acheté un produit de qualité. Ces
consignes d’utilisation font partie du produit. Elles
contiennent des informations importantes sur la
sécurité, l’utilisation et l’élimination des déchets.
Familiarisez-vous avec toutes les consignes
d’utilisation et de sécurité avant d’utiliser le
produit. Utilisez le produit uniquement de la façon
et dans les domaines d’application préconisés. Si
vous passez le produit à un tiers, assurez-vous de
lui fournir également toute la documentation.

Ne jamais laisser les enfants sans surveillance
avec l’emballage. L’emballage représente un
risque d’étouffement. Les enfants sous-estiment
souvent les dangers. Toujours tenir l’emballage
hors de la portée des enfants. Ce produit n’est
pas un jouet.
■ L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé par des
enfants ou personnes dénuées d’expérience
ou de connaissance quant à son utilisation, ou
dont les capacités physiques, sensorielles ou
mentales sont réduites, sans la surveillance ou
les consignes de la personne responsable de
leur sécurité. Les enfants doivent être surveillés
constamment pour prévenir qu’ils ne jouent
avec l’appareil.

N’utilisez pas cet appareil si vous trouvez qu’il

■ Vérifiez si toutes les pièces sont installées
correctement. Une installation incorrecte

■ Les LED ne sont pas interchangeables.
■ Ce produit est traité avec un revêtement
spécial anticorrosion. Assurez-vous de le ma-
nipuler avec précaution sans rayer le boîtier
pour prévenir la corrosion.

■ DANGER DE MORT!
Les piles rechargeables ne sont pas prévues
pour être manipulées par des enfants.
Ne laissez pas les piles à leur portée.
Autrement, les enfants ou les animaux
domestiques pourraient les avaler. Consultez
immédiatement un médecin si la pile a été
avalée accidentellement.
■
RISQUE D’EXPLOSION! Ne
court-circuitez et/ou n’ouvrez jamais
les piles rechargeables. La pile
pourrait surchauffer, prendre feu ou exploser.
Ne jetez jamais les piles rechargeables dans
le feu ou l’eau. Les piles pourraient exploser.
■ Vérifiez régulièrement si les piles
rechargeables ne fuient pas.
■ Les piles rechargeables fuyantes ou
endommagées en contact avec la peau
pourraient causer des brûlures chimiques;
portez toujours des gants de sécurité adaptés!
■ Assurez-vous des polarités correctes lorsque
vous insérez la pile! La polarité correcte est
indiquée à l’intérieur du compartiment à pile.
Sinon, les piles rechargeables pourraient
exploser.
● Installation
● Choisissez un endroit
approprié pour l’installation
Assurez-vous des points suivants:
– le fonctionnement du détecteur de mouvement
ne sera pas inhibé par la présence d’obstacles
ou d’objets constamment en mouvement à l’en-
droit où l’installation est souhaitée.
– l’applique est montée dans un endroit exposé à
la lumière directe du soleil.
– l’applique spot n’est pas installée dans un
endroit sujet à des fluctuations importantes de
température causées par ex. par des appareils
de chauffage.
– l’applique spot est installée loin des sources de
lumière artificielle et est orientée vers le sud.
● Montage de l’applique
Assurez-vous des points suivants:
– L’applique est positionnée avec la tête en haut.
L’applique ne doit être installée dans aucune
autre position.
❑ Fixez l’applique sur une surface stable et
solide selon les consignes du schéma A.

● Première utilisation
Note: la pile rechargeable est toujours installée
en usine.
❑ Pour assurer une longue durée de vie à la pile
rechargeable, chargez-la complètement en
mode OFF (pendant env. 3x8 heures en été).
❑ Puis, déchargez-la complètement (activez le
mode «PIR» pendant env. 35 x 90 secondes).
❑ Répétez ce processus une ou deux fois.
❑ Si le produit n’a pas été utilisé pendant plus
de 6 mois, veuillez répéter ce processus.
● Utilisation
❑ L’applique a deux réglages (voir schéma C):
OFF: L’applique est toujours éteinte
PIR: L’applique est contrôlée par le détecteur de
mouvement
❑ En mode «PIR», l’applique s’allume si
les environs sont très faiblement éclairés
et que le système détecte un mouvement
(détecteur infrarouge). L’applique s’éteint
automatiquement au bout de 90 secondes s’il
n’y a plus de mouvement détecté.
Attention: un détecteur optique se trouve à
l’intérieur du panneau solaire, sur le dessus de
l’applique. Le panneau doit donc être monté
loin de toute source de lumière artificielle.
Remarque: lorsque vous basculez de la
position «OFF» à la position «PIR»; il faut 5
secondes pour que le mode «PIR» soit activé.
● Entretien
● Changement de pile
❑ Changez la pile en suivant les consignes des
schémas B et C.
● Dépannage
❑ Ce produit contient des composants
électroniques fragiles. S’il est placé près
d’un objet transmettant des signaux radio,
cela pourrait causer des interférences.
Ces objets peuvent être par exemple:
téléphone portable, talkie-walkie, radio CB,
télécommande et four à micro-ondes. S’il y
a une interférence, éloignez ces objets de
l’appareil.
❑ Les décharges électrostatiques peuvent causer
une panne. Si une telle panne se produit,
enlevez (pour une courte période de temps)
puis remettez les piles rechargeables.
● Nettoyage et entretien
■ N’utilisez jamais de produit de nettoyage
ni de chiffon rugueux. Ils pourraient
endommager le détecteur de mouvement.
■ Nettoyez le produit avec un chiffon sec et non
pelucheux.
● Élimination des déchets
L'emballage contient des matières sans
danger pour l'environnement et peut
être déposé dans votre centre de
recyclage local.
Ne jetez pas les composants usagés et/ou
défectueux avec les déchets ménagers. Déposez-
les dans votre déchetterie locale.
Ne jetez pas les appareils
électriques avec les déchets
ménagers!
Conformément à la Directive 2012/19/UE du
Parlement européen et du Conseil relative aux
déchets d’équipements électriques et électroniques
et de sa transposition en droit national, les
équipements usagés doivent être collectés
séparément et recyclés d’une manière écologique
compatible.
Si vous souhaitez vous séparer du produit, jetez-le
conformément à la réglementation applicable à ce

L'élimination non-appropriée
des piles rechargeables nuit
à l'environnement!
Ne jetez pas les piles rechargeables avec les
déchets ménagers. Elles peuvent contenir des
métaux lourds toxiques et elles sont soumises à la
réglementation en matière de déchets dangereux.
Les symboles chimiques des métaux lourds sont:
Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercure, Pb = plomb. Pour
cette raison, déposez les piles rechargeables
usagées aux points de collecte de déchets locaux.
● Garantie et service
Ce produit bénéficie d’une garantie de 3 ans
à compter de la date d’achat. Elle s’étend
uniquement à l’acheteur original, elle est non
transférable. Veuillez conserver le ticket de
caisse en tant que preuve d’achat. La garantie
s’applique uniquement aux défauts matériels
ou de fabrication. Elle ne couvre pas l’usure
des composants ou les dégâts résultant d’une
utilisation impropre. Toute modification annule la
garantie. Cette garantie ne réduit pas vos droits
légaux. Pour toute demande de garantie, veuillez
contacter le centre de services. C’est le seul
moyen de retourner gratuitement le produit.

LassenSie Kinder niemals unbeaufsichtigt mit
dem Verpackungsmaterial. Es besteht
Erstickungsgefahr durch Verpackungsmaterial.
Kinder unterschätzen häufig die Gefahren.
Halten Sie Kinder stets vom Verpackungs-
material fern. Das Produkt ist kein Spielzeug.
■ Kinder oder Personen, denen es an Wissen
oder Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Gerät
mangelt, oder die in ihren körperlichen,
sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten
eingeschränkt sind, dürfen das Gerät nicht
ohne Aufsicht oder Anleitung durch eine
für ihre Sicherheit verantwortliche Person
benutzen. Kinder müssen beaufsichtigt
werden, damit sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
VORSICHT! VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR!
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie
irgendwelche Beschädigungen feststellen.
■ Kontrollieren Sie, ob alle Teile sachgerecht
montiert sind. Bei unsachgemäßer Montage
besteht Verletzungsgefahr.
■ Die LEDs der Leuchte sind nicht austauschbar.
■ Dieses Produkt ist mit einer speziellen Anti-
Korrosions-Beschichtung behandelt. Um
Korrosion zu vermeiden, behandeln Sie das
Produkt bitte vorsichtig und vermeiden Sie
Kratzer am Gehäuse.
Sicherheitshinweise zuAkkus
■ LEBENSGEFAHR!
Akkus gehören nicht in Kinderhände.
Lassen Sie Akkus nicht herumliegen.
Es besteht die Gefahr, dass diese von
Kindern oder Haustieren verschluckt
werden. Suchen Sie im Falle eines
Verschluckens sofort einen Arzt auf.
■ EXPLOSIONSGEFAHR!
Schließen Sie Akkus nicht kurz und/
oder öffnen Sie sie nicht.
Überhitzung, Brandgefahr oder Platzen
können die Folge sein. Werfen Sie Akkus
niemals ins Feuer oder Wasser. Die Akkus
können explodieren.
■ Prüfen Sie die Akkus regelmäßig auf
Undichtigkeit.
■ Ausgelaufene oder beschädigte Akkus können
bei Berührung mit der Haut Verätzungen
verursachen; tragen Sie deshalb in diesem Fall
unbedingt geeignete Schutzhandschuhe!
■ Achten Sie beim Einlegen auf die richtige
Polarität! Diese wird im Akkufach angezeigt.
Andernfalls können die Akkus explodieren.
● Montage
● Geeigneten Platz zur
Installation auswählen
Achten Sie darauf,
– dass der Bewegungsmelder am gewünschten
Installationsplatz durch keine Hindernisse oder
sich dauerhaft bewegende Objekte in seiner
Funktion gestört wird.
– dass die Leuchte an einem Ort mit direkter
Sonneneinstrahlung montiert wird.
– dass Sie den Strahler nicht an einem Platz
installieren, der starken Temperaturschwankun-
gen unterliegt, beispielsweise durch Heizgeräte.
– dass Sie den Strahler fern unnatürlicher
Lichtquellen installieren und in Südliche
Richtung.
● Leuchte befestigen
Achten Sie darauf,
– dass Sie den Strahler mit dem Lampenkopf
nach oben befestigen. Bitte befestigen Sie den
Strahler nicht in einer anderen Position.
❑ Befestigen Sie die Leuchte auf einer stabilen
und festen Oberfläche entsprechend den
Angaben in Abbildung A.
● Inbetriebnahme
Hinweis: Der Akku ist bereits werksseitig
eingelegt.
❑ Um eine lange Lebensdauer den Akku
zu erzielen, laden Sie der Akku im OFF-
Modus komplett auf (ca. 3x8 Stunden im
Hochsommer).
❑ Entladen Sie der Akku danach vorzugsweise

im PIR- Modus komplett (PIR-Modus ca. 35 x
90 Sekunden betätigen).
❑ Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang ein oder zwei
Mal.
❑ Wurde das Produkt länger als 6 Monate nicht
benutzt, führen Sie die Prozedur bitte erneut
durch.
● Gebrauch
❑ Die Leuchte verfügt über zwei Einstellungen
(siehe Abbildung C):
OFF: Leuchte dauerhaft aus
PIR: Leuchte wird über Bewegungsmelder
geschaltet
❑ In Stellung „PIR“ wird die Leuchte
angeschaltet, wenn das Umgebungslicht sehr
schwach ist und eine Bewegung festgestellt
wird (Infrarot-Sensor). Das Licht schaltet sich
automatisch nach 90 Sekunden ab, wenn
keine Bewegung mehr festgestellt wird.
Achtung: Oben auf dem Solarpanel befindet
sich ein Lichtsensor. Das Panel muss daher fern
unnatürlicher Lichtquellen moniert werden.
Hinweis: Wenn der Schalter der Leuchte von
der OFF-Position in die PIR-Position umgestellt
wird, dauert es ca. 5 Sekunden bis der PIR-
Modus aktiv ist.
● Wartung
● Ersetzen der Batterien
❑ Ersetzen Sie die Batterien entsprechend den
Angaben in Abbildung B und C.
● Fehlerbehebung
❑ Das Gerät enthält empfindliche elektronische
Bauteile. Daher ist es möglich, dass es durch
Funkübertragungsgeräte in unmittelbarer Nähe
gestört wird. Dies können z. B. Mobiltelefone,
Funksprechgeräte, CB-Funkgeräte,
Funkfernsteuerungen, andere Fernbedienungen
und Mikrowellengeräte sein. Treten Störungen
auf, entfernen Sie solche Geräte aus der
Umgebung des Gerätes.
❑ Elektrostatische Entladungen können zu
Funktionsstörungen führen. Entfernen Sie bei
solchen Funktionsstörungen kurzzeitig die
Akkus und setzen Sie sie erneut ein.
● Reinigung und Pflege
■ Verwenden Sie keinesfalls Reinigungsmittel
oder ein raues Tuch. Der Bewegungssensor
kann beschädigt werden.
❑ Reinigen Sie das Produkt mit einem trockenen,
fusselfreien Tuch.
● Entsorgung
Die Verpackung besteht aus umwelt freund-
lichen Materialien, die Sie über die örtli-
chen Recyclingstellen entsorgen können.
Werfen Sie verbrauchte und / oder defekte
Leuchtmittel nicht in den Hausmüll! Entsorgen Sie
diese in einer dafür eingerichteten Sammelstelle
bei Ihrem kommunalen Entsorger.

product. These operating instructions
are part of this product. They contain important
information regarding safety, use and disposal.
Please familiarise yourself with all operational and
safety notes prior to using your product. Use the
product only in the manner as described and for
the areas of application as stated. When passing

This product is only suitable as outdoor lighting for
private use. Other uses or changes to the product
constitute improper use and carry serious risks of

Never leave children unattended with the
packaging material. The packaging material
represents a danger of suffocation. Children
frequently underestimate the dangers. Always
keep children away from the packaging
material. This product is not a toy.
■ Children or persons lacking knowledge or
experience in handling the device or have
limited physical, sensory or mental abilities,
must not use the device without supervision or
instruction by a person responsible for their
safety. Children must be supervised at all times
to prevent them from playing with the device.
CAUTION! DANGER OF INJURY!
Please do not use this device if you find that it
is damaged in any way.
■ Verify all parts are correctly installed. Incorrect
assembly could lead to injury.
■ The LEDs cannot be interchanged.
■ This product is treated with a special anti-cor-
rosion coating. Please make sure you treat it
carefully and do not scratch the housing to
prevent corrosion.
Safety instructions for
rechargeable batteries
■ DANGER TO LIFE!
Rechargeable batteries are not intended to
be in the hands of children. Do not leave
batteries lying around. They may otherwise be
swallowed by children or pets. If accidentally
swallowed seek immediate medical attention.
■
EXPLOSION HAZARD! Never
short-circuit and/or open
rechargeable batteries. The battery
may overheat, ignite or explode. Never throw
rechargeable batteries into fire or water. The
batteries could explode.
■ Regularly check rechargeable batteries for
leaks.
■ Skin contact with leaking or damaged
rechargeable batteries could cause chemical
burns; in this case therefore always wear
suitable safety gloves!
■ When inserting the battery ensure the correct
polarity! The correct polarity is shown inside
the battery compartment. The rechargeable
batteries could otherwise explode.
● Assembly
● Select a suitable place for
installation
Ensure that
– the motion detector will not be functionally
inhibited at the desired place of installation due
to obstacles or constantly moving objects.
– the light is mounted in a place with direct sun-
light.
– the spotlight is not installed where there are
strong temperature fluctuations, e.g. due to
heating devices
– the spotlight is installed far away from unnatural
light sources and in southern direction.
● Mounting the light
Ensure that
– the light is placed with the spotlight head
upwards. Do not install the spotlight in any other
position.
❑ Secure the light to a stable and solid surface
according to the instruction in figure A.
● Initial use
Note: the rechargeable battery is always factory
installed.
❑ To achieve a long battery life, fully charge the
rechargeable battery in OFF mode (approx.
3x8 hours in summer).
❑ Then fully discharge the rechargeable battery,
(turn on PIR mode approx. 35 x 90 seconds).
❑ Repeat this process once or twice.
❑ If the product has not been used for more than
6 months please repeat this process

● Use
❑ The light features two settings (see Figure C):
OFF: Light always off
PIR: Motion detector controls the light
❑ In „PIR“ the light will switch on if the
surroundings are very dimly lit and motion
is detected (infrared sensor). The light will
automatically switch off after 90 seconds if
motion is no longer detected.
Attention: a light sensor is located inside
the solar panel on top of the light. The panel
must therefore be mounted far away from
artificial light sources.
Note: when the light is put from the OFF-
position to the PIR-position, it takes 5 seconds
before the PIR setting is activated.
● Maintenance
● Changing the battery
❑ Change the battery according to the
instructions in figure B and C.
● Troubleshooting
❑ This product contains delicate electronic
components. This means that if it is placed
near an object that transmits radio signals, it
could cause interference. This could be, for
example, mobile telephones, walkie talkies,
CB radios, remote controls and microwaves. If
interference occurs, move such objects away
from the appliance.
❑ Electrostatic discharges can lead to
malfunctions. In the event of such malfunctions
briefly remove and reinsert the rechargeable
batteries.
● Cleaning and Care
■ Never use cleaners or a rough cloth. These
could dame the motion sensor.
■ Clean the product with a dry, lint-free cloth.
● Disposal
The packaging is made of
environmentally friendly materials,
which may be disposed through your
local recycling facilities.
Do not dispose of used and/ or defective modules
with household waste! Dispose of these items in a
collection centre provided by your local council.
Do not dispose of electrical
equipment in the household
waste!
In accordance with European Directive
2012/19/EC relating to old electrical and
electronic appliances and its translation into
national law, used electrical equipment must be
collected separately and recycled in an
ecologically compatible way.
If you wish to part with the product, please
dispose of it in accordance with the regulations
applicable at such time. Advice is available from
your local council.
Environmental damage
through incorrect disposal of
the rechargeable batteries!
Rechargeable batteries may not be disposed of
with the usual domestic waste. They may contain
toxic heavy metals and are subject to hazardous
waste regulations. The chemical symbols of the
heavy metals are: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury,
Pb = lead. For this reason, dispose of used
rechargeable batteries at a local collection point.
● Warranty and Service
This product has a 3 year guarantee from the
date of purchase extended only to the original
buyer, not transferable. Please keep your receipt
as proof of purchase. The guarantee applies to
material or manufacturing defects only. It does not
cover wear items or damage caused by improper
use. Any modifications will void the guarantee.
This warranty does not limit your legal rights. In

service centre. This is the only way to return your
product free of charge.

product. We will gladly also call you back! The
guarantee will only be honoured if the defective

We cannot accept parcels sent carriage forward,
please request a return label.
