• Als Ersatz dürfen nur Originalteile von
CEAG verwendet werden!
• Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme muss die
Leuchte entsprechend den im Abschnitt In-
stallation genannten Anweisungen geprüft

erden!
• Die Notleuchtenkenn zeich nung vornehmen:
Stromkreis und Leuchtennummer zuordnen
und eintragen.
• Die Protokollführung gemäß der nationalen
Vorschriften ist durchzuführen (entfällt bei
automatischer Protokollierung)!
• Alle Fremdkörper müssen vor der ersten
Inbetriebnahme aus dem Gerät entfernt
werden!
• Beachten Sie bei allen Ar beiten an dem
Gerät die nationalen Sicherheits- und Un-
fallverhütungsvorschriften und die nachfol-
genden Sicherheitshinweise in der Betriebs-
anleitung, die mit einem versehen sind!
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• The device shall only be used for its
intended purpose and in undamaged and
flawless condition
• Only genuine CEAG spare parts may be
used for replacement and repair
• Prior to its initial operation, the luminaire
will have to be checked in line with the
instructions (see installation sector)
• Carry out the marking of the emergency
luminaire: Assign the circuit and the
luminaire No. and enter them.
• Recording in the minutes shall be
performed in compliance with the national
regulations (is deleted in case of automatic
recording).
• Any foreign object shall be removed from
the luminaire prior to its initial operation!
• Observe the national safety rules and
regulations to prevent accidents as well as
the safety instructions included in these

Typen- und Hinweisschilder, wie auf den beiliegen-

Bei einer Batteriespannung von ca. 4,20 Volt
spricht im Hauptlicht-Betrieb der Tiefentladeschutz
an. Das Hauptlicht erlischt und bleibt dauerhaft
aus, um eine weitere Entladung und damit eine
irreparable Beschädigung der Batterie zu ver-
hindern. Die Batterie muss dann innerhalb von
24 h wieder an das Netz bzw. das dafür vorge-
sehene CEAG Ladegerät angeschlossen werden.
Das Hauptlicht lässt sich erst wieder einschalten,
wenn die Batteriespannung über 4,80 V gestiegen ist.
Das Nebenlicht besitzt aus Sicherheitsgründen
keinen Tiefentladeschutz. Hat der Tiefentladeschutz
des Hauptlichts angesprochen, kann das Nebenlicht
noch ca. 30 min. weiter betrieben werden, ohne
dass die Batterie Schaden nimmt. Wird das
Nebenlicht darüber hinaus weiter betrieben, kann
es zu irreparablen Schäden an der Batterie kom-
men, die ihren Austausch notwendig machen.
With battery voltage of approx. 4.20 volts, total
discharge protection is actuated in main light
operation. The main light goes out and remains
permanently off to prevent further discharge and
irreparable damage to the battery. The battery
must then be reconnected within 24 h to the
mains or to the CEAG charger intended for this.
The main light can only be switched on again
when the battery voltage has increased to above
4.80 V.
The ancillary light has no total discharge protection
for safety reasons. If total discharge protection
of the main light has been actuated, the ancillary
light can be operated for a further 30 mins. with-
out damaging the battery. If the ancillary light is
operated beyond this time limit, this may cause
irreparable damage to the battery that would then
need replacement.

YE = Gelbe Leitung
BU = Blaue Leitung
BK = Schwarze Leitung

Das LED Gehäuse dann nach
oben kippen und mit der
Schraube verschließen.

Das LED Gehäuse zuerst unten
aufsetzen.

Schraube lösen und das
Reflektorgehäuse abnehmen.
Loosen the screw and open
reflector housing.

nach hinten schieben und
Leuchte öffnen.
Push back the lock below the
reflector and open the lamp.
Batterie abklemmen und aus-
wechseln.
Dabei ist darauf zu achten, dass
sich die Pole der Batterie nicht
berühren!
Batteriegehäuse wieder
schließen.
Disconnect battery and replace.
Pay attention that the poles of
the battery don´t touch each
other!

kennzeichnet. Der in der Leuchte eingebaute LiIon-Akku
ist - entsprechend der EU-Richtlinie
2006/66/EG - beim Wechsel an den Vertreiber oder an
einen zugelassenen Entsorger zurück zu geben und darf
nicht selbst entsorgt werden!

9 Disposal / Recycling
When disposing of defective devices, comply with valid
regulations for recycling and waste disposal. Plastic parts
are marked with corresponding symbols.
The LiIon battery integrated in the luminaire must be
returned to the seller or an approved disposal location and
must not be disposed of by the customer, in accordance
with the 2006/66/EG EU directive.
