside the unit.
Operation is delayed a few minutes after restart. • The delay is a protection to the unit’s compressor.
Mono bloc unit emits water/steam. • Condensation or evaporation occurs on pipes.
Mono bloc unit emits steam during heating mode. This is due to defrost operation happens at the heat
exchanger.
Mono bloc unit does not operate. • When the outdoor temperature is out of the operation
condition range, the heatpump system enter protection
control.
(Mono bloc) Air-to-water Heatpump system operation will
turn off.
If mono bloc unit water inlet temperature is lower than 20°C.
Backup heater power will turn on to heat up the water.
System dif cult to heat-up. • When heating is operated together with oor heating or
panel heater simultaneously, there may be case where
warm water temperature is getting lower and cause oor
heating or panel heater heat-up is weaken.
When outdoor air temperature is low, it may be dif cult to
get warm.
Is the snow pile blocking the discharge outlet or intake
inlet of mono bloc unit.
When water outlet set temperature is low, it may be
dif cult to get warm.
System cannot get warm instantly. • Due to the nature of the heatpump system, it may take
some time to heat-up the water if the unit is operated
from cold-start.
Operation starts after power resumes. • Unit is operates under auto restart function.
Check the following before calling for servicing.
SYMPTOM CHECK
Heating operation is not working ef ciently. • Set the temperature correctly.
Is the panel heater valve closed.
Clear any obstruction at the air inlet and air outlet vents
of mono bloc unit.
Noisy during operation. • Check if the unit has been installed at an incline or the
cover is not closed properly.
The unit does not work. • Check if the circuit breaker is tripped.
Operation LED is no lit or remote control display is blank. • Is the power supply off or power failure.
The operation LED blinks and error code appear on remote control display.
