3. Bundle Offer Period: From 12:00 PM IST of 4th August 2023 Till 11:59 PM IST of 31st August
2023.
Samsung reserves the right to extend or annul the Bundle Offer Period at its sole discretion without
any prior notice.
4. Bundle Offer is subject to availability of stocks.
Redemption process for the FOC Sound bar:
i. On the TV Device page, click add to cart.
ii. Sound bar to get added to cart automatically at zero value, once customer adds TV Device to
the cart
iii. Go to cart & make payment to avail the Bundle Offer.
iv. If Sound bar is showing out of stock when TV Device is added to cart, please try
again after some time. Free Sound bar offer will not be applicable if Sound bar is
showing out of stock.
Sound bar will be shipped thereafter, once the TV Device is delivered to the customer.
General Conditions:
1. Customer agrees that Samsung shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages
of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Bundle Offer or with the acceptance, possession
or use of Device ordered using the Bundle Offer.
2. Samsung reserves the right to change/alter & modify the terms & conditions of this Bundle Offer
at any given point of time at its sole discretion without mentioning any reason whatsoever.
3. Samsung shall not be liable for any technical, physical delay in transmission or submission of the
entries by the customer or any disruptions, losses, damages, computer related malfunctions/
failures, which affect the participation of the customer or any force majeure conditions or damages
caused by Act of God, Governmental actions.
4. Samsung shall also not be responsible for non-availability of Stock(s) or product(s) due to various
reasons like climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies or operational &
technical issues or for any other reason beyond its control.
5. Failure by Samsung to enforce any of its right at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those
rights.
6. In no event shall Samsung be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising
out of or in connection with the Bundle Offer, its services or any errors or omissions in these terms
and conditions (however arising, including negligence). Samsung shall not be responsible for any
product or service liability of any kind.
7. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any
advertising or promotional material relating to the Bundle Offer, these Terms shall prevail over all
such other instructions, rules and conditions.
Jurisdiction:
Decision of Samsung in relation to the Bundle Offer and matter(s) incidental thereto shall be
final and binding on the customer. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. These
terms & conditions shall be governed by exclusive laws of India and the courts located at New
Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter in relation to the
Bundle Offer.
